Have photoshop 12 new computer I don't have disk drive how can I download?
My old computer crashed so we bought a new one and I had photoshop elements 12. The new computer doesn't have a disc drive is there a way to download? I downloaded the first time by disc.

In this complicated case, I think it's important that you get your work in.
The Photography Plan includes Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC. Open an account with them and for $10 a month you can be back in business which I think nets you more than $10. It's what I do. You can do this immediately. You get two seats and they can be either Mac or PC.
In your spare time you can sort out the license issue and cancel the plan later on if this is fixed.
If you don't want to go there, then you will have to call Customer Service by phone and hope they can fix this.

I assume you realise that 11 is not the current version, which is now up to 12

And if yes, that you had 11 installed on your last computer? Did that come on a disk or download? If disk, have you now lost that disk?
If yes, and you registered your software, log on to your Adobe account, and find My Orders (or similar). You may find the download link and your serial number there. -

I lost the original dock to my 2nd generation ipod shuffle, I have a new charger but it doesn't work. How can I charge it?
If by "charger," you mean the USB docking cable, you need the original cable (or a compatible third-party replacement cable). A cable that is for the current 4th gen (and 3rd gen) shuffle does not work with a 2nd gen shuffle, because the connector is different.

There are third-party products that work, but make sure it is described as being for the 2nd gen shuffle. And I would avoid the ones that just seem too cheap, because there are likely to be quality issues. -

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

Try downloading them onto the iPad normally. If you're asked to pay for them, you can't.
The developer needs to create the two versions separately.

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Also, I had no clue that my iCloud could be backed up via cellular data! However, is this a new feature with the most updated iOS?? Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone. Go to Settings- Notes. What is showing as the default account? If your email address, go to the desktop version of the email and check the Notes folder. Yahoo and Gmail accounts will create Notes folders. Of the setting is just the phone, there would be no way to retrieve them. If the default is I cloud, contact Apple Support.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use
