Have Iphone4 cannot send or recieve a piccy, any ideas?

Hi , I'm new to all this
Have Iphone 3gs and a 4,
Since reading through these support pages I now except I cannot bluetooth a piccy from one to the other.
Or exchange pic's with any other bluetooth phone.( Don't sound right but will except it will not)
But why cant I send or recieve a pic via messaging, have never had this sort of problem with other brands of phone.
Also
Set up 3gs to work with my HP Envy100 wifi printer, no problems at all.( prints every time)
But set up 4 in the same way, goes through the actions and appears to have sent to printer, but printer not recieving or printing
Any help out there

It's in the manage internet email opion, the firewall is in the option/security. My advice to you is do some playing around with your new phone. You can learn new trick and sometime "UNLOCK" your phone...in the process... I can't tell you how you can basicly unlock all 8800 and 9000 series blackberry... it's something you have to find on your own... The world is yours!!
Something off the issue... I thought I would never get use nor like how a Blackberry operate, nor how the GUI is so lame when it compare to a HTC G1 or even a iPhone. Now I have 4 - 8820 and 1 - Curve in my collection of phone..

Go into Setttings -> Messages and make sure your Caller ID setting for Messages is set properly.

iOS 5 handles texts differently than previous versions. Resetting the network connections helps, but that didn't seem to solve your problem, and neitherdid the simple reset.
Try deleting old messages from the messages app, then after clearing up a lot, just do a simple restart of your phone. If you want to be extra sure, try resetting your network connections again. I had this same problem. Your last option would be a complete restore of the phone, but I don't think we'll have to go that far.

A Mac with OSX 10,5.8 should synce but not restore with iTunes version 10.6.3

This - is not sending email.
If ntlworld is your internet service provider at home and you have a wi-fi netwok at home, you should be able to send with the account when connected to your wi-fi network at home and when connected to any other wi-fi network using ntlworld as the internet device provider.
You will not be able to send email with the account when connected to the internet with any other ISP besides ntlworld unless ntlworld has an authenticated SMTP server.

Cannot send or recieve texts

Hello, I recently added a couple of people to my unlimited talk and text account. We had devices already and yesterday they were activated. They cannot send or recieve texts.. the phones have been powered down mulitiple times (one is an android (samsung Galixy S and teh other is a samsung SCH-U300 I believe)
anyone esle run into this.
Teh plan that these folks had prior to being added to mine did not include text messaging (yes, it was old)

I can understand the concern for the issues your lines are having with text messaging tonys555. SuzyQ is correct. If porting was a factor it can affect the functionality of the phones until the port is completed. Its important to ensure both phones are off an only your verizon phone is on while the port is being completed. If you continue to have issues please contact us so we can trouble-shoot your issue.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. That sounds like a settings issue to me. Check with your IT depatment to make sure you have it configured properly.

Are you using iCloud?
If this were happening to me, the first thing I'd try is to remove the preferences files from your home library folder.
