Hello people i have tryied everything and dont know what too do !! i download daft punks newest album and when i was listening the album in a certain point of the song it stops and changes track for example at minut 4 34 of giorgio a song of the album its stops and goes to the next track, but when i passed this album to my iphone it dosent haves this problem !!! plz help i dont know what 2 do !!

Try deleting the track from your itunes library, then re download load or sync with your iphone
remembering to sync with music on your iphone.

The results show that you have a proxy server set and this can often cause problems with iTunes.
The proxy setting can be accessed in Internet options>>Connections>>LAN Settings.
Try un-checking the proxy server check box.
It might also be a good idea to run a malware check if you didn't know you had the proxy server set.

Does anyone have problems with iTunes movie rentals freezing in the middle of the movie, requiring a force quit, which causes your rental to disappear? This has happened multiple times to me recently. Last time Apple didn't refund my money after reporting the problem. I have been using iTunes for many years but am about to give up.

Correction: I was refunded for the previous movie freeze.

For general library squiffiness following an upgrade the easiest thing is to restore your last backup, but I guess if it were that simple you wouldn't be here.
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps youshouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

I have problems with iTunes install.

There are many discussions about installing iTunes 10.5, but I have another problem.
First, I can't install iTunes because in finish of installing Apple Software Update there is a 'problem with Windows Installer'.
I tried to reinstall Windows Installer, to restore Windows with the installation disc, to reboot my computer, to check files, but it don't solve my problem.
I found some installed Apple components: Apple Mobile Device Service, Apple Application Support, and Apple Software Update. I was successfully uninstalled first two components (AMDS and AAS) but I can't uninstall Apple Software Update - if I want to reinstall or uninstall it there is an 'No access to Windows Installer' and I can't fix this problem with those methods.
What I can do now? I really don't want to reinstall Windows.

TS1424 Anyone have problems with iTune purchases and functions when overseas?

I am in Israel, been here for three weeks and had no problems with apps updates, purchases,etc.
suddenly it says that I cannot coplete transactions because PayPal is declining payments.
However a quick check with PayPal shows that my account is in order and it should NOT be a problem.
There is a suggestion that being in another country is related to the problem.
Is this Possible ?

I have this exact problem. Also affects any app that is using map services (like foursquare). I've had Apple replace the phone (didn't help), had Verizon replace the SIM card (didn't help), and so I am still trying to solve this while Apple and Verizon point at each other and say that the other one is the problem.

Installed iTunes 10.3.1 on Mac and then all tunes vanished from my iPhone 4. I hooked the phone to the Mac and Synced them together and everything returned to iPhone. Next morning the problem was back. I had to delete iTunes and reinstall an older version from my Time Machine backup. It now appears to be working. Has anyone else had problems with this?

Why my iphone 4 32GB alway have problem with itune? itune always ask me to restore itune and when i restore it appear error (-1).

When i tried many times i success installed and can used with update latest version a few day then my iphone cut off service provider and when i restart it it appear itune plug USB and when i plug to itune on my pc then it asked me to install so i install it but when i am installing nearly full (70% finish) then it alert me with this message "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (-1).
What should i do?

If no change after restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the iPhone's backup, your iPhone has a problem. Call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple store if available.

I have problems with Itunes in my iPhone 4S since the newest Itunes update

When the latest Itune released was suggested in my Itunes I pressed yes, and I was asked to reset my Iphone. I did that and lost all the contacts, emails,etc, but I recovered them through I cloud. What I did not recovered was anything I had in Itune in my Iphone which was not synced with my Imac, I had customised it. Now I can not sync with my Mac. I can not even play the songs I have in my iphone, there are greyed out and go by very quicky and I can not play them. I want to be able to sync back and forth playlists between my Mac Air and my Iphone. Thanks for your help.

Weird stuff happening with my iTunes. On Tuesday I downloaded the new iTunes as I just got my 1st ever iTouch...64GB. I also bought my wife a Shuffle for the gym. I already have a shuffle for the gym. I created a new Playlist for my Wife's iPod and started adding tunes for her. I also tweaked my my iPod shuffle list with some new tunes and removed some others, I didn't sync it at this point. I hooked up my iTouch and downloaded the entire library to it and everything seems fine. On Wednesday I bought Frank Sinatra tunes and put them on my iTouch. Still everything is fine. I decide to go to the gym today and remember I hadn't updated my gym iPod shuffle yet, so I hook it up...it gets swiped clean!!! Nothing on there now.
All songs are listed, but when I click on it to just try and listen to it,it says "The Song "xxxxxxxetc..." could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?"
All album artwork is gone, only songs I can access are the Frank Sinatra songs.
Needless to say, I've started a file with Apple and got their phone # which I'll call 1st thing in the morning at 9AM eastern!!!
Apple better fix this...I'm due for a new laptop and desktop. My kid uses Apple at school so it's only natural that I get an Apple Desktop and Laptop. If Apple doesn't fix, I'll buy PC...
