Have Qt but no Qt headers?

Former Ubuntu user, experienced Linux programmer, now using Arch 64bit on a laptop. Man is this slick!
I'm trying to compile the QUCS electronic circuit simulator from the source tarball (ignoring the Arch repository for now; i'm experimenting with its internals) but ./configure stops at saying it can't find the qt headers. I already have other Qt-using software installed (qjackctl for one) and so i assume qt's headers are installed along with everything else in Qt. Giving up, i installed the QUCS package with pacman, and it runs fine. I can only assume i really have Qt, the right version needed. Yet the QUCS source still won't configure. I could sit down and shut up and just use the pacman-installed QUCS, but i'm curious what's keeping configure from finding the headers, and i do like digging into trouble! Maybe there is something that could be fixed?

QTHOME, or anything in the environment = a true vacuum, not even quantum foam... such variables are undefined. Lemme guess... QTHOME or at least some QTxxxx variable should exist?
I believe QUCS wants QT3, The configure script makes references to /usr/include/qt3. That last directory, as it happens, does not exist. So the configure script is making an honest complaint. The previously installed (properly running) program were qt4.
I did, early today before my first post, did a "pacman -S qt3" and right now i can do "pacman -Q qt3" to find i have qt3 3.3.8-7 installed. Maybe this is an oddball package that, despite the wonderful one-pieceness of Arch packages, has a separate "dev" package?

How to have a table with table headers eventhough the table is placed in the scrollpane?
This is because when i place my jtable into the scrollpane the table headers aren't showed.
I have read that i need to override:
configureEnclosingScrollPane() from jtable.....and with:
JViewport viewport = scrollPane.getViewport();
viewport.getView()
i think that i can reach it....but i don't know how to integrate it...to reach to have my jtable into a jscrollpane wiht the same headers of my jtable......
Could somebody help me please?......

Do you have enough funds in your bank account?
otherwise iTunes sometimes black lists card if there are too many fradulent purchases
Reason why they might black list a card is possibly you call in for alot of fradulent purchases
One more reason can be because iTunes does actually limit the amount you can change payment methods
Call AppleCare Phone support and have your call directed to iTunes Store

They play on my iphone and from the itunes library but not from my ipod touch.

If the songs are still on your ipod, make sure autosync is disabled in iTunes on your computer, connect and right click on it in the device list, then choose "transfer purchases" to copy all bought media and apps from your ipod to your computer.
If the songs are not on your computer and got deleted from your ipod as well, you can't get them back, unless you have a backup of your iTunes library as part of your computer backup.

With your phone plugged in, open Image Capture and see if the iPhone shows up. If not, you are having a sync problem. If it shows up in Image Capture, but not iTunes, I'd delete iTunes and reinstall it.

I assume this is Apple Mail. Try this:
Preferences > Accounts > your-first-account
Select Outgoing Mail Server of account/name you wish to use and check Use only this server
Repeat for other accounts.

If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

Not sure when mobile me changed, but it was this weekend that my storage etc. lapsed (I have paid to keep storage with icloud). So i assume this has something to with it stopping.

Just to address the last point: check your History menu to see whether you have the Restore Previous Session option and use that if you can. If that is grayed out or doesn't restore everything, check the Recently Closed Windows and Recently Closed Tabs lists for other pages.
The unwanted window may be generated by an add-on. Try disabling ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.

Here are some other things to check:
(1) user.js file that changes Firefox startup behavior and overrides your preferences. This article describes how to track that down and delete it if you have one: [[How to fix preferences that won't save]].
(2) Possible hijacked shortcut. Check the "target" of the desktop icon you use to start Firefox to see whether it lists the unwanted page. To do that:
right-click the icon > Properties > Shortcut tab
For 64-bit Windows 7, the Target should be no more and no less than this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
(3) Possible undisclosed bundle items. If you have installed any free software recently, check your Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a program for surprises. If you click the "Installed on" column head to group by date, it is easier to spot bundled junk. Remove everything suspicious or unrecognized.
(4) Supplemental clean up scans. Our support article lists tools other Firefox users have found helpful: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware]].
Hopefully that cures it.

This is obviously a problem apple! Please look at your community boards and see that a number of people have issues with the latest update and sort out.
I have tried a number of times to install the update and have failed getting the same message as you. Tried with the 32 bit instead & no luck. Ive come on here to see if anyone else has a solution & found we all have the same problem. Someone else tried the old uninstall reinstall trick to no avail. Please sort this out apple!!
