Havent set up Icloud account but says i have used max accounts
My appleid will not work , i have only one and when i went to setup icloud it said max number used on the account. Not sure how to proceed, if anyone could help i would appreciate it. Thanks !

I appreciate it can be difficult, one would have to assume that a technician has far more knowledge than I do, however one is often aware that some technicians are willing to fob you off with anything. The difficulty arises in knowing where between these two extremes the technician that you spoke to falls.
So far as I was aware, the message that you receive about the number of accounts, relates to information stored with Apple about your serial number. I would not have thought that any over the air reset or indeed anything they can do in store could resolve this, I could of course be wrong though.
However, the message that you receive about your ID being valid but your device not supporting it, may be related to your serial number not being consistent across all parts of your phone. Again, I may well be wrong, but I don't see how this can be corrected by an over the air update or by changing settings in store.
It may or may not be of interest, but I believe that refurbished phones should have a serial number that starts with 5K or possibly QR. A refurbished phone, should be given a new serial number and therefore you should not be getting any messages relating to accounts created on that device previously.

I want to create a paid account but the information I am requested to submit is US bank and taxes.
I live in CanadaAs far as tax id is concerned, it doesn't matter what country you are in, you have to get one for a paid account. Follow the instructions in the FAQ:

My icloud account is not verifying it says check my mail witch I have done and I get a message say your iPhone for has been used to set up and Icloud account but still can not use the icloud can anybody help me.
Be sure you are checking the email account that you used to set up the Apple ID you used to create the iCloud account. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox. The email you should receive looks like the image below. When you get it, click the Verify Now link.
If it still isn't there, try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right look for a link to resend the verification email. -
My original apple id is not an email address .
I bought iCloud memory via that same account no problem.
When setting up iCloud on iPad you cannot have a primary iCloud account unless it has an email address .
Made new account as per instruction ie [email protected] works fine
BUT as I want to utilise the money spent on the additional memory it would be great to use the initial account set up as my primary HOWEVER as far as I have tried the initial apple ID CANNOT be changed. As regardss to the iChat and iChat Sharing categorisation you have used.
In iChat 6 (lion) and Messages (Mountain Lion) the apps login to AIM and to Me.com
The Login to Me.com allows AIM to verify the password to the iCloud issued names (@me.com and @iCloud.com)
This "Dual" login also prevents the newer iCloud issued name from using this site
(it has extra Privacy settings that iChat can't access for your AIM and Aim valid Accounts)
Ignoring the @mac.com and MobileMe entries in the Add Account Screen in iChat and using the AIM one does not get around this issue.
AIM and @mac.com names still work in older versions of iChat.
The short answer is that iCloud issued Apple IDs do not work in iChat 5 or Earlier.

That means you won't be able to create a new iCloud account on your phone (and you can't delete an existing account to do so). Your only options are to either re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account to use on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or Mountain Lion), if you have one.

I have several email accounts set up that appear on all my devices: iMac, iPhone and iPad. I use 2 email accounts for work purposes, and good thing I use two. I receive pdf attachments in non-apple email accounts, but the same email sent to my iCloud address comes through minus the attachment and shows only "winmail.dat". I am using the same device to read the email from the different accounts, but the problem is consistent with all my apple devices. This has to be a setting in iCloud mail but I can not figure it out. Please help.
Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.
If the basic troubleshooting steps don't work, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and probable replacement. -

ThanksIt is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

My computer was stolen so I deauthorized all computers that had iTunes on them on 10/28/2011. I have a new computer and it was authorized for iTunes. When I checked my account it says I have 2 authorized computers, but this new computer should be the only one. How can I deauthorize whatever the other computer is? I don't want whoever stole my old computer to be able to use my iTunes account.
Get all that music back in itunes and sync again.

- How did you dlete stuff from the iPod? If you have a 1G or 2G iPod and deleted the stuff by going to Settings>Genera.>Reset>Erase aall contents and settings without being connected to a power source, the battery dies before he erase was comleted since it can take hour.
- In any event try the following:
- Connect to a chaging sour for three hours.
- Reset the iPod and then connect to the computer and try to restore va iTunes.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next try placing the iPod in recovery moe and then try to restore. For recovery mode:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
- Last try DFU made and restore.

It sounds like you added credit to your iTunes Store account but in iTunes Store on the Apple TV you are being prompted for a verification. I would start by double checking that the gift has been redeemed to your account with this article either on your computer or iOS device:

If so, then Restart the Apple TV:

Restart your Apple TV by selecting Settings > General > Restart.
