I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

Hi, we trialed from central and have bought the plus version but have still been charged for another month of the trial. Would you be good enough to refund the charge please considering we have bought the main product?
After much back and forth drama, and the assistance of one awesome person at Apple, and also a great iTunes representitive, they have agreed to refund me.
I have not yet recieved the refund but will post here when I do.

i was trying to change from my iphone 4 to my new iphone 5, and i backed up my contacts onto iclould, when i restored my iphone 5 on my computer, the contacts were wiped from both devices, how do i recover the contacts?
On the iPhone tap Settings > iCloud
Make sure Contacts is switched ON. It may take a few minutes for the data to sync via Wi-Fi.
If you are using iCloud, there's no need to connect your iPhone to a computer via iTunes to sync your contacts. -
I need help! I have multiple devices and would like everything linked to one master account, however, I need seperate IDs so that we can use imessage and facetime on each device individually. How do I do this?
I think I will do this. I will use my apple ID and set face time and message to work independently. That solves one problrem. My other problem and maybe my bigger problem is that if I am using my apple ID, how do I iflter all of this so that my kids don't see my contacts, get my apps, etc. ?

Do you have Automatic downloads enabled? Note this only works for items purchased after it is enabled.

How to purchase apps in App Store? When I am trying to buy those apps, it is asking for my card details. I have entered my debit card number and then it asked for 3 digit security code. I have entered cvv secure code but it is showing an invalid security
Debit cards are no longer accepted in the iTunes Store, it seems. The current valid payment methods are listed here:

You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible.

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.

I can not purchase music on iTunes and nothing has changed with my computer. I get an error saying "The network connection was reset. Could not purchase." I do have internet conncection. Apple has to be more user friendly than to let something like this happen, right?Did you change the ID, or did you create a new Apple ID? If you had simply changed the ID then what I suggested above should work as the ID itself is the same (even though the name of the ID - the address - has changed).
However if you created a new ID, logged in with that, and purchased items on it, then you have two separate IDs each with purchased associated with them. You say that you can't log in to the original account with the 'alternate' email - have you tried logging in with the original email address? It doesn't matter if it doesn't actually work to receive mail, as far as logging in is concerned it's just a text string. -
I have two charges to my credit card for the same dollar amount at two different times. First on 2/27/14 & second on 3/25/14 for $4.34. today's is pending payment and last months has been removed from my account. I have not purchased anything.
