Have subscription, still being asked for credit

I have a World subscription and am able to place calls to some overseas phone number. But for others, I am being told that I don't have enough credits. Not exactly sure why I am being asked for credits to complete a call when I have a world subscription? John

I talked to the help desk at adobe before purchasing a single application creative cloud membership. I asked them if - with this - I'd be able to publish an ipad application.
They assured me that yes, I'd be able to do this. Now every time I go to publish my app, I get asked to purchase a serial number. What is going on here please?

How did you download the software? For Creative Cloud, you should download from http://creative.adobe.com (which will install through an application called AAM). If you have a trial installation, and bought Creative Cloud, that could be the cause.

If you have a credit card on your account then it has to valid and its details correct.
If this is the first time that you've tried to use the account in the store then unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

Still being billed for credit amount we were told to take

We recently changed our services and were told that we had a credit to take on our next payment. We did take the credit, but our bill now shows that we still owe that amount. Would like to get this resolved before Comcast tries to charge us a late payment.

Did you choose a landline-only plan?
This means that calling an Irish mobile phone number will result in additional costs deducted from your Skype Credit. There's also a mobile and landline plan for a higher premium. You'd still be taking advantage of Skype's low calling rates.

When attempting to perform updates, it asks for credit card information. I give it all the information its ask but then it tells me that the security code is invalid. I have rechecked it and rentered it several times still it tells me the code is wrong

I have never had to enter a password to access mail. However, recently, I keep being asked for password on my ****** address. Only on my macbook. (which, btw, has a version number the drop down doesn't offer as a choice. I had to putt 9.4)

When I look up the account the "password" is a long string of gobbledygook. Something I would never do.
But when I attempt to use that pw I still can't get in.
I have no trouble accessing that email account on my mac mini. Just on the macbook.

I'm confess I'm still trying to get a handle on your problem. You do a fantastic job of describing it ... but I'm just trying to picture it accurately in my head.
I think, were I in your shoes, I'd begin by looking at what the debug page has to say for the specific destination in which you're interested in fixing. In other words, I'm not clear on where, exactly, this destination points ...

Is that your site, or the division within your site that you want to fix? "Normally", you do not need to specify a site handle to get to your site within your transfer CGI ... if you say "uillinois.edu", it's enough to transfer your users to iTunes U ... but every site still has a handle, and you could, if you wanted to, actually specify it in your transfer CGI. For example, this:

is for my entire site ... it's my site handle. Whereas this:
Destination uic.edu.1991288441
is for a division within my site ... but it's impossible to tell the difference between "site" and "division" from just the handle (I mean, if I didn't say "this is a site" and "this is a division", there'd be no way for you to know). So when I look at your creds and permissions on your debug page, I can't quite tell if they give you download access for your site, or for the specific division you want to fix. If you could open the debug page with your division as destination (or confirm that that's what we're looking at), it'd rule out some things.

In most cases, this issue is caused by a formatting error in the billing address that you have provided. You can correct the issue by verifying that the information you have provided is correct, or by changing the format of your address to match the format that your credit card company has on file.
You can verify and/or modify your billing address by following these instructions:
Open iTunes. If you are signed in to iTunes, skip to step 4.
Note: Verify that you are signed in to the correct iTunes account. If you are unsure which account you're signed into, choose Store > Sign Out and proceed to step 2.

I downloaded Blue Fire Reader and it requested an adobe id. I clicked on the link that was in the error message stated http//adeactivateadobe.com. Found out that if the date and time on my Ipad is wrong that it won't let me download a book. I was off 5 hours. I reset my clock settings and adobe id let me download a book from the library. I am back to using Overdrive and adobe again on my ipad.
