Have to give Apple ID password all the time. How can I stop it?

I have to give my apple ID pasword for iCloud about every time I unlock my iPhone5 (or just random when working on my phone). This since I updated to iOS8 a couple of days ago. How can I make it stop?
It doesn't matter if I cancel or give it. Everything seems to work anyway. Logging out of iCloud and then logging in again doesn't help.

Run Disk Utility to verify/repair your drive(s). Boot from your installer dvd to repair the boot drive. If the repair reports that it fixed anything then see if your problem is fixed.

Try an SMC reset, you may need to do it at least 2x.
SMC RESET
Shut down the computer.

Do you have any cleanup software running on a schedule that may be causing this?

UPDATE and additional info: This problem is still occurring.
Apply have been completely unhelpful so far, after a second phone call, I was just told (again) to restart my MBP, unpair and repair my mouse, and insert fresh batteries. I've also done the SMC and PRAM resets several times.
I'm using my MBP in clamshell mode connected to a BenQ GL2460 monitor. Running my MBP slightly ajar seems to temporarily help with he mouse lagginess but the problem soon reoccurs.
I've tested my mouse on a friends earlier model non updated MBP and the mouse works fine.
I went out a bought a Microsoft USB mouse and the same lagginess happens with it, albeit a lot worse.
I'm currently running both mice connected via bluetooth, which actually seems to be minimising the magic mouse lagginess, but the Microsoft mouse is still very laggy. So I wonder what having two mice connected simultaneously is doing?

Apple ID pops up asking for password all the time which I type in, I know correclty, however a screen afterwards pops up saying 'password incorrect'. I've had to change my password continuously as whenever I try to sign in through the Apple website it too tells me my password is incorrect. I'm worried that my Apple ID is being hacked or there is some glitch or virus occuring. What should I do? Also lately there has been a similar occurence with Game Center, whereby it will pop up in a few of mu games every 2-5 minutes, I don't use Game Centre but my sister does. I disable Game centre, but after 2 or so minute it will pop up again, not sure if this is happening due to the password issue. Does anyone have any ideas of what it happening or how I could fix the issue. (this is through my Ipod touch iOS 6.1.3)

I'm not entirely sure from your description exactly what is going on. However, if you are being asked for the password for your Apple ID (be sure it's the right one) and the password that should work is being rejected, one strong possibility is that someone has hacked your Apple ID. They may do this in order to purchase apps, music, movies, etc, on your credit, which can then be used (though not updated) even after you change your password. Check your purchase history for any unusual purchases. Change your password (which may require a call to Apple if you no longer know the current password) and consider enabling two-factor authentication to protect against any future unauthorized changes to your Apple ID. I have gone into Project View and selected appropriately. The bar shows I have room to burn this DVD, but it does not burn. I have burned so many DVDs in the past, but this one just will not burn. I am so confused at this point. I will say this is the first 8.5gb I have attempted to create and burn. My specs list a 7.7gb or 4.7gb as operable....but there are no 7.7gb dvds. I had to purchase 8.5gb. Help? What am I doing wrong? I have spent so much time on this, and just cannot figure it out.

Give iPhoto a look at for creating the slideshow. It's easy to assemble the photos in an album in iPhoto, put them in the order you want and then make a slideshow of them. You can select from various themes and transitions between slides and add music from your iTunes library.
When you have the slidshow as you want use the Export button at the bottom of the iPhoto window and export with Size = Medium or Large.
Save the resulting Quicktime movie file in your Movies folder.
Next, open iDVD, choose your theme and drag the QT movie file into the menu window being careful to avoid any drop zones.
Then follow this workflow to help assure the best qualty video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.
The reason I suggest iPhoto is that I find it much easier to use than iMovie (except for the older iMovie 6 HD version). Personal preferences showing here.

Whether you can redownload music depends upon what country that you in. If you are using your computer's iTunes then does music show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (on your phone you might be able to redownload media via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app) ? If music shows there, but not that album, then check to see if it's hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If you aren't in a country when you can redownload music and it's still on your phone then you should be able to copy it over from the phone via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases.
