Have windows 7 and Elements 8 email errors

I am getting an error msg Create an association in the default program.
I have tried Dell Charter internet service Adobe and still have msg when I try to send mail any help or any updates.

Elements 8 only lists Outlook Express, Windows Mail - neither of which are installed with Windows 7 - and the new Adobe Email Service; it does not seem to acknowledge any 3rd party email programs - even the optional Microsoft Live Mail - so it does not know what to do to send it.
The only way I have managed to get it working is to use the built-in emailer:
Open Organizer
Go to Edit > Preferences > Sharing
Select Adobe E-Mail Service from the drop-down menu in E-Mail settings
Fill out your details, the system will send you a confirmation email with an activation code
Once you have completed the setup you should be able to send emails - although I still get a message telling me that there is no default email program installed.

I can still connect to iTunes store and I can still summit track names to the CDDB server. I just cant recive the names from the CD's. I read this problem on the community and I've checked that the proxy server from Lan is unchecked. I use a verizon wireless card for my internet if that matters.

You could try using the DNG converter 8.7 on Windows vista:

I'm not sure that you saw the error msg. included in the kb, but it discusses removing .msi files from previous installations of DM.   Post back and let us know how it goes.
