There are two things going on here, based on your brief post....
1. For the Mexican Online Number, have you gone into the Privacy settings for your Skype account using the program on a computer (not the mobile apps - Privacy settings are not accessible with those apps) and allowed calls from anywhere to your Online Number(s)? This is not done automatically when Skype users purchase Online Numbers, even though almost all users end up doing this.
2. Where were you trying to call in Mexico? If possible, could you please list examples of numbers you were trying to call, replacing the last 4 digits of any number with XXXX? Please note that the Unlimited North America subscription only covers calling to landline phones in the 3 largest Mexican cities - Mexico City (+52 55 xxxx-xxxx), Guadalajara (+52 33 xxxx-xxxx), and Monterrey (+52 81 xxxx-xxxx). You get discounted rates for calls to landline phones outside of these 3 Mexican cities (3 US cents/minute, for numbers starting with +52 xxx xxx-xxxx) and mobile phones anywhere in Mexico (15 US cents/minute, for numbers starting with +52 1 xx xxxx-xxxx or +52 1 xxx xxx-xxxx).
Make sure to dial all numbers using the international dialing format, even if you are in Mexico - country code first (+52), then the area code and phone number. There should always be 10 digits for the combination of Mexican area codes and phone numbers, and the 1 after the country code is required for dialing mobile phones in that country. Mexican toll-free numbers - advertised as 01-800 numbers in Mexico - are not reachable with Skype.

So what that means is when you have Do Not Disturb turned on, you may have an alert depending on the setting and how you are using your iPhone. So if it is set to Always, then that means that no matter what, your iPhone will not be notified. If it set to Only while the iPhone is locked, then that means that you will not get notification when your iPhone is locked but you will get notifications if your iPhone is being used. Also keep in mind the settings All Calls From can be set to certain contacts like Favorites, Everyone or no one. If you are using Do Not Disturb and you do not need it, then turn it off.

What do you mean that you can't "call" an iPad in the UK?? That doesn't particularly make sense. You can email to an iPad or text them, but the iPad is not a phone, so how do you expect to "call" them??

Can a UK MacBook run North American operating system dvd?

I inherited a 2008 MacBook Pro from a family member in the UK (I live in Canada). Unfortunately, he forgot to give me the original operating system disc for it. I recently found some errors with Disc Utility that require me to do a disc repair from the OS disc so I went and bought a new copy of Snow Leopard to upgrade my system, and to fix the erros.
Unfortunately, the disc won't mount and just keeps spitting back out at me. I then borrowed a copy of Leopard from my boss and that did the same thing. I am wondering if the fact the machine is from the UK and I am trying to load North American OS discs is the problem.
Can anyone tell me if this could be my issue and what, if anything, I can do to get around it?

Simply way to make sub vi and call it form main vi

I'm a beginner and have major problems to make a sub vi and call it from main vi. I'm going to do a save dialog where is extra info for my saving and want to call dialog from main vi and after that save info to a file or database. I want that save dialog appears after i press button. I attach sub vi where is no functionality yet.

The first step is to connect the controls and indicators that you want to pass information to and from your main vi.
You right-click on the icon at the top right corner of the Front Panel and select "Show Connector". Typically put inputs at the left and outputs at the right side of the connector pane. Save it.
Open the main vi. Go to the block diagram. Click on "Select a vi" inside the Functions Palette. And choose the sub vi you prepared. Then wire it up inside your main vi.

Security exception when trying to call a DLL from an applet

Hi all,
I really hope someone out there can help me. I'm trying to call a windows DLL from an applet but always get some error when the call to the DLL comes. If I run it on the command line (calling a dummy main function that only calls the dll) I don't get any error. However, with the -Djava.security.manager, I get an ExceptionInitialiserError. When running it in a browser, I seem to get any of three errors, the above, securityAccessControlException (as I was expecting) and even NoClassDefFoundError.
I realise of course that this has to do with the permissions in effect but nothing seems to happen when I change the policy file, so I have to feeling that I'm chaning the wrong file. The one I'm using is the one the JRE entry in the registry is pointing to, Java Runtime Environment->CurrentVersion...
I even tried giving everything in the applet's directory AllPermission.
So what I'm wondering is this. Is there any way to check if your policies are actually working and when you update the files, what do you need to do to make the changes take effect?

Oracle Corporation recommends customers upgrade/migrate to the following as soon as possible to maintain the highest level of support: Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.7 or higher. Year End Information for Payroll:
o All mandatory patches are required for R11
o The Annual Geocode update (5253339) will be released in July 2006 and will be mandatory for Year End processing for both R11i and R11
o The HRMS Family Pack K Rollup patch is mandatory for R11i for Year End and is a pre-requisite for the Year End Phase 1 patch.
o Year End Phase 1 will be released on Sept 30th, Year End Phase 2 (includes Q4) will be released on Dec 15th, Year Begin will be released as a one-off (also included in Phase 2) on Dec 15th and Year End Phase 3 will be released on January 15th, 2006. Due to statutory or late breaking updates, the Jan 15th date is subject to change.
o Like last year, Year End Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be offered as incremental patches ONLY. Cumulative versions will not be released. This means that Year End Phase 1 is a pre-requisite to Year End Phase 2 and 3. Incremental patches do not require the application of a new HR legislative data install (hrglobal). Customers only need to apply the hrglobal driver currently installed.
Note: FPK RUP1 is a pre-requisite for Year End Phase 1. Year End Phase 1 is a pre-requisite for Year Begin. As in the past several years, Year Begin should be applied for any client going live in 2007.

(Quantum) version 2.7.6 program (patch 5326425) and the June data file are required for the tax changes effective July 1, 2006. Please note that Quantum 2.7.6 has a Canadian pre-req of patch 5223777. The Federal and Alberta basic personal amount changes effective July 1, 2006 are available with patch 5237516.

We need to know the new codes which will be added and which if any will be replaced. We know those identified on the US Gov site but can Oracle Dev. provide the specifics in advance so we can update our Employment Applications etc to match Oracle HR definitions?
