Haven't Received Digital Download Code

I placed an order yesterday at 7:39 PM EST for a Moto360 Smartwatch which also comes with a free $50 Google Play Credit, I have been charged already for it and the order status says ready for download on the Play Credit but I still have not received the email with the code. When I finished the purchase it said it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours to receive. I have checked all my folders including and still no email. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Dragon Age Inquisition Preorder Bonus Digital Download Code

I preordered the PC standard edition of DA:I, and should have received a preorder bonus code in my email, but I have received nothing. I've pm'd the BBY inbox with all information requested, it was read last week and still not even the courtesy of a response. I have called the digital download dept 4 times, each time I am told my code is being "requested" and I should have it within 24 hours, yet still nothing. This is frankly ridiculous, can Best Buy not handle a simple preorder bonus correctly? I (and many others, judging by these forums) am being ignored because you already have my money. This is the last time I preorder anything with this company.

Digital download code not recognized as valid

I'm trying to download a digital download that came with a DVD purchase, but iTunes gets giving an error of: The code you entered is not recognized as a valid code. Any help would be appreciated.

I can tell you that you can submit the information but you may find out like me and many others here that it a waste of time. I got $30 lost because of a bad pack of iTunes cards and from what I seen here many people have the same problem as these $30 pack from apple fail to work most times.

That's just some of the cases I found here, after reading them I did something I would think no one would have to do for a company like apple. I did a look up on there iTunes for consumer reports and found this site. So now I am more worried. I won't be getting iTunes gift cards anymore, I will tell people to buy me visa. I'm also happy I never gave iTunes my bank account either after what I read there of people getting bill 500 - 900 in a day when not using there account. Keeping my MasterCard because if something like that happened it easy to report it and solve the problem.
All I can say is, good luck and don't give up as apple needs to fix this system they got.

Haven't received email with code

I submitted my claim over an hour ago and still haven't received an email. Does it normally take this long? Also, I saved my claim code. Can I check the status with this?

The current speculation is that they have halted sending out codes until they resolve the issue of sending codes to people earlier today (me included) that report back as already used.

Still haven't received my redemption code for OSX lion from the up-to-date program. Expresslane no help at all :(

Title pretty much sums my problem up. I have seen other threads on this topic but without actual reslolution.
I have spoken with and e-mailed express lane mac app store people and they have been little or no help, now refering me to technical support...

I have a brand new Macbook Pro 15" 2.2 GHz, and was purchased within the up-to-date OSX Lion free upgrade period.
I use my mac primarily for basic things: Web, music, socialising. If some more advanced programs wont work on Lion yet i'm not really concerned. I do most of my serious business on my beast mode PC

Still haven't received my Digital Download Code.

Hey everyone,
I bought a Nvidia GTX 970 from Bestbuy.com on Nov. 28. It is supposed to come with a free game download coupon but I have not recieved the code yet. Checked all of my folders and other email addresses.

HT1539 If I lost my iTunes digital download code can I retrieve it?

Hello, I purchased The Bourne Identity movie and when I went to activate my digital code in my iTunes I had a error occur and my computer restarted before I had a chance to enter in my iTunes code. I went back to the universaldigitalcopy website but it tells me the code has already been used and I don't know how to access the code that I received for my iTunes account to add it to my collection. Is there any information you can give me to help me retrieve my code?

If you have redeemed the card the monies have been credited to yout account. go ahead and make another purchase and the cost I'll be deducted automatically.
Go to the App store, click on Purchases, click on your ID, sign in and the amount of credit will be shown at the very top.

Purchased the $9.99 for Photoshop but haven't received any serial codes?

Adobe has taken $1 from my account which is currently labelled pending. I have downloaded the photoshop and lightroom apps from creative cloud but my only options are 'Trial' or 'License This Software', why don't I have the serial codes though?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I sent an album as a gift to someone, but she haven't receive the iTunes store email containing the redeem code

Hi everyone. I gifted an album (Beyonce) to someone as a Christmas present, I bought it last Dec 23 and scheduled it to be delivered on the 25th. But still she haven't receive any redeem code or email from itunes until now. Tried to resend it many times already but still no luck, no email. I am sure also that the transaction has been successful since Apple sent me already an email of the receipt of my purchase of the said album on the 25th December also.
I went to my purchase history, the item is there and a label says it is not yet redeemed. It is just frustating, it should have been a surprise Christmas present.
Anything I can do more? Can I use the 10 character code under "order" as a redeem code?

OS X update takes 1-3 days to receive download code?!

Can anyone supply a reasonable, legitimate reason why the purchase of an OS X update requires 1-3 days to receive the download code? Even M$ does a better job than that. The official line from support is that it takes that long to "work through the system." Why not keep Lion in the App Store, and make sure it can only be downloaded after redeeming a code, or paying for the update?
And BTW, for you Apple employees that may be reading this ... even M$ doesn't charge for service packs and updates to the OS. If you're gonna demand more cash when you change the OS animal at least change the version -- not the revision.

This is a user to user tech forum. Apple is not here. Apple does not answer here.
Why not keep Lion in the App Store, and make sure it can only be downloaded after redeeming a code, or paying for the update?
It's on the server, it just doesn't show in the store. Same difference. Apple only sells publicly the most recent version of OS X. You must make private arrangements with Apple to buy older versions of OS X. You are buying the code for Lion from a different part of Apple than the Mac App Store, so yes, it must work it's way through the system.
And BTW, for you Apple employees that may be reading this ... even M$ doesn't charge for service packs and updates to the OS.
Apple doesn't either. Updates are free for point increment updates of versions of OS X (such as OS X Mt Lion 10.8.1 to 10.8.2.) Apple only charges for major paid upgrades (such as OS X Lion 10.7.X to OS X Mt Lion 10.8.X) When someone buys OS X from the MAS, they are sold the most recent point increment available.

Digital Download still hasn't been emailed to me

A few weeks I bought the downloadable version of Fire Emblem, and in a few hours it said the order was in progress, so I waited. The e-mail with the code still has not come, and I have checked my paypal account to make sure everything went right. It says the transaction from the debit card worked and is completed, but the order to best buy is "In progress". I have also went to my best buy account, which states that the order was completed. I tried logging in to the digital library, but a message keeps coming up saying that "the system is temporarily unavailable". So I'm hoping someone here can help me (calling the 1-800 didn't really help unfortunately).
