Having issues updating iOS 7.1.1

Cannot complete update.
Keeps trying to verify and fails.  Says I am not connected to Internet, but I am.  Have tried resetting network settings and powering down iPad mini to no avail.  Any other suggestions?

I wouldn't try updating via iTunes, I just had the same problem and I tried to update in iTunes and its locked up my iPad.  iTunes tries to restore and update but it fails due to an internal error and then the iPad is stuck telling you to plug it into iTunes and iTunes can't do anything.

  • I am having issue updating Mountain Lion on my Macbook Pro.

I really am having issues updateing. The updates are iPhoto, Macbook Pro firmware, and Thunderbolt update. When ever i download and install them and then restart they just appear again that i need to redownload them

Exactly as John Galt stated there is no support for Mountain Lion, being pre-release software. I personally run Mountain Lion on a virtual machine through VMware Fusion 4.

  • Having issues updating Bootcamp drivers from 11.1 to 11.7

having issues updating Bootcamp drivers from 11.1 to 11.7
No matter what driver I have tried thus far
it does not install or update the drivers
Battlefield 3 nags you about having 11.1 and needing to update.
However this game proceeds to load using these drivers (11.1 )
I recently bought NFS THE RUN.
Unlike BF3 the game does not proceed therefore inorder to play this game i would need 11.7 or higher.
can someone please provide the driver that actualy installs and works.
My specs are MBP 15 inch
    1 gig GPU ( AMD Radeon 6750m)
    8 gigs on Ram
    2.2 CPU i7

Take a look around my bookmarks
you are updating AMD, not Boot Camp drivers.
    you need to uninstall first.
probably need to update via Device Manager not via Install from AMD

  • Issues updating IOS!

    Hey all,
Am having issues in updating my IPhone IOS.  Everytime I try and update I get either a connection timed out error when downloading or when I have the file downloaded I am getting a 3194 error.
I have tried everything on the forums to resolve the issue to now avail.  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium with the most up to date iTunes (this was updated today!!).
The only thing new and strange have noticed is that there is an error when I run a diagnostics stating "Secure connection to iTunes store unsuccessful".  This can be seen in the screen shot below:
I have disabled my firewall / internet security which is Kapersky Internet security 2011 but still get the same.
Anyone able to assist as it is frustrating and I wish to keep my iPhone up to date and have never had this issue before!
    Many thanks.

Just as an update ran the diagnostics again and get the follwoing report:

  • Having Issues updating to iOS 5...help??

Everytime I've tried to finish the update for iOS 5 on my iPod this message keeps showing up.Anyone have any ideas of what I should do???

Be patient and keep trying. there are like 6 bajillion people trying to active their phones so the servers are very slow. Just keep trying. Another post said to try and activate over the cellular network, which is what I did, and it still took about 30 attempts and 3 hours, but if finally activated.

  • Is anyone else having issues after ios 7 update?

My speakers are essentially gone after the update. Anyone know how to fix this?

My iCloud randomly turns off and when it does, my Notes, Reminders, Contacts and Calendar events disappear. Turning everything back on usually fixes it, but sometimes it takes a few trials of turning it off and on to get everything back. I've also had issues sending and receiving mail and my email accounts will randomly re-order themselves on the mail screen.

  • Having issues with iOS 7 for iPhone 4s

    Hi guys,
I just had this issue after upgrading my iPhone 4s to the iOS 7. The App Store told me that I had to update at least 16 apps, so that's what I did. The main issue now is that every app that was supposed to be updated is not working anymore. The apps are kind of blurry with a waiting... underneath it, instead of the name of the app.
    Thanks!

    Try This...
Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

  • Having issues updating podcasts

    Please help!

I have had the same problem as well.  I have found that deleting the podcast from the "My Podcast" window and then re-adding it will work.  That said, this is clearly not an adequate solution, and Apple needs to fix it immediately.  Ironically, I have had this problem since the January 23 update which allegedly allowed me to "Pull to refresh subscriptions in My Podcasts" (no) and "Fixed a problem where subscriptions may stop updating with new episodes" (wasn't an issue - now it is).

  • Im having issues updating my phone

When i start updating my phone it tells me it needs to backup first which when it starts backing up it automatically stops. I have tried reinstalling my itunes account to see if that would help it wouldnt. So then i tried backing and syncing it seperate from updating it and it will backup that way... I am needing to see what i need to do because it will not update to the 5.1 i still have the 4.35 version on the 4g iphone.

No such way to do anything remotely like that.  What exactly was done?  Is it possible that you meant iTunes was uninstalled and re-installed?

Well... that would be a first... as there are no 4G iPhones.  The only one that comes close is the 4S and it was only released with iOS5.
So please clarify... what exactly is the problem and maybe others can help.
Alternatively, try a search of the forums for the issue that is occurring.

  • Having issues updating Flash Player

I'm trying to update Flash on my 10.9 iMac. I dowlonad the installer from Adobe. I open it up and it asks if I want to trust the file from the internet. I say yes, then it never actually starts to update. It never asks for my administrator credentials. Any ideas?

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
    View ▹ Show Log List
    from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
