Haven't received code for $25 Xbox Live credit towards Titanfall Season Pass

A few days ago at a Best Buy store, I pre ordered the Titanfall Season Pass for Xbox One by paying for $25 in Xbox Live credit that would eventually be emailed to me on release day, March 11 (today). I haven't recieved the code yet which is very odd, since last year I pre ordered the Bioshock Infinite Season Pass in store and the XBL credit code came 30 min. to an hour after midnight on launch day. I don't know if this is normal, hence my last experience, but if anyone could help it would be gladly appriciated. I still have the original store receipt which I'm pretty sure can help. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the AirPorts are not listed as Xbox Live-compatible routers ... so there is no guarantee doing this will get Open NAT status for Xbox Live!
The following web blog does a great job explaining the NAT issues with Xbox Live! Basically what it comes down to is that although you can get an Internet connection for the Xbox with the AirPorts, you may not get the necessary NAT setting (Moderate or Open) for the Xbox Live! on-line game that you want to play. As such, you basically have two options: 1) Create a DMZ (Apple calls this a Default Host) for the XBox or 2) Configure the AirPort for Port mapping to open the required ports to allow Xbox Live! access ... or 3) Use a compatible router.
Option 1 - Create a DMZ
AirPort Utility > Select the AEBSn > Manual Setup > Internet > NAT
Enable default host at: <Enter the IP Address for the XBox>
Option 2 - Configure Port Mapping
The following ports must be available for Xbox Live to operate correctly:
UDP 88
UDP 3074
TCP 3074
To setup port mapping on an 802.11n AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBSn), either connect to the AEBSn's wireless network or temporarily connect directly, using an Ethernet cable, to one of the LAN port of the AEBSn, and then use the AirPort Utility, in Manual Setup, to make these settings:
1. Reserve a DHCP-provided IP address for the Xbox 360.
AirPort Utility > Select the AEBSn > Manual Setup > Internet > DHCP tab
Click the "+" (Add) button to enter DHCP Reservations.
Description: <enter the desired description of the host device>
Reserve address by: MAC Address
Click Continue.
MAC Address: <Enter the MAC hardware address of the Xbox or the MAC address of the wireless depending on how you connect the XBox to the network.>
IPv4 Address: <enter the desired Private IP address>
Click Done.
2. Setup Port Mapping on the AEBSn.
AirPort Utility > Select the AEBSn > Manual Setup > Internet > NAT > Configure Port Mappings
Click the "+" (Add) button
Service: <choose the appropriate service from the Service pop-up menu>
Public UDP Port(s): 88, 3074
Public TCP Port(s): 3074
Private IP Address: <enter the DHCP Reserved IP address for the Xbox you created earlier>
Private UDP Port(s): 88, 3074
Private TCP Port(s): 3074
Click "Continue"

Never receive code for over under gun

I had preordered Assassin's Creed Unity online and still haven't received my preorder bonus and now whenever I try to view my order I just get a white screen, but can view all my other past orders just fine.

Haven't received certificates for signing up for best buy credit card

I had received an email on 2/20/14 stating that if I signed up for a best buy credit card before 3/19 and spent $500 I within 3 months, I would receive $50 in certificates. Called customer service and they can't find the promo. I received an email from randy and sent back a screen capture of the promo to the [email protected] email address. Haven't heard back from anyone.
Can someone help resolve this matter?

I am familiar with the promotion in-question, as we have offered it several times in the past. To my knowledge, if you signed up for the My Best Buy™ MasterCard via the email you received and spent $500 within the first 90 days, then you should have qualified for a $50 certificate. These bonus certificates, being the promotion is offered through Citibank, are usually added to all eligible members' accounts at once, which would take place about 2 to 3 months after the promotion ended.

Haven't received points for watchdogs preorder

I preordered watch dogs for ps4 (Order Number: {Removed per Forum Guidelines}) online for in-store pickup, and picked it up on release day (Tuesday). As of yet the transaction still has not posted to my "my best buy" account... It doesn't even show as pending, just not there. I see there is a place to enter missing purchases but because I preordered it and should receive 500 bonus points, I'm hesitant to enter it there. Any idea why it hasn't posted yet?

it can take up to 20 days from the date an eligible title is picked up or shipped for pre-order bonus certificates to post, so I wouldn't worry just yet. Why isn't my received code for the PDF working (Mountain Lion up-to-date mail)?!

