Have problem in label printing program while printing continuously

Dear Gurus,
i am working on a label Printing program. my requirement is that to print label as below in one page continuously :
     Label 1      Label 2
     Label 3      Label 4
     Label 5      label 6
but i am unable to do , please tell me how to do this . i v already did like this:
     Label 1      Label 1
     Label 2      Label 2
     Label 3     label 3
please reply.

Imagine you have a list (itab1) with one field only (matnr). To achieve what you need, you must create an itab2, with 2 fields (matnr1 and matnr2).
In your print program do something like:
DATA: l_mod TYPE i,
      l_line TYPE i.
CLEAR: l_mod, l_line.
LOOP AT itab1 INTO wa1.
  ADD 1 TO l_line.
  l_mod = l_line MOD 2.
  IF l_mod NE 0. "position1
    wa2-matnr1 = wa1-matnr.
  ELSE. "position2
    wa2-matnr2 = wa1-matnr.
    APPEND wa2 TO itab2.
    CLEAR wa2.
  ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
Verify is this code should predict some exceptions (last line or something).
Edit: last line:
ENDLOOP.
IF l_mod NE 0. "position1 was not appended
  APPEND wa2 TO itab2.
ENDIF.
Regards.

Hi, After I installed Mac Lion, I have problem with the tamil font while typing in Neo Office. Especially with the letters "e-Ex: தெ" and "ai-Ex:தை". Please help me I know its not bug from Apple It shd be some problem in neo.

Is your problem due to the keyboard or to NeoOffice Characters? You have to change probably the font. Not all fonts are supporting all Unicode sets. Which font you have in your NeoOffice set to write Tamil? Try with Arial Unicode MS for example.
Are the letter e-Ex and ai-Ex right in your posting? If they are right, how you inserted these letters in your posting? By copy and paste or by typing? If by typing, your question is related to NeoOffice. Probably you should reinstall or update NeoOffice? Or switch to OpenOffice?

  • Problems with label printing canon 2520

i just recently purchased the canon 2520 and im trying to print dvd labels in my image garden, i was all done with my label but when trying to print i get this message, "This data cannot be printed on the currently set printer. to print, change to a printer supporting the paper size set for this data." does anybody know what the settings to print dvd labels in this printer are? i already tried changing the settings a number of times but nothing works. the settings are actually right from what i see, is on 4.7 small inner circle

When you try to print disk labels from My Image Garden it's assuming you are printing directly on a CD with a printable label already on it, which this printer is not capable of.

    Hi,
Thnaks for your reply, This is my requirement.
Here my problem is i am trying to upload the data from flatfile which contain materil number, denominator, Actual UOM, Nominator field values.
Which is the data i need to upload into MM02 and MM01, if material number is new then it has to create the material, if material is already existing it has to update the UOM values.
here i am getting data into my internal table INP_DATA, from that i am trying to upload the data to database by using job name MRP_MATERIAL_MASTER_DATA_UPLOAD with direct input program RMDATIND.
when i execute my program i am getting success message all the records writtin from flatfile to application server. and job started message.
then if i go into sm37 screen there i execute the job it is also giving active message. if i refresh it it is showing job completed message.
then i look at job log status. there i found that for existing material it is expecting material type, for new material it is giving some gravity error.
So could u help me in this it will be gr8.
    Thanks & Regards,
    RamNV

  • Problem printing horizontal text in smartform with zebra Z6M label printer

    hello,
    The situation is this:
There is a Z smartform wich prints a label to a zebra Z6M label printer with the text and barcodes vertically.
The form have a command in the main windows with the parameter: S_LZPL_SETUP     '^FWR'
This label works fine, but the client want to change the form, they have told me to create a new smartform and print the info horizontally, using the same printer.
The tests i have done are the following:
create a smartform from ground and write a template text and a barcode with a new font of system barcodes. the bardoce is shown ok(it is shown horizontally), the problem is that the template text is shown vertically, as in the original smartform.
then i tried on another zebra ZM600 label printer, similar model, but not the same, and the smartform printed was ok (text and barcodes shown horizontally). So i think is a configuration setting problem, but i dont know where to search.
i have checked the label printer parameters in SPAD, but didnt find anything souspicios.
    have you any idea?
    thanks in advance.

