Have Lightroom 5.5

Have a question for the community. Will Adobe be concerned if I totally uninstall Lightroom 5.5 from my Windows 7/64 after a crash scrambled files that Lightroom was using? Can't get them back and Lightroom will not move forward without them. Any help most welcome. ( Just learning Lightroom, so take pity!)

If you have purchased a legal copy of Lightroom 5.5, there's no problem. (In fact, there's no problem doing this during the 30-day free trial either)
