Error when starting managed server
Hi,
I have a setup with a admin-server and a managed server. Everything
worked fine, until one day, an exception started occurring in the logs
when starting the managed server.
The setup is:
- WLS6.1SP2
- Solaris 8, SPARC
The exception is:
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve
weblogic.transaction.resources.atserver1. Resolved:
'weblogic.transaction.resources'
Unresolved:'atserver1' ; remaining name ''
I've taken a look in the admin-servers JNDI-tree, and it is correct,
it only has "weblogic.transaction.resources", and is missing the
unresolved "atserver1" part.
Why is it suddenly referencing this, and what can/should I do about
it.
The server seems to be running even with this exception.

does anybody know whats going on here!?!?!
Cheers,
David.
Rajesh,
I am trying to get support to clarify that this is fixed, but they can't find
any bug reports with a similar stack trace.
Have you got any more info on the (CRs, support cases etc...) to help us track
this down.
Cheers,
David.

PATH=%JAVA_HOME%\bin;%J2EE_HOME%\bin
CLASSPATH=%J2EE_HOME%\lib\j2ee.jar;%J2EE_HOME%\lib\locale
all that env. variable have been set in System Properties through control panel in my windows. Plz help me if there anything wrong with my setting or there are another problems that I didn't noticed before. Thank you.
Irfan R.Modify your JAVA_HOME to C:\Program%20%Files\j2sdk1.4.2_08
as spaces are not allowed. Most probably it will work.
I have installed J2EE SDK 1.3 on my machine. I have
set
J2EE_HOME=C:\j2sdkee1.3.1
JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\j2sdk1.4.2_08
and
PATH=C:\j2sdkee1.3.1\bin
CLASSPATH
=%J2EE_HOME%\lib\j2ee.jar;%J2EE_HOME%\lib\locale
environmental variables. All the four path seem to
OK. But when I'm trying to start application server
using j2ee -verbose command on my dos prompt I'm
getting following error
'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file.
I tried j2ee -verbose command from C: prompt as well
as from C:\j2sdkee1.3.1\bin prompt in which j2ee
batch file is present.
Please help/guide on above issue -

Best regards,

Because I found the answer via Mr. yunyee who also had this problem on an AIX machine
I will post this also here.
The problem was that the upd_sendspace variable was set on
a mutch to low value (9126) or something in this range
It had to be set on 32769.
this was done with no -o udp_sendspace=32769
Best regards,
Peter

Anyway to gracefully shutdown the Mobile Server? This is on windows I'm wondering if "crashing" out of it may have caused the issue also. -
Libjvm.so error when starting reports server
I am running on SUSE Linux with AS Forms and Reports 10g.
I having difficulties when starting a new reports server that outputs to a display, and I would appreciate any suggestions as to how they can be overcome.
I am running on a single PC so have configured the system to use the namingservice.
namingservice.sh 14021 &
Naming Service Started Sucessfully
after this
> rwserver.sh server=test_server batch=yes
> rwdiag.sh -findAll
This correctly shows the server.
However if I omit the batch=yes part of the server launch then the error occurs.
To set up the display I used
> DISPLAY=:0.0; export DISPLAY
and to verify that the display was okay I used
> xclock&
But
> rwserver.sh server=test_server
gives the following error

...I have managed to resolove this problem by updating the installed JDK. I installed jdk-6u6-linux-i586-rpm.bin (downloaded from http://java.sun.com/)
I then updated the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in $ORACLE_HOME/bin/reports.sh to agree with the installed JDK locations. -

Message was edited by: Kay-Arne AarlieThere are several ways to do this, but for best results on a single installation (versus many), manually add and configure the following SAP TV variables in Notes.ini. <b>;===Custom Start===
MYSAPPSEPATH=<your path info goes here>\verify.pse
MySapDebug=<True or False>
MySAPVIEW=<the custom view name, if one is used>
MySapSuppressEmptyTicketWarning=<True or False>
;===Custom End===</b>
