Have not been able to see my bill online for days

Have not been able to see my bill online for days, keeps sending me in an endless click loop, plus my Primary email keeps saying it needs to be verified, but the system says it cannot send an email to verify the email.
I went to online notification so that I could stop getting paper - how do I go back to Paper Billing?

Try clearing your cache, and if that does not work, try a second browser.

    Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
    "Clear the Cache":
    *Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
    "Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
    *Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
    Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
    *Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

    Sounds like your Apple TV needs to connect to your Wi-Fi network.

    I have not been able to get onto itunes to check my account or purchase anything for about a year now.  Got an Alienware system with latest Windows.  When I pull up itunes I can access my old music but cannot access my account to purchase anything new.  Just reinstalled itunes and it still does not work.  I am ready to just quit.  Anyone else having this issue?  Solutions?

    If this is an Alienware system, the most likely culprit is the Bigfoot Networks LSP as per the following document:
    Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
    Head to the Downloads and Drivers page at Dell for your particular model of Alienware. Look for available updates for your BigFoot networking device. If you update those drivers, does that give you back your Store access?

    Not a good idea to post personal information on a public forum.
    Good news - you have not lost your iTunes purchases. You can re-download them to your computer or to another computer that you have authorized your Apple ID to iTunes on as follows:
    1.     Open iTunes and sign on with the Apple ID that was used to make the purhases
    2.     Click on the iTunes Store
    3.     Click on Purchased under the Quick Links sidebar on the right-hand side of the iTunes Store window
    4.     Click on Music (or whichever media you are looking to recover), then on "Not in My Library". Then click on Albums or Songs, Most Recent.
    5.     You can then re-download individual items as you wish, or select "Download All" at the bottom of the screen to download everything

    Have you tried 4) and 6) on the list?
    The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
    If possible/applicable, you should save curent artwork first, of course.
    1) Close down Illy and open again;
    2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
    3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
    4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
    5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
    Even more seriously, you may:
    6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

    I am going through the same thing! It is so annoying. We did have some access my son's account and changed his password but now when he tries to make purchases it says "Your account ID has been disabled". I sent a message to support and am waiting a reply. Their suggestions for changing the password does not work at all!!

    I did a backup on my Mac after I bought my iPhone 5 after using it for around two weeks. Too late I discovered that was a big mistake because after this backup with my Mac I did not have the new information I added to my iPhone from the purchase date to the back up day. In addition I have not been able to see my synchronized information in my iPhone and my two iPads calendars. Please help because my work calendar depends on having the same information in all three devices. Please help!!

    iCloud only syncs your iCloud calendars.  If the work calendar on you phone is an exchange calendar it won't sync with iCloud.  You would have to set up your exchange calendar on your iPads too in order to view it.
    If you aren't trying to sync an exchange calendar, on your phone go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar and be sure you have selected a calendar listed under your iCloud account as your default.  If not, make this change, then enter a new event on your phone and see if it syncs now.
    If your settings are correct and it still doesn't sync, add any missing events from your phone to your iCloud calendar on icloud.com.  When your iCloud calendar is up to date, on your phone go to Settings>iCloud, turn Calendars to Off, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, after a minute or so, turn calendars back to On to sync back your iCloud calendar, then enter a new event on your phone and see if it syncs now.

    I am experiencing exactly the same problem, today, and a reset, of all settings, did nothing to correct it.  Any suggestions would be welcome.  While dictation in all apps is out, Siri is working fine also.

    Adobe is doing nothing to your computer. We are, however, giving notice that our Workspaces service (accessible at https://workspaces.acrobat.com) is going to be shut down in a year. If you have files stored in Workspaces, you will need to download them to your computer before 1/6/2015.
