Haven't received $10 preorder bonus credits on Multiple Orders

Hello,
I have multiple games that I preordered and purchased over 20 days ago, and still have not received the preorder bonuses for any of them.
Pickup dates were: 3/16 and 3/20. Games were: Final Fantasy Type 0 HD, MLB The Show 15, and Bloodborne.
What information do you need from me to rectify this situation?

Regrettably, KingFudd is correct in that these titles were not part of the My Best Buy Gamers Club Get $10 Promotion, and as such, did not qualify. You can find all the listed qualifying titles here or in KingFudd’s link.

My preorder was cancelled by in store rep, I didn't receive my preorder bonus

Hello,
I preordered MLB The Show Anniversary Edition, in store. When I arrived for pickup, the case was crushed. It was the only copy they had.
The rep told me he'd have one sent to my home. All good.
EXCEPT...what I didn't realize at the time was, he ended up cancelling my preorder when he did whatever he did to get my $5 deposit onto the new order he placed to ship to my home.
The preorder bonus was for a MLB controller skin, $19.99 value.
Last week I spent 20 mins on a call with a BB rep, who I explained everything to, and she said I would receive an email within 2 hours. Over a week later, I still haven't heard back from anyone.
Please help. Thank you.

I've had the chance to review your account and it looks like the points for Madden NFL 15 posted to your account some time ago. If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to double-check your points history going back to the date you placed your order. As far as Destiny is concerned though, remember that it can take up to 20 days for pre-order bonus certificates to post once an eligible title has been picked up or shipped.

Dragon Age Inquisition Preorder Bonus Digital Download Code

I preordered the PC standard edition of DA:I, and should have received a preorder bonus code in my email, but I have received nothing. I've pm'd the BBY inbox with all information requested, it was read last week and still not even the courtesy of a response. I have called the digital download dept 4 times, each time I am told my code is being "requested" and I should have it within 24 hours, yet still nothing. This is frankly ridiculous, can Best Buy not handle a simple preorder bonus correctly? I (and many others, judging by these forums) am being ignored because you already have my money. This is the last time I preorder anything with this company.

Haven't received order bonus email and cannot access order

Hello - I preordered Assassin's Creed Unity for PS4 and received my order yesterday, but I haven't received any emails containing my preorder bonus content code. Also, if I try to check the order status, it says In Process and if I try to go to order details I get a blank white screen. All of my other orders work fine.
Any help is appreciated!

I wouldn't worry just yet -- it can take 24-48 hours for pre-order bonus content to be fulfilled depending on where you placed your order, in-store or on BestBuy.com. For online orders, customers can expect to receive their bonus DLC via e-mail within 24-48 hours of pickup or shipment. For in-store purchases, the code should appear on the final sales receipt at the time of pickup.
If you still haven't received your Over Under Pistol redemption code within that timeframe, then you'll want to send a message to our Gaming-BBY inbox with the following information:

Haven't received points for watchdogs preorder

I preordered watch dogs for ps4 (Order Number: {Removed per Forum Guidelines}) online for in-store pickup, and picked it up on release day (Tuesday). As of yet the transaction still has not posted to my "my best buy" account... It doesn't even show as pending, just not there. I see there is a place to enter missing purchases but because I preordered it and should receive 500 bonus points, I'm hesitant to enter it there. Any idea why it hasn't posted yet?

Pre Order Issue Madden 15 - no preorder bonus

I did not receive the pre order bonus for madden 15. What are my options when the CS rep messed up the transaction. I picked up the game instore (4hrs ago) and the bonus did not show up on the recepit and i have not recieved an email. I originally told the rep that it did not look right. I am a member of the gamers unlocked, so i am not sure if they assumed that the 20% off was part of the $5 deposit. I also used the promo coupon for $10 off madden. I just check my receipt and the $5 deposit was not taken off the price of the game. I have a feeling i just bought the game and not pick up my pre order. What should I do to correct this issue? Will I loose all the preorder bonuses? This is the second time I did an instore preorderd. The first time i had to return/rebuy. Will have have to do the same?

Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons SMB Edition preorder bonus at Best Buy?

Best Buy is currently advertising the following message for this game:
"When you purchase this game, you'll get a code to unlock a new dungeon and fight for Arkvelza, the Death Skydragon."
Yet, it does not appear under the Special Offers section in the game details. My question is how and when will this bonus be sent? Will it be through email when the game is shipped, after it is shipped, or will it be sent in the box with the game?

Codes should have been sent to you via email if you pre-ordered, so make sure to check your Spam/Junk mail folders as well as any Promotional folders (such as what Gmail has) for that email. After release, online orders for ship to home or store pickup would have the code emailed to them and store purchases should have the code on the receipt.

WWE 2K15 Sting Preorder bonus

Hello,
I noticed that Best Buy's product info page for the upcoming WWE 2K15 game is advertising the preorder bonus of Sting the wrestler.
When you add the game to cart, I notice that the preorder bonus is not automatically adding to cart. I think this is going to be a bonus that is emailed since places like Gamestop are advertising it as a DLC to be printed on their receipt instead of being packaged in the game case.
If that's the case, I just wanted to bring this to your guys' attention since NBA 2K15 had a similar issue in that the Kevin Durant preorder bonus wasn't adding to cart at checkout either for preorders and it may have caused folks to not get their codes automatically during pickup for online orders.

Preorder bonus for The Last Of Us PS4

Hi I preordered The Last Of Us Remastered on PS4 last night for store pick-up. I picked up the game when the store opened but I didn't get the preorder bonus. I didn't receive an email or the code being printed on the receipt. The preorder bonus was for a Survival Pack. Runkeeper, like a number of other apps, allows in-app purchases to be made in them. If you don't want to be able to make them then you can turn them off on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'. Preorder bonus when preordering early

Hello, I preordered a lot of games and looking back at them and the current preorder bonus for a lot of games (Halo 5, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, etc.) they now have preorder DLC included that I did not get when I originally preordered. Do I still get these, or would I have to cancel all my preorders and do it again so the DLC is in my cart? If so, I find this extremely redundant and irritating. Thanks.

First, we really appreciate you pre-ordering all of your games at Best Buy! That’s a solid list you have going there and I can only imagine you’re pretty eager to check these titles out later this year. I didn’t play much Gears of War back when, but the Ultimate Edition looks phenomenal!
In regards to pre-order bonuses, zztoluca is spot on. However, a bit of clarification is needed. It’s not uncommon for pre-order bonuses to be announced after any given game is put up for pre-order. When this happens, those who pre-ordered before the bonus was added will not have the Digital Code as a visible item on the order. However, you’ll still receive your code(s), as we go back and capture all of those who pre-ordered. Furthermore, the only time you’d need to cancel and replace your pre-order is if said pre-order bonus is a physical item, such as a SteelBook.
I hope this clears up any confusion! Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
