Have to click Next button on results page twice

Help!
My first Captivate module is all ready to go, with one small
problem. When users get through a quiz and go to the results page,
they have to click the Next question twice. I'm not sure why this
is, and I can't seem to fix it.
For the rest of the slides, instead of automatic advancement,
users have to click a Next or Back button to go forward or back,
and I have quiz questions where the user can't go back, and no quiz
review, but I don't see how those would impact that one single
button on the results page, which of course I can't edit because it
only appears when a quiz is completed, and not actually during
design.
I hope this makes sense! Please help. You're my only
hope.

Since I upgraded my Firefox..whenever I click on a link i get this error message...Java Script Exc in ev handl: Error: Bad NPObject as private data! Then I have to click ok to get the page to open.

How to get sequence value on click of button in OAF Page

Hi all,
I have a requirement to get a field called Bankrefernece number populated with sequence value on click of apply button ; i mean inserting new record in database for new transaction.
Sequence Value should be something like this:
Example
No     Transfer Date     Bank Reference Number
(DDMMYY_999)

2     24-Oct-2010     241010_002

means every day sequence should start with the date initials.

Adding a button to results page of a test in Captivate 6...

I'm working in Captivate 6 and I don't seem to be able to add a button to the results page of a test. Adding a button is not an option. I need to insert Javascript in the button in order to get back to our Learning Management system. Please help!

Triggering a URL to WDJ:
I suppose the URL of WDJ app. is also a portal URL. I assume that from a BSP application inside portal you need to trigger the WDJ url.
But the catch is that you cannot hotcode this URL, since it varies for a development, quality and production systems(diff. portal environments).
To solve this issue, ABAP provides a system variable named sy-sysid, which says want system your ABAP system is, normally a development R/3 system will be associated to development portal system and quality R/3 to quality portal ans so forth.
So you could have a internal table/db table/ variable for dev, quality or prod portal urls and from the bsp on button click based on the value in the sy-sysid you can trigger the url accordingly.
Creating a URL in WDJ
The above is about triggering a WDJ from BSP. But if you dynamically want to create a link in WDJ on a button click, then apparently you could not do that from BSP, since the applications are different. All you could do is to pass some URL parameters to WDJ application from BSP app. Then based on the URL parameters the WDJ application has to dynamically create a link and add it to its application.

Have to click allow on every web page for adobe flash player

I have windows vista, internet explorer 9 and have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. All of a sudden I am getting a message at the bottom of every web page "this webpage wants to run the following add-on "adobe flash player" I have to click the allow button. This has just started happening. How do I stop it?

Sorry, I don't know. I do not get these pop-ups, so I cannot really test it.
I also do no longer have IE9, and these settings are completely different in IE10. But it should be something under ActiveX.

Have to click back button multiple times

I have seen same problem posted, but no resolution that has worked for me. On some sites, once I click on a link (once), I have to click the back button 2-3 times to get back to the page I was originally on. If I right click on the back button, I see that 2-3 copies of the linked page are in the back button history. This happens a lot on cbsnews.com. If I click on a photo list on that site, it will load 2-3 copies of every single picture that I look at. I have tried running firefox in safe mode, but the same thing happens. If I visit the site using Chrome, it does not happen. This has been happening since version 29.0; I am currently running 31.0 for windows (8.1).

I also have value change listener methods for two drop down lists whose immediate property is set to true to bypass the validation. If i change the dropdownlist selection then its value change listener method is successfully invoked, then after if i click the submit button, then it will works.

Flash Installer: Can't click next button

The "Next" button doesn't work - nor do any other buttons on the installer. I have to force quit the installer just to get out of the window...

The Flash Uninstaller buttons work just fine.

Why do I have to click through4 or 5 web pages after clicking on "ask a new question" before I get to ask the question?

Yes, there is a link to "Ask a new question" but it has no input box. I have to click several more times before finally getting to type my "question" - which is really only a Subject: line, not the full-fledged question that finally shows up under "add more details."

Next button on detail page

Hi,
I have:
PAGE 1
containing a recordset, showing a list down the page by way of a repeat region. Each entry has a link to PAGE2?detail=the row ID
PAGE 2
containg the detail record set (filter by ID = URL parameter 'detail'
Can someone advise how to place a link "Next Article", on the detail page (PAGE 2) to PAGE 2 to show the next record in the list from PAGE 1
I would like to create this funtionality so the user doesn't have to keep going back to the main list to choose the next record, they could for instance select the 4th record on the list, go to the details page and from there either go backwards or forwards to the previous or next record.

What you will need to do is execute a sql statement to retrive the next record ID in the database. Now since you would not know exactly what record the user is going to click on to view the detials of that record you need two variables
1. The ID of the record that use is viewing the details of
2. The next record ID in the database.
To retirve the next record ID you need to put the current ID into a variable. The example below assumes your are passing the record id in the url to the details page
$currentID=$_GET['ID'];
Then execute the follwing mySQL statement on the details page. Replace the field names and table name with the your table names and fields.
$sql="SELECT MIN(ID) AS nextID FROM tablename WHERE ID > "$currentID'";
$result=mysql_query($sql)or die(mysql_error() . " - $sql");
$row=mysql_fetch_assoc($result);
$nextID=$row['nextID'];
Now all you need to do is to create a link to the next record as follows;

I have LR6 running on a Windows machine. Several times when launching the program I'm prompted as if I'm running a trial version, and then have to click a button to register and re-enter my license number. This is getting tedious--what's going on Adobe?

You do not have the properties in the Bookmarks Manager (Library), but you should have it if you right-click a bookmark the Bookmarks Toolbar or in the bookmarks sidebar.
On Mac you probably do not have it if you right-click an item in the Bookmarks menu (this menu is under control of the Mac OS), but I assume that this should work if you click the "Show your bookmarks" button on the Navigation Toolbar that is next to the star to bookmark the current tab and right-click an item in the bookmarks list that opens.
