That happens because there is a restriction from changing family groups more than twice per year. Unfortunately, a number of people have inadvertently triggered this in the process of setting up Family Sharing. There isn't anything you can do about it on your own; all you can do is contact Apple support to see if they would override this at their end.

In Firefox 4.0 I have a server ... it contains a self signed certificate. Using IPv6 I can not add a "Security Exception" for this certificate.
1. I log onto the server (using IPv6). I get the "Untrusted connection page" saying "This connection is Untrusted"
2. I click on "Add Exception.." under the "I understand the Risks" section.
3. The "Add Security Exception" dialog comes up. soon after the dialog comes up I get an additional "Alert" dialog saying
An exception occured during connection to xxxxxxxxx.
Peer's certificate issuer has been marked as not trusted by the User.
(Error code sec_error_untrusted_issuer).
Please note that this works in Firefox 3.6.16 (in IPv4 and IPv6). It also works in Firefox 4.0 in IPv4 only IPv6 has an issue. What's wrong?Exactly the same problem, except I'm using FF v6 for Windows, not FF v4 as for the lead post. This is for a self-cert which IS trusted, although the error message says it isn't.

I was updating my iPod Touch 5 iOS from Ver 7.0.3 to Ver 7.0.4 and myiPod locked up. I can not reset or restore the unit. The only thing it will do is show me a graphic of thr lightning cable facing up to an arrow and then to a circular blue iTunes icon. I interpert this to mean "connect the iPod to my computer thru the USB cable while iTunes is running. I do this and nothing changes. Total lock up. Any ideas?

These instructions finally worked for me as well, but there are two things that are left off that I had to do in order to make it work. The first is I had to have an ethernet plugged from my wireless router into my mac in order to complete the steps. The second is that after restoring the defaults, I had to then click on "enable wireless" on my desket BEFORE connecting wirelessly to the "HP" network that popped up.
Once you finally get to the web page and click on the networks tab to install the printer on the network, you may lose internet service which will then inhibit you from completing the process (every time I connected to the "hp network" that kicked me off of my own home wifi network, but you have to be connected online in order to complete the process). After trying over and over again, I finally plugged the ethernet in and started all over again with the restoring degaults, then clicking the button the deskjet that says "enable wireless", then followed all of the steps above and I finally received the completed message. Then I unplugged the ethernet cord and all was well (it was a little slow at first like someone mentioned).
So if the steps are not working for you, try plugging the ethernet from the router to your mac first, then follow all of the steps (including the restoring defualts as step one), click on ebable wireless on the printer, then after all of the steps and the complete message, unplug the ethernet.
I also should mention that I have os x 10.9 of which there is no driver on hp's site, so I installed the driver for os x 10.8 first before doing the steps and that is also what helped this to work (I wasn't even able to click on the "webpage" tab on the printers page because it wasn't even finding the printer at first before downloading the 10.8 driver for the deskjet). -

I am having a problem with sending text messages to ONE contact
We were texting just fine until Sunday night. We text several times a day.
As of Monday a text will not go through to my daughters phone. I have done a system reset on my phone, I have cleared the system cache, I tried a different message app, cleared the app cache for the verizon message app, I spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon tech supportthis morning talking to 3 or 4 different people.
I removed her as a contact and deleted our message thread, restarted my phone and tried to send a text via direct dial--didn't work. I can not send a text to this number via my note 4 OR the verizon messaging app on my computer. She is on AT&T. She also spent time on the phone with her carrier going through a lot of steps to figure out if the problem was on her end. They say it is a problem on my end.
I had done no system updates or added new apps between going to bed Sunday after our last message and waking up Monday not being able to text her.
Any ideas ?Do you use any apps to block calls or texts from people or maybe have a caller ID app that also has it in their app. I would research that. As to me it seems an app on your phone is blocking you. Reason I say that is when you do a system restore on your phone the apps that were saved on your phone via the cloud or even in google playstore sometimes adds them back automatically when you load your account back on there. Here is just a suggestion to try and see if it is on Verizon end or the phone and apps itself. Make a new gmail account on the computer. Then reset your phone and clear cache out and use that gmail address on your phone instead of your current google account and see if you can then send a text. If you can then it is an app that is downloading that is blocking you. That is what it sounds like to me more than anything.

I am having a problem with importing cd's
hi, I am having a problem with importing my music cd's into iTunes when I put a cd into my cd drive. The wrong information about the music cd comes up iTunes thinks that I still have the cd in the drive that I imported before. all my other cd's import fine it is just a problem with this one disc. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this ?

Fifth Generation iPod 30 GB Windows XPI am having the same problems on multiple CD...i import 1...goes ok...then when I import the new CD it say "Would you like to import "name of CD I just imported"...can't get it to read the cd title correctly..just keeps throwing up the last CD. Reboot has no effect on this problem.

having a problem with dates when I send my numbers doc to excel. dates are all out and that they have to cut and paste individual entries onto their spreadsheet. Any idea how I can prevent this.

M…oSoft products aren't allowed on my machines but I use LibreOffice which is a clone of Office.
When I export from Numbers to Excel and open the result with LibreOffice, the dates are correctly treated.
To be precise, dates after 01/01/1904 are correctly treated. dates before 01/01/1904 are exported as strings but, as it's flagged during the export process, it's not surprising.

I have itunes in windows xp, but my ipod touch has updated version of itunes. Windows xp cannot get updated itunes. I am having difficulties transferring my music into my computer. Does any one have an idea how to do it?

Just moved my email from Entourage to Mail. Having real problems with getting my signatures to work properly despite sending email as Rich Text.
When adding in a small company logo to the signature, PC's / windows computers only receive signature and logo as attachments.
I've tried all possible fixes I can find including getting a PC user to format the logo but no joy. Has anyone experienced this and any ideas on a fix gratefully received.Send it as html so the signature is an image source URL

The Bluetooth low energy protocol is not backward compatible with classic Bluetooth protocol.
My iPhone 4s can not find my sonny in-dash player. However my iPhone 3GS does it. Very disappointed with this.

You are correct, Blue tooth low engergy, BTLE.(only) devices are not backward compatible with Classic bluetooth and cannot connect.
However the Apple 4S and above have Bluetooth 4.0 support.. Hardware wise it has bothClassic Bluetooth, like the 3GS, as well as Bluetooth Low Energy. There is no good reason why your 4s cannot communicate to your Sony in-dash player using the Classic bluetooth that resides in the 4S.
I know that this does not answer the why it does not work, but it should work. Do you have to somehow re-pair the new phone up to the player? Not knowing the model of the Sony it is hard to investigate.
And I hate to ask but are you sure that the Bluetooth radio is on in the phone?
