Haven't received welcome coupons yet...

I haven't received my welcome coupons yet and I registered for GCU on the 18th of February. I was just wondering when I am supposed to receive those because I wanted to get the FFType-0 strategy guide. Thanks for any help!

    I signed up for GCU for the $30 sale price on February 15th, but have yet to recieve my welcome coupons.  I know it typically takes 2-3 days to get the email, so I can give it a couple more days, but I just figured I'd get on top of it sooner rather than later.

    Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and congratulations on becoming Unlocked!
    As you mentioned, you should receive a Welcome Packet via email within about 2 to 3 business days.  Since you purchased your Unlocked membership on 2/15/2015, your 3rd business day would have been 2/18/2015.  Please feel free to send me a private message if you still do not have a Welcome Packet, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to help.  Just remember to first double check your email accounts spam/junk folders.

  • Didn't Receive Welcome Coupons

    Hello! Any help is greatly appreciated
    I've been a member of GCU since March 2014. However, I recently (last month) added another 2 years to my membership in-store, but I haven't received my welcome coupons yet. From what I understand, I should still receive the coupons since I added 2 more years, correct?
    Is there anything I can do to still get the coupons?

    Greetings Shawn87, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,
    You should have received a Welcome Packet via email 2 to 3 business days after purchasing the additional two years.  It is possible that your Welcome Packet was sorted into one of your email accounts spam/junk folders, as that tends to happen.  Any coupons in the Welcome Packet you were sent would have expired by now.
    With that being said, I will be sending you a private message to go over your My Best Buy™ account with you and to see what I can do to help.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope icon located at the top of the page.

  • 24 days but I haven't received my ipad yet!

    I have ordered an ipad online on 10/18, I checked UPS website and noticed it out for delivery on 10/21
    Then, I told my family to stay home on that day but we did not receive anything. I contacted UPS on 10/22 and they opened an investigation. I went to Anaheim warehouse and asked for my packet on 10/25. Because it was Saturday,it closed soon.However I met a lady,who work there, got out from work. She told me the warehouse closed and come back on Monday. After talking with her, I came back home and felt better. I knew that sometimes, truck driver just follow the intructions. He couldn't leave something expensive like phone or ipad...etc without my signature. He would send the packet back in the warehouse and I had 5 days to get it. After 5 days, the UPS would send back the shipper ( bestbuy). I went to UPS warehouse again on monday 10/27, I could not get my packet because the employee checked my packet that was in an investigation. I had to wait 5-8 days, for bestbuy may be 10days. I have emailed UPS, Bestbuy and asked but now it has been 24days, I haven't received the ipad yet.
    I do not care if it lost because it's not my fault
    Please let me know How long will it take? and When do you reship or refund it for me?

    I’m usually extraordinarily busy trying to make sure I’m getting to all the places I need to be during the holiday season, while still finding enough time to purchase gifts for my friends and family. Ordering online is a great way to save me some time, but this hardly works if my order never arrives.  While rare, lost packages can really ruin someone’s day, and I’m sorry for the disappointment this may have caused.
    If an online order is reported to us as missing, we reach out to UPS on your behalf to start an investigation to determine where your package may be. This process may take a few business days to conclude. After pulling up your order using the email address attached to your account, I do see more information has become available since opening this investigation, and I have sent you a private message to discuss this further.  You may view by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

  • Signed up for Gamers Club Unlocked on 5/28 and never received Welcome Coupon email packet

    I signed up for the Gamers Club Unlocked on 5/28 and am still waiting to receive my Welcome coupon email packet.  I was told that this takes 2-3 days but have not received anything.  I combed through my spam/junk email filter as well and did not find anything.

  • Never received welcome coupon.

    I never received the welcome coupon for 50% off a strategy guide or Buy 2 Get 1 Free Used games. I signed up in early September. Please assist.

    There`s currenly no Gamer`s Club/Gamer`s Club Unlocked membership cards although the idea is currently "under review" here(the 7th one down).

    All of your benefits can be had by entering your correctly linked MyBB account # or phone # attached to the MyBB account with GCU. If you have a MyBB/Reward Zone membership card once scanned it`ll do the same thing.
    In-store once your MyBB/phone info is scanned/entered there should be a pop up box prompt on the cashiers screen and you`ll be asked to verify the keypad info. Once completed the discount will be automatic.

    my friends said that they have gifted my apps.
    unfortunately, I haven't get the redeem email yet.
    plus,
    they also haven't get their invoice email yet.
    but, in their iTunes purchase history, there are records that they have gifted the app.
    they are using debit cards.
    we all are using the iTunes store from the same country.

    I submitted my form, and haven't gotten any confirmation or email code. Is the server down?

    Try taking your question to the new Mountain Lion forum. As teach5 notes, the experts are saying that it will take up to 72 hours to receive an email with your redemption code. Sorry if that's true but it's not like you won't get what was promised - just a bit later than those who purchaed it.
