I am trying to burn an audio cd using Itunes 7.02.
There is no burn disc button in the bottom right corner of the Itunes window as the help guide tells me.

Do you have a blank CD-R in the optical drive?
If so, try another from the spindle of media you are using.
Also, do you have a playlist selected to burn to CD?

I bought the Classic, brilliant phone (but still have a favourite spot for my Bold 9780), it does Blackberry Security in spades. Well done Blackberry! Now, not being a great one for multiple apps I havent bothered too much up until now, the legacy ones that I thought I should use are still there. I decided to dip my toe in the Amazon App to access some of these "brilliant apps" that are not available for BB10 natively but are supplied by Amazon Store. Now then, before even using Amazon Store - its demanding access to everything on my phone and on the Cloud! Have you lost your Corporate Mind? The most security conscious phone and operating system manufacturer on the planet, and you "do a deal" with someone demanding that level of information just to access their storefront? Honestly, i will never install or use a preinstalled app that will demand so many permissions. Too risky. I use to use 1Mobile market for android apps on my Z10, but after that app was updated, it also asked for permissions to the microphone and camera for what they call "Data collection". No way. But that was a third party android app store. Probably much much less secure than the Amazon App store. If your phone does not have sensitive information on it on a daily basis, i would say use it, but if you do, stay away.

Never mind.   I bought the movie through my 4S phone.

how can i view and apply new custom patterns without going to preset manager? i had this facility but have now lost it. i design patterns but am fairly new to photoshop. i used to be able to click on the drop down menu in patterns in the 'fill' box but cannot now do this. have i inadvertently clicked on something to turn this facility off? i now have to go to 'preset manager' and manually move my new design to the first box and click 'done' so that i can use it.

Which version of photoshop are you using?
After you define a custom pattern it should be added to the bottom of whatever patterns are already loaded.
For example, if you define a custom pattern and then go to Edit>Fill>Pattern, the newly defined pattern should have been added to the existing loaded patterns.

My old computer crashed and I cannot find the music i previously had on itunes, have I lost it all?

Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

Exported masters (RAW nefs) have been lost

Hi there, hoping you might be able to help.
I use Aperture everyday to organise my photo workload as referenced files - storing the original RAW nefs in Pictures, I stress I am a basic user.
After star rating a batch of approx. 500 photos I wanted to edit I decided to make a new folder in Pictures for them by exporting the originals.
Aperture did the exporting thing and then showed up an error message that the export had failed.
So I assumed the originals would not have been moved and found when looking in the original Pictures folder that they were not there anymore. The Aperture previews are showing up the yellow triangle that the master file is missing. I have searched by date and name but think they have all been lost.
I have tried the drill disk software which found the files so I happily paid the upgrade fee to recover them.
Once recovered I could see the files in Aperture again without the yellow triangle this time, but when try exporting then they are sadly all corrupted.
I know I can try rebuilding the Aperture database but thought I should seek help first on what I should try next.
I have the original flash cards with half the images on which is good, but the other half were on a card I have since reformatted and used for other jobs.
Learning the hard way that I really should be backing up!

Just to clarify, I imported 2000 masters, I edited them a week later (this beng last Friday) getting approx. 500 ready for export.
After the export failed the other 1500 masters were still in the original location - as they still are now.
I don't see how only the 500 that I chose to edit could have been missing before I performed the export - that doesnt make any sense. The 500 images I exported are exactly the files that have been lost.
Sadly I can't re-import all the masters. They were shot on 2 x CF cards and I only have one available.
I have reimported the ones I do have and spent the afternoon relocating the referenced files. So thankfully I have some back but not all.
I suppose if I had them all I wouldn't be needing to ask for help here
The 'reprocess original' command is greyed out for the files still left with a yellow triangle, so I guess as the master really has been lost this isn't an option either.
I am stumped and really quite worried about Aperture now, its bee a fantastic application for me over the past 18 months but has sadly resulted in a big disappointment.
The discussion on Aperture Expert that I have been having the last few days seems to confirm that this is a confirmed bug by Apple - gutted to say the least.

Since you have purchased a new Mac (which, BTW, is not typed in all capitals) why not buy a Time Capsule <http://www.apple.com/airport-time-capsule/> which is designed specifically to work with OS X and Time Machine?
You don't say what part of your Sony "crashed." If it was not the HDD it is possible to take the computer apart, put the HDD in an external case, then recover the data off of it (including the music) simply drag-n-drop. If it was the HDD that "crashed" that makes it more difficult.
If you are able to recover the music from the Sony you can then add it to the iTunes library on the Mac and iTunes Match will then scan, match and upload the tracks to be mirrored in the cloud.

Thank you, but after an hour with apple support on the phone we came to the conclusion that the documents are lost... So the lesson is, don't trust icloud as a back up solution! A month worth of work down the drain...

I'm afraid you're out of luck. If it says incomplete you won't be able to access the backup.

My cloud is full, i havent updated in 41 weeks, and my ipod was stolen. have I lost all my music?
