Have Master collection license until may 1st 2014, but software is in Trial mode

Hello,
I don't know what happened but I have a Master collection license registered on may 1st, 2013 (als visible in my account on https://www.adobe.com/nl/account/my-products-services.html) and it worked great for a couple of months, the license is for a year so I expect it to work to at least end of april 2014.
Since a few days the software urges me to license my software or 'continue trial'
I didn´t alter anything other than installing the automatic updates Adobe urged me to. system here is on windows 7 ultimate and no changes there also.
Can someone tell me what went wrong and how I can use the last 6 months of my license?

I have master collection CS6 license revoked...Please help

The laptop crashed and I now have a desktop. I went to install the CS6 master collection and it installed correctly. OS is windows 7 pro 64 bit. Few days later none of the programs are working. Adobe screen pops up say the license has been revoked. why i dont know. this program has worked fine for 2 years without an issue. I have removed the program 10 times and twice formatted the hard drive still not working. Please help as this is my only means of income. I paid over $4000.00 for this program.

Master collection license reverted to trial?? Not working anymore..

Hi all,
Last year I bought Adobe CS6 Master Collection with a full license. Now, when I boot up any Adobe program from the suite, I get the message my 'trial' has expired. I didn't have a 'trial' license, I had a full, paid license. What went wrong here? Any other people with this problem? And how can I fix it?

Please contact your reseller regarding this. The serial number you have is from a term licensing agreement which means the license is only valid for a specified period of time.

I have CS6 master collection installed on an Apple 2.5 Ghz intel core I7 laptop. Can I use the same license to install this on my new Imac 3.4 Ghz I7? My Imac seems to be easier to work from.

Windows 8.1 sideloading after May 1st 2014 changes

Hello,
I've been trying to understand the sideloading process, but I keep on finding old threads and the process seem to have changed recently so I doubt the information is still completely accurate.
Lets say I'm in the situation where I would like to sell my app to a specific customers. After a couple of hours of searching on google, I finally figured out that the best way would be to sideload the application.
Now, the thing I can't figure out is how the licensing works. I know that I would need a license for each client computer/Surface, but who should buy these license? Can the enterprise selling the product buy these license to install them for their custommers?
Furthermore, I think I saw a single, unlimited, license at around $100 (since may 2014), but the target amount of pc's might be very little. Is there a way to buy a license individually?

CS5.5 Master Collection License Agreement keeps poping up

Hi,
I just installed CS5.5 Master Collection and it all went well.
When I start any application in the suite the License Agreement comes up and I click "Accept" the box goes away then it pops back up.
My choices are "Quit" or "Accept" quit does what its supposed to do and quits, but accept just loop me back to the License Agreement.
I uninstalled CS5, and CS5.5 and reinstalled CS5.5 and nothing changed. I still have Director 11.5 installed.
This is a Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. CS5.5 Master Collection is a 5 seat license and we've installed 2 already with no problems.

Just got a call back from Adobe
The fix:
Delete the license db cache file and start any of the CS5.5 products (I started Photoshop)
File they had me delete to make it all work
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db

I have a 15" macbook pro running Yosemite and Im not able to update my adobe master collection. After the loading bar reach all the way to the end it gives me an error

I really don't know what to suggest... CS5 is from LONG before the Cloud, so this forum is not the right place, but I don't know if there is even a right place now
CS6 is 3 years old and no longer being updated, and CS5 is even older... so, as well as being on Windows, I have no idea what update could be "required" by your Mac

I have CC and recently upgraded to CC 2014. It says my trial is up now.

I am on the One Year Plan for Students/Teachers. With the (somewhat) recent upgrade of CC 2014, I downloaded Premiere Pro CC 2014. Now it is telling me that my trial is up, but I am still paying for the full coverage plan. Is CC 2014 not covered? And if not, why am I still paying Adobe?
