Have old XP with PSE 11, bought new Win8.1 with PSE 12 what is best process to move my 20,000 images?

Trying to move my images from XP PSE 11 to WIN 8.1 with PSE12. can get part way but catalog seemed scrambled first time. What are the process steps.

Try A and B
(A) Restart iPad

Your media is only where you put it.
Either move it from the old computer or restore it from the backup of the old computer.

Set up each Mac for Time Machine backups in the normal way. Time Machine will keep each backup separate on the Time Capsule, so users will only be able to see the backups of their own Mac.
Yes....there are convoluted workarounds that might allow one user to see the backups of another.....IF...they know the administrator password of the "other" Mac.
As far as Internet sharing, all users will have access to the Internet if they have a wired or wireless connection. If a Mac connects using wireless, it is possible to limit the time that they are allowed to connect to the network.
For example, you might limit the ability to connect to the wireless from say each Weekday from 8 AM to 6 PM.
With a wired Ethernet connection, you cannot limit access times to the Internet.

Paragon even has non-destriuctive conversion utility if you do want to change drive.
Hard to imagine using 3TB that isn't NTFS. Mac uses GPT for default partition type as well as HFS+

That depends on what kind of "files" you're talking about and what your employer's policy is on using cloud storage.
I found dropbox and/or OneDrive work very well for keeping documents in sync between multiple machines.

Just copy the entire iTunes folder to the Music folder for your user account on the new computer. You can do this in a number of ways; file sharing, via an external hard drive, or Firewire Target Disk Mode. It may be easiest, though, to just transfer your entire user setup to your new Mac via the Migration Assistant. That will bring over all your user settings, music, movies, photos, documents, etc. Migration Assistant runs automatically when you first set up a new Mac, but if you've already set up your Mac, you can run it manually.

I don't know how to get my GB track to my friends, some of whom will have macs and some pcs. I have "shared" it with iTunes, but then what do I do? I know I can burn it to a cd, but I just want to send them the file. I've been told I can make it a podcast and post it on my Facebook page, but I don't know how to do this either! What is your GarageBand version?
In GarageBand '11 you have the option "Share > Send Podcast to iWeb". You will have to use the software you are using to create webpages to link to that file.
In GarageBand 10.0 you can use the option "Share > SoundCloud".
If you only want a place to put the song for download, get yourself a Dropbox, see: Download Dropbox for Mac OS
In GarageBand, use "Export Song to Disk".
Then put the song into the "public" folder in your dropbox and send the link to your friends.

I would like to record any change in my data using triggers.
For Example, I have the following tables:
create table members
( member_id number,
name varchar2(100),
password varchar2(100),
address varchar2(100),
some other attributes ...
and
create table members_audit
( counter_seq number
stamp date,
action varchar2(1),
member_id number,
name varchar2(100),
password varchar2(100),
address varchar2(100),
some other attributes ...
Now, I would like to create a trigger that records and saves every change.
But only if there has really something changed.
Therefore, I got to compare every single OLD variable with the NEW variable. Is there a possibility to simply pass every single colum of the OLD variable and the NEW variable in a loop?
Do I have to create an extra trigger for each table or can I do something like this:
Create the following trigger for each table:
CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER my_trigger AFTER INSERT OR DELETE OR UPDATE ON [every_table] FOR EACH ROW
The whole auditing-table name is put together using the table name plus "_audit":
So, for example if I have the table "members" the trigger auditing table should be "memebers_audit". My auditing table for the table "customers" is "customers_audit". I do not want to create a trigger for every table manually.
Can I create a trigger on the whole schema?
How can I solve this problem?

Or did you mean to write just a simple shell script that produces the needed code?
I thought to use the Workspace manager, but this is a feature only oracle has. And we don't know at this time clear that we will stay by oracle all the time.
So I will write on Trigger for every of the nearly 200 Tables in 7 user schemas ... Thats a much of work. Okay, but it will be the fastest solution because the triggers are compiled only once I think.
Is it possible to write such code in the trigger:

Is there somethin like the old.* or will I have to write:

I think that your Mac detects your hard disk, but the problem is that your new hard disk doesn't contain any operating system, so your Mac doesn't find any bootable partition and you see a question mark.
If your Mac came with DVDs, insert the Mac OS X Install DVD and hold the C key while your Mac is starting. Then, just install Mac OS X. If the hard disk isn't prepared to install Mac OS X, you will have to erase it using "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)". See > http://pondini.org/OSX/DU1.html
