I have new Computer. Purchased Acrobat Pro in 2008. Need to re-download, and it doesn't work.

I tried the alternate method, as suggested in the email I just received:

And this make a tiny file that does nothing.
I downlooad all the time. I have a serial number. Why can't I simply doenwooald this softwware?
When I use MS Inet explorer with Akamai, it now says "Content verification failure".
Is there a problem downloading Acrobat 9 Pro for some reason?

Okay, and the issue with that seems to be that the adobe download assistant does not work... mac os 10.7.2... ive downloaded it and installed it several times and it will not work... =(

when I install the ADA, nothing happens. I tried this on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. On rare occassion, I do get an error suggesting I need to download a new version of adobe air. I do that and try to install air, nothing happens. I have looked through the threads that seem relatyed to this issue, but none of the suggetions have worked. Seriously, this is a effin nightmare. I feel like Im using a windows box or something. I have never had any issues with downloading or installing software since 1996... this is the first issue ever!

I purchased/downloaded Adobe Acrobat 8 online from Adobe a while back. I just got a new computer and want to re-load this on to my new computer. How do I do this? I have my Serial Number from the previous download. Please help.

To download you previously purchased software please complete the following steps:
Go to the Adobe Store for your country and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
Click My Orders and then My Order History.
Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column.
Start the download by doing one of the following:
Click Download and follow the onscreen instructions.
Click Akamai Download Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
Click Alternate Download Method, and then click the .7z and .exe files (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) to download the software to your computer.

What 'info' do you want to download ? Have you backed up or copied your info to the cloud ?
If you've backed up another iOS device to the cloud then you should be able to restore that backup onto your new device.

Whether you can redownload your iTunes music purchases from the cloud depends upon what country that you are in - music can't be redownloaded in all countries. If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then it will show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for redownloading. Your own music will only show if you've subscribed to iTunes Match. If you can't redownload music then you will need to sync it from your computer's iTunes.

I don't have the CD's. 2 entire days wasted and still no response from CHAT!!!!!!! HORRIBLE! I don't like Forum because of scammers. I paid almost $3,000.00 for this suite and Adobe seems to have no customer support! It was a scammer the last time who tried to help! Outrageous!
