Have previously purchased Lion via APP store and need to download again
We have recently rolled back our MacBook Pro to Snow Leopard (which came with the laptop) as we have had endless problems with Mavericks in using external hard drives and media servers on our home network. Basically it just does not work with them.
PLease advise how we can download Mountain Lion again, which we have already purchased.
Lion is no longer available in the App Store and it is no longer listed in my purchases, it was removed when I did the upgrade to Mavericks.

On your iPad, you can open iTunes and click on Purchases. Plus, when you purchase something from iTunes, you should get an email with the purchase details to the email you set up as your Apple ID. They sometimes take a day or two and with the volume of things being purchased with the millions of new iPads out there in the last 3 days, that may be a bit longer. I keep every receipt I get for future reference.

I Purchased Mountain Lion via app store - now I cannot download it.
I purchased a license for OS X Mountain Lion via the App Store and now I cannot download it.
Clicking on the download button did nothing.
Check for unfinished downloads says all downloads are complete.
There is no installer file named "Install Mac OS X Mountain Lion.app" anywhere on my system.
Now "OS X Mountain Lion" is listed under a seperate catagory "Other Purchases" and the button
is solid grey with no "DOWNLOAD" text.
I paid for a copy of OS X Mountain Lion but I recieved nothing in exchange for my payment.The Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. Then you will need to contact Mac App Store (MAS) support and clear up the issue before you will be able to download the Mt Lion installer.

I ve a 512kbps connection.I believe you have correctly identified your 512kbps connection as the source of the problem.
The Mountain Lion download is more than 4 gigabytes. You should try hard to find a much better, faster, more robust connection. -
How can I obtain the Pages app which I previously purchased from the App store for Snow Leopard? The only download now available is for Mountain Lion which my computer can't run. Thanks
Try Amazon but look for the iWork suite of software. It's only sold separately as Pages, Keynote, and Numbers from the App Store.

I'm experiencing a problem with an app I've just purchased from iTunes, I have tried every piece of advice from the "iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store" and still nothing is working. I would like to get my refund on this pls.
This is an inconvenience, I don't understand why I have to contact the developer for a faulty product in your store.
I've paid iTunes to get this, so iTunes must fix this problem for me or give my money back.

I have been trying to update via App Store and every time only with apple software it starts to download and it will says it's calculating time remaining then an error message pops up saying " An error has occurred the request timed out. (102)" I have tried everything , I've been told its my ISP but I have tried using differenet internet to attempt the updates. Like I said all other software updates fine its just apple software

You aren't likely to get an answer with that type of attitude. BTW, you are not contacting Apple on these forums. We are all volunteer end users just like you. If you want support, then call AppleCare and you can get one-on-one assistance. -
Why won't OS X Mavericks start downloading when I click the download button? It thinks and acts like it starts downloading with the thinking circle moving then stops and goes away. I have tried going to the purchases in the app store and restarting it there and that is not working either.
Repair permissions, restart your computer & try again.

Cannot update my keynote, pages and numbers from my ipad. I have different accounts, one for app store and other for icloud. What can I do?
You can't merge accounts or transfer iTunes purchases from one Apple ID to another: but there is no problem about using two IDs.
Use your iCloud ID for iCloud for syncing email, contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and PhotoStream.
Use your other Apple ID as before for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match.
There's no conflict about doing this, and you won't even notice as Keychain will log you in with the correct ID in each case. It's also better security not to have your iTunes login also your email address, given the number of complaints about hacked iTunes accounts. -

After reviewing your post, I located an article that can help with resetting your iCloud password:
iCloud: Change your iCloud password
Your iCloud password protects the privacy of the information (such as your email) stored in iCloud. Your password also protects your ability to locate or remotely erase your device using Find My iPhone. You should regularly change your iCloud password to protect your information. Your iCloud password is the password for the Apple IDyou use to sign in to iCloud.
Important: If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud as you do with other Apple services such as the Apple Online Store, iTunes Store, App Store, or to purchase products in iPhoto or Aperture, changing your iCloud password also changes your password for these services. Make sure you sign in to those locations using your new password.
Go to the My Apple ID website (appleid.apple.com) and follow the instructions to reset your Apple ID password.

After changing your iCloud password, make sure you update it on all your devices and in any email apps you use to get your iCloud email.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Go to Settings > iCloud, then tap your iCloud account.

On a Windows computer: Open iCloud for Windows.

I bought mountain lion en app stores and start download, but stops and mentioned is incomplete. and when start installation mentioned error because download is incomplete and send me to download again but the button is in "downloaded" what can i do?

What version of iPhoto? Of the OS? what has changed since it worked? How are you trying to open it (clicking on the icon in the Dock, double clicking on the application in the applications folder, ???)?
Anything else you can tell a total stranger who can not see you or your computer to let them assist you?
