Have Tried EVERYTHING to get apps to download

Done all the Terminal commands, cleared out all the caches and preferences and even used the Activity Monitor to quit all the processes connected to the App Store. Reset my DNS setting to the Google DNS, tweaked Spotlight so it only sees the Yosemite volume, used Pacifist to re-install AppStore even! - and I'm still getting THIS:

Thing that is so frustrating is that I can use the AppStore on my other partitions and computer just fine.
This is on a MacBook Pro, mid-2009 15-inch, 2.8Ghz C2D, 4GB Ram, nVidia GeForce9600M GT 512, with a vanilla install of Yosemite last night.
Ideas?

    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

    If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
    You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store        
    If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

    You have gone to Settings > Sounds and the volume is set at a high level, you have selected a Ringtone for the sound, and it still does not ring?  Try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if it appears.
    If that does not help, visit an Apple store genius bar and have the iPhone tested to see if there is a hardware failure.

    Try this, Plug your iPhone back into your computer make sure you exit iTunes, Try going into your device manager and see if your iPhone shows up, if you see it the right click on it and select uninstall. Then restart your computer and watch the system install your iPhone drivers again.

So when I cancel out of it because nothing works its says, "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. I tried downloading those "free" windows installer clean up programs, yeah those are so not free. Can someone please help me??

    The usual response from the computer after the download is that Bonjour64.msi cannot be found although it is on my computer.
    Unfortunately, these sorts of msi-related troubles have gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
    Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
    If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
    Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any BonJour entries and click "Remove".
    Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try reinstalling iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
    (If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

    You can have monitoring latency and hardware latency and this sounds like hardware latency. What interface do you have and have you done a loopback test?

    Because you can drag the whole track forward it means that  your vocal, despite being in time with itself, is not in sync with the already recorded tracks.
    Do a loopback test.
    Record a transient sound (hi hat is good) make sure it is dead on the beat, use a midi hi hat and then turn it into audio, Route the recorded audio (hi hat) out of your interfave and then back into your interface to record it on a fresh track. Make sure you don't route them to the main outs to avoid a feedback loop.
    Once you have both tracks of hi hat zoom in. The second track will be out with the original and this is the latency of your interface. Zoom right in, you can use the timeline to calculate how many samples it is out. My Motu 828 Mk2 is 58. You then offset this in the Recording Sample offset in your Preferences (not in front of Logic right now so I can't remember the exact term).
    Once you have set the offset, do the loopback test again, you can keep all the tracks just make sure you're always using your original, smack on the beat track as your original.
    Once the re-recorded matches the original you will have compensated for your interface latency. You do not need to change this if you change sample rate or bit depth. Once you have set it, it stays that way.
    Try it and see how you go. If you get stuck there are a few other walk throughs of a loopback test on this very forum.

    I have done the Sleep/home button holding it down over and over and still get the same apple logo that will stay on and then finally goes away. I have tried over and over to connect to itunes and it keeps giving me an error that it can not connect. It acts like it will sync but then won't I have even tried to connect to a different computer that uses windows (I have a mac) and it still is giving me an error you can hear it sync the apple logo comes  on then it goes off.   • I have tried everything to get my new ipod nano to work with Windows 8.  Do I need to install new drivers or what?

    Got a ipod nano for Christmas.  Installed already bought tunes on it with my computer at the time which was running Vista OS. Had to buy a new computer in March with Windows 8.  Did not buy any songs until April 29th or so...but they will not show in my ipod nano.  Talked with a tech and he got my songs into the new computer.  However, after we hung up, I tried to download the 2 new songs into my ipod and it would not do it.  I noticed that the "cloud" icon was not by any of the songs - only the word: downloaded.  I am thinking that since this is a 64 bit computer that I need to do something else, but don't know what.  Can you help me?  Thank you

    So you have tried a different USB sync cable and as well as plugging it into all the USB ports on your system?  Did you try removing all other USB peripherals (excluding keyboard and mouse if necessary) to see if that did any good?
    What happens if you connect it to another PC or Mac?

    Agree with Ed Crowley's suggestion. I recommend you do the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
    1. Please move the mailboxes and log files to another directory.
    2. Mount database with the -Force parameter, it will create a new mailbox database.
    3. Move the mailboxes to the database.

  • I think I lost my whole system and have tried everything to get it back-NO LUCK HELP!

    I turned the laptop on last night and it would let me log in but wouldn't bring up the desktop at all. I was able to restore it to an earlier date. Was using it just fine and everything crashed and stopped now I can start it but it won't boot into Windows and says the installlation for windows couldn't complete in order to install windows you must start installation over and when you say ok it restarts and does the same thing. I was able to figure out that esc takes me to the startup menu but no luck restoring anything or booting windows 8. Now what?
