Have no luck with Itunes working anymore on computer

I'm having an issue with itunes refusing to even load. It boots up in task manager for 1-5 seconds and immediately vanishes. Now I've reinstalled and done all that jazz about 10+ times now, moving files and doing everything that Apple support has given me. Plus I've been scouring the boards for hours looking for any answers that I could find. Starting it in safe mode doesn't even work either. It just says visual plug-ins that i have have installed have been temporarily disabled. So i click continue and then same thing, nothing appears and it vanishes from my task manager. I've also tried repairing it in control panel (both Quicktime and Itunes). Getting aggrivated because I can't even get it to work anymore and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd like to get back to purchasing music from my computer, so much easier, but I can't get a program from itunes that will let me do that. For now though I'd like to transfer music from iphone to computer...what do I use and where do I plug it in on my tower? Please give me step by step. Thanks!

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

Note, however, that iTunes has never been supported on the 64-bit version of Windows XP, so you're on your own to attempt to get it working.

Next time that happens while on WiFi, turn WiFi off in settings, wait about 30 seconds or so, then turn WiFi back on. Sometimes you have to do this two or three times, but this fixes that issue as well.

What I was trying to do though was to mass delete the voice memos from the phone, and I was told that one can do that via iTunes. Problem is that when I do open iTunes, I am not able to locate a TAB thats says ON THIS IPHONE
I was told that one could click on this and then select multiple Voice Memos and delete this way.

Copy everything from the old computer or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

You can authorize your computer for both accounts. Put all of the music on one computer. Sync your devices to that computer.