After almost 3 days of waiting I finally got three (not two) mails from Apple. One with the code that should open the PDF that has the Mac App Store code for getting Mountain Lion. And instead of one mail with the PDF, I got two of them. The code I got didn't work on any of those PDF's.
What should I do?

same issue here, nearly 50 hours wait, 3 emails, nothing works, no softwear if i knew this was gonna be such a hassle i wouldnt have bought my macbook pro when i did and waited. really disapointed as friends have it up and running now and i dont.
finally it worked and is now downloading but taking its sweet time.

Opening ports for my xbox live NAT type

I need help on how to open the ports needed to successfully pull my NAT setting from "strict" to "open" on XBox Live. Those of you here that have it, probably know what Im talking about.
The ports I need to open are the following:
UDP 88
UDP 3074
TCP 3074
Ive tried already, but it didnt work. I think I did something wrong.

First thing you have to make sure is that, you have to assign a static ip address on XBOX like 192.168.1.10, with subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, and gateway 192.168.1.1
Now Forward the ports you have to this static ip address, which you assign to your XBOX
Also make sure you are running latest firmware on your linksys router. You can check from www.linksys.com/download , If it is not latest, download and update to latest version.

Unauthorized XBOX LIVE credit card charge

Recently, MS charged my credit card for a years' worth of LIVE. Problem is, I deleted the credit card info from the XBOX in January last year, when this once again happened. There was no CC on the account. even after MS updated the XBOX o/s. Just checked,
and, no account infot here.
Contacted online MS "help", and they were not helpful, they sent the confirm email to a defunct account, but would not send to the sign in email of my sons account. Just silly. MS can check and verify all kinds of info to verify that the customer
is who they say they are, CC#, IP address, etc., but choose not to, as its easier to deny and make life difficult for the customer. Thing is, when MS treats customers like mushrooms, we remember. New tablet? it will be a Droid or Ipad. New phone, it WON'T
be a MS phone (junk, by the way). MS just keeps screwing the suctomer at every opportunity. And we remember.
So, my CC# is being cancelled, so you can't screw me again MS. Learn the meaning iof unauthorized charge......some call it fraud, MS. Listen to your customers, stop dictating to them! I'm surprised there hasn't been a class-action suit yet against MS over
this kind of event.

You need to deal direct with the Xbox team on this - it's nothing to do with Windows WGA.

Trying to change NAT connection from moderate NAT connection to an open NAT connection for XBOX LIVE

Hi, I have a Linksys Wireless-N Broadband Router/WRT160Nv2 and I have been trying to change my NAT connection from a moderate NAT connection to a open NAT connection for my Xbox Live on my Xbox 360. I can sign into my Xbox Live account but it is working on a moderate NAT connection. I have already enabled the UPnP and put in the proper port numbers. After doing that I signed into my Xbox Live on my Xbox 360 and tested my Xbox Live connection and still it says that I a moderate NAT connection. I do not know what elso to do and I would greatly appreciate step by step help from anybody who knows what they are doing. PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

A known issue with Linksys routers is the NAT Type 3 or anything related to dropping of Internet connectivity during play time. Network Address Translation (NAT) is the ability of a router or firewall to translate a public IP address to a private IP address and vice versa. It adds security to the network by keeping the private IP addresses hidden from the outside world.

Never received Nvidia Shield promotion code for the 16GB Shield TV

I Purchased the 16GB model of the Nvidia Shield TV on 6-6-2015 and according to the store page the $30 promotion code for the play store credit should arrive within a few hours yet I still havent recieved anything in my emails over a week later. Alright, Xbox live problems.

A friend of mine is using the Linksys 10/100 5 port ezxs55w ver. 4.1 as a hub/router for his xbox live.
Ive manually put in the IP, DNS, DHCP, subnet mask, into my XBOX360, and when i test the connection it works. Well, and we are not sure if its the hub, or a problem with microsoft, When i attempt to download an update, the update stalls, times out, and tells me to check my internet connection. I know, for a FACT, that my connection is fine, and when i test it on my xbox, i receive a green light, and the connection is okayd.
Can anyone help me? Ive posted on forums across the net, Emailed Microsoft support yesterday, and been on AIM with a tech support buddy for 4 hours. If this is a microsoft problem, not a problem with the hub, please, let me know, and ill focus my efforts on them.

It's most likely not an issue with your switch... look into whatever device is providing the DHCP settings, and what it's giving the Xbox. As you've already pointed out, the manual IP configuration works fine.
Ps: PS3's rule
Also... The internet connection might appear to be fine, but if it's disconnecting intermittently it can really mess up firmware/updates if they don't have a interruption recovery.
