Have LR 4 Purchased LR5 & PS for 9.95 deal....LR doesnt show up to install

I purchased the holy crap 49.95 package last year. Still have LR 4 from then on my Mac as it has some pics on it. Now, today PS installed fine however I cannot find the download app for LR 5 in the creative cloud applications download center so i ended up doing a "trial" of LR 5. seems to be sort of the is the same thing that happened when i initially went from trial to purchase of the whole holy crap package last year and a huge pain in the arse. May just cancel and buy something else as this whole thing seems to have issues and did all along last year...right along with my personal and bank info being hijacked too. angry a little, sure....its frustrating.

There is only one file to download - which one depends on your system (32-bit or 64-bit).
These are the trial versions but will convert to the full version when you supply your serial number.

At the present time, audiobooks are a one-time download and cannot be redownloaded again for free. You can try contacting the iTunes store to see if they would grant you an exception: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

No, the iWork apps are only available for the Mac. There are separate versions for iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) that are purchased from the iTunes Store. If you have an iCloud.com account there is iWork for iCloud that runs in a web browser, including web browsers on a PC. It is currently in beta & may not be available to all iCloud users yet.

With your iPod connected to your computer and iTunes running, select your iPod form the left pane, click the File menu in top bar, from there select "transfer purchases from iPod"

I am desperate to get access to my itunes to get music on my phone and all of this just makes me want me to sell my iphone since there is no other way to add music to my phone. If things go get sorted soon you can say goodbye to my support.

If the downloads are stalled or "waiting" - try these suggestions.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad.

I just got an iPhone 4 and have been downloading apps from the iTunes store when I encountered difficulty with two specific apps. Each time I try to download dictionary and star walk I get a message saying they are over 50MB and I need to be connected to iTunes to download, which I've tried to no avail. I also thought that when I sign into iTunes on my PC that it would automatically show that my iPhone device is connected (just like it does with my iPod) but it doesn't show the phone icon. I am not sure iTunes is recognizing my phone. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.

I would make an appointment at your local apple store and have them check it out. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Unfortuantely, if you inadvertantly cause some damage in your wiggling, it could be determined that you broke the port - regardless if it was malfunctioning before or not. Have them look at it and see what they say.
