Have ipod nano3 for itunes trying to upload music to iphone 4s

have ipod nano with music trying to tranfer to my iphone 4s. I had an itunes account with previous email that was associated with ipod nano, now have new itunes acct. with iphone however unable to retrive music from old itunes acct. to new iphone. How do i get these to snych together?

What do you mean by other devices? To access the files on the iPod from you computer other than from syncing and transferring iTunes purchases from iPod to computer you need a third-party program. Some of those programs are discussed here:

You'll need to connect it to the iTunes library you normally sync it with and restore it. If iTunes asks you for this passcode before it will let you proceed, connect the iPod to iTunes in recovery mode instead using the instructions in this Apple support document.

How did you create the account ? If you followed the instructions on this page when creating it then you should have got the 'none' option : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
e.g. on a computer's iTunes, if currently signed into an account then you logged out of it, and you then found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :
And then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
When I tried that process to create an account a few days ago I got the 'none' option on the payment details screen.
If you didn't use that process then you will need to create a new account using it (the instructions won't work with an existing account).

In the view builder there is no section for the upload zip, so i continued to process and it created file on my desktop but, i dont have an any idea about this file because this file smaller than my file, for example this file around 1 MB. Is there any section for the publishing to zip? Could you help me about that?

The zip file is only for single -issue viewer apps on the iPad. Use the Viewer Builder to create a multi-issue app for the Android. The Title ID you specify determines which folios appear. On your computer's iTunes you should be able to see your payment info by going into the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) menu option and logging into it. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup.

Quit iTunes.
Go to My Music folder.
Select the iTunes folder, right click > Properties.
Click the Security tab and make sure you have full Read/Write privileges.

Sorry, but you can't. You can, however, log into your iTunes Store and use the "deauthorize all" command and then reauthorize the computers you're using now.
