Having issues with face time and messages to connect with people overseas

I seem to have issues with contacting two people who live overseas. I was recently visiting that country and while there had no problems contacting them. Also while en route in /Seoul airport was still able to contact them but when arriving back in -Australia , am no longer able to send or receive messages from them or calls on face time. Similar issues with these contact on viber and talk box. Any ideas?

Existing Apple ID is not longer working with Face Time and Message on the iPhone after iOS 6

After the IOS 6 update on my iPhone the Apple ID is not longer working with Face Time and Message. Each time I try to log in I receive the message that the password or the user is not right. But they are, because on all other devices and all other parts of the iPhone (iCloud, AppStore, iTunes) they are working. Other Apple IDs are working fine.
What's wrong? Any idea?

It sounds like you restored from an old back-up. Did you back-up just before your software update? It will use your last one and if your last back-up was a ywear old then it will use that one.
In general, if you are getting these messages on your iPhones select logout (when you get that Apple Id request) and then log back in with your newer ID.

Itunes messes with my libraries and songs when connected with ipod.

On my itunes when i move songs around to other libraires and such it wont add them to the library when it downloads to the ipod. When i make my libraires on the ipod and i connect my ipod to itunes it deletes everything i have made on the ipod and reverts back to the libraries on itunes. Basically if i want my ipod libraries set up the way i want i cant connect my ipod to itunes anymore. I also have a problem with itunes not being able to locate music files in my library folders after i move a few songs around or add mor songs or whatever. How do i get my itunes to leave the libraires the way i make them and not keep songs from transfering over to the ipod. Its actually ******* me off. its not that the songs arnt playable they just keep getting removed on their own. how can i set up my music files in a folder where itunes will resort to and not have any problems locating the files.

Kelly, your music is still probably on your hard drive. The iCloud is just a cute techy way of saying that you have online access to things you've purchased from apple... just wait until they make it so that you ONLY have online access to your purchases, and nothing ever comes "off" the cloud for you to tangibly own.
Folks, this is a smoke and mirrors gimmick to make you buy-in to the itunes store. Let Apple manage, deliver, and DECIDE all the content that you will see. It's at least one degree more insiduous than corporate radio.
Kudos on the crisp interface and larger album cover displays, but...
Apple cannot find cover art for 1/3 of the library that I have built. That is because Apple does not carry that music. Apple will never host music from ancient vinyl that I have remastered, Apple will never host the shows of obscure electronica djs or the local bluegrass bands that put out EPs in the western US in the 80s. If you restrict your music experience to a single venue, you are not only missing out, but you are supporting an economic model which quashes music that does "not meet industry standards." Have fun with iTunes 11 kids.

Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

How do I call a Mac computer with Face Time from my iPhone 4?

I just upgraded my iMac to OS X Lion and I now have Face Time on my desktop computer. I figured out how to MAKE a call from my desktop to someone's iPhone. But, I can't figure out how to call my desktop computer FROM my iPhone 4? I tapped the phone icon. Then, selected my house from my contact list. When I selected my home e-mail address, it just loaded a blank e-mail. There was no option to call that e-mail address with Face Time. Help? Oh, and I'm running iOS 4.2.10 on my Verizon iPhone 4, so I know I have the required version on my phone.
Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, and by the way, I also just tried calling my iPhone 4 from my iMac with Face Time and my iPhone didn't even ring. Also, I've read through posts in other forums and everyone is talking about a Face Time camera icon that appears next to a contact's name. I don't have that at all. So, maybe I don't actually have the right versions of the software?