See these if they be of any help.....
    BARCODE:
    goto smartform styles-> create a style-->
    create a character format.
under standard settings give the bar code name
use this style in ur smartform. select the data field which u want to barcode print and assign the character format
    Similarly
    SAPSCRIPT
open the form and click the character format button and
    repeat the step as above....
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/68/4a0d5b74110d44b1b88d9b6aa1315b/frameset.htm
Go to Character formate in your form.
create a new char formate with enable BAR code AND
you can give its type too.
To Create a Bar code prefix:
    1) Go to T-code - SPAD -> Full Administration -> Click on Device Type -> Double click the device for which you wish to create the print control -> Click on Print Control tab ->Click on change mode -> Click the plus sign to add a row or prefix say SBP99 (Prefix must start with SBP) -> save you changes , it will ask for request -> create request and save
    2) Now when you go to SE73 if you enter SBP00 for you device it will add the newly created Prefix
Create a character format C1.Assign a barcode to the character format.Check the check box for the barcode.
The place where you are using the field value use like this
    <C1> &itab-field& </C1>.
You will get the field value in the form of barcode.
Which barcode printer are you using ? Can you download this file and see.
    http://www.servopack.de/Files/HB/ZPLcommands.pdf.
It will give an idea about barcode commands.

    Detailed information about SAP Barcodes
A barcode solution consists of the following:
    a barcode printer
    a barcode reader
    a mobile data collection application/program
A barcode label is a special symbology to represent human readable information such as a material number or batch number
    in machine readable format.
There are different symbologies for different applications and different industries. Luckily, you need not worry to much about that as the logistics supply chain has mostly standardized on 3 of 9 and 128 barcode symbologies - which all barcode readers support and which SAP support natively in it's printing protocols.
You can print barcodes from SAP by modifying an existing output form.
Behind every output form is a print program that collects all the data and then pass it to the form. The form contains the layout as well as the font, line and paragraph formats. These forms are designed using SAPScript (a very easy but frustratingly simplistic form format language) or SmartForms that is more of a graphical form design tool.
Barcodes are nothing more than a font definition and is part of the style sheet associated with a particular SAPScript form. The most important aspect is to place a parameter in the line of the form that points to the data element that you want to represent as barcode on the form, i.e. material number. Next you need to set the font for that parameter value to one of the supported barcode symbologies.
    Creating Bar code:
) Go to T-code - SPAD -> Full Administration -> Click on Device Type -> Double click the device for which you wish to create the print control -> Click on Print Control tab ->Click on change mode -> Click the plus sign to add a row or prefix say SBP99 (Prefix must start with SBP) -> save you changes , it will ask for request -> create request and save

  • I need to find where I can download CD label print. I just got a new computer.

I just bought a new computer and have used CD Label print for years but I can't find it on the Canon website. I could go to some of those 3rd party sites, but they just load you down with stuff I don't want. I need to find out where I can download it. Thanks.

    Hi Macma,
The Easy-PhotoPrint EX program that comes with the printer can be downloaded from the Canon USA website and assist you with printing CD labels.  Please click here to go to the Drivers and Software page for your PIXMA MG5420.  Once on the initial download page for your model, please do the following:
    1. Verify that the operating system detected in the "OPERATING SYSTEM" drop-down menu is correct, and if it is not, please click the drop-down menu to select your operating system.
    2. Next, please click on the red arrow next to the "SOFTWARE" section and click the EASY-PHOTOPRINT EX file. When you do, a red DOWNLOAD button will appear. Please click on the checkbox below the DOWNLOAD button, then click the red DOWNLOAD button to begin the download. The time for the download process may vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the file being downloaded.

  • Printing Problem on Canon Printer

    Hi Gurus,
    Greetings and Thanks in advance!
I have problem in Invoice printing on new Canon LBP 2900 B printer. Whenever I print on this printer the one character from right side does not print. Whereas if the same printing we are doing on HP Laserjet printer it comes perfectly.
I tried to create a new output device through SPAD in which I have used following:
Device Type: SWIN Windows printing via SAPlpd (since i didnt find Canon printer in the list so i used windows standard)
    Device Class: Standard Printer
Host Spool Access Method: G:Front End Printing with control Tech.
    Host Printer: _Default
But it was giving the same problem. Please suggest the solution.
