Having issues with Flash in Opera

I have been having issues getting videos to work in my browser. I use Opera and it will not load anything Flash related. It gives me an error telling me to install the latest version of flash despite the fact that i have the latest version. If i load IE it loads videos with no issues. I have tried searching to find an answer to this issue with no succes. Seems like it may be a problem with Opera but i cant find anything related. I run AVG antivirus and the scan is clean. I also ran Malwarebytes which came up clean as well so i dont believe it to be a virus or anything of the sort. Any help would be appreciated.

After the recent update I am having issues with Flash based games freezing and not responding.

After the recent update I am having issues with flash based programs not running or loading correctly. The programs will not load or take an extremely long time to load compared to jsut a few days ago. This happens across the board on anything flash based. Also, once they do load they will freeze, stop responding or need to be constantly refreshed to come back alive which is short lived at best. I went thru the help and did all the file deleting, cache clearing, disabling hardware acceleration, removing then reinstalling flash, and even removing and reinstalling my browsers. None of this has helped at all. I am using Chrome and it is up to date and I checked my Flash player and it is up to date. I am running windows 7 64bit.

Here's what you're up against guys,
Adobe writes the base code for Flash Player, and then hands it off to Google, who adapt it to a PPAPI plug-in (it's NPAPI when Adobe writes it). It's then "PepperFlash" and Google embeds it in their Chrome browser. While Google is pushing a "webwide" move to PPAPI Flash Content, a reinvention of the wheel so to speak, not everyone "got the memo", and Google is slowly making it so that PepperFlash will block NPAPI Flash content from running properly, and you have to disable PepperFlash to force the NPAPI plug-in to work, which sometimes fixes it, sometimes not. I have a feeling this is only going to get worse. HTML5 will eventually resolve the video end but game developers need to come up with something that won't require a plug-in.
And to the first post: Since PepperFlash is embedded in Chrome by Google, you can uninstall and reinstall Flash Player from here until your hard drive literally seizes up.... guess what? It has NO EFFECT at all on the PepperFlash plug-in in Chrome because it's a separate file in a separate folder and the uninstaller & installers don't have anything to do with it.

STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH FLASH PLUG-INS & CRASHES

I updated to the new 11.6 Adobe Flash and I am still having issues. I had the same issues, with the previous version of Flash Player. This issue occurs, multiple times daily. When I play a game on Zynga.com or Facebook (Daily), I either receive the message that the "Plug-in is not responding," or it Crashes. This then effects other websites, I have open in other tabs ie; Verizon.net, Adobe, etc. I have posted numerous Bug Reports on Google Chrome and one Bug Report on Adobe, without any results? It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! It happens multiple times during a game, sometimes the plug-in issue resolves itself (only for a very short time) or it Crashes, or it doesn't do anything and I have to close the tab and re-load (refreshing does not work) or it just Crashes without warning and I usually lose data. I am not the only person, who has this issue RE: Game play on Zynga & Facebook. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

Still having issues with flash

The swf looks great in preview but when the site is on an actual browser part of the swf is cut off. This has been an ongoing issue in all releases. It has not been fixed with the new luanch. screen shots attached. The heads popping over the fence is the swf. the first shot if preview, the second is browser (Firefox)

Setting up a New Site and Having Issues with Flash SWF's

Hello. I just set up a new site definition, with a testiing server using MAMP Pro, and everything seems to be functioning properly, except that my swf's are not showing up when you publish to a browser from dreamweaver, instead you get the place holder message to upgrade to the newest version of flashplayer... besides the fact that my computers flash player is up to date. At this point in time my two other websites swf components work just fine when I publish out of dreamweaver.
I'd also like to mention that the Live View works perfectly and is displayinig the swf's as they should be.

Is anyone else having issues with Flash on Windows 8?

I keep getting messages saying Flash is not installed on my computer when trying to run video clips etc. It is installed but none-the-less I have tried to re-install the latest version. When I try to go to the download page I keep getting automatically re-directed (bumped) to a trouble shooting page and simply can not download and re-install. Any solution would be gratefully recieved as this is driving me insane!

What browser? If IE10 you don't need to install Flash Player manually; it's already preinstalled. See http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-8.html
You may need to run Windows Update for the latest Flash Player version.

Assuming you mean 5D Mark III, Photoshop CS4 cannot directly open raw files from your camera.
Generally speaking, Adobe stopped updating older versions to be able to read raw files from newer cameras when they released a new major version of Photoshop. Photoshop CS4 is no longer receiving Camera Raw updates.
You can double check this yourself:
First you need to determine whether Adobe has released support for your new camera in your version of Photoshop. To do that, look at these two pages. You'll want to find out the earliest version of Camera Raw that can support your camera, then what version of Photoshop can run that version of Camera Raw.

If you find your camera is supported by your version of Photoshop, you need to download the latest update for Camera Raw. There's more information on how to do that here:

The DNG converter DOES work, but if you want maximal quality from your raw files (not to mention the convenience and ease of use of directly opening your raw files) you'll want the latest version of Photoshop. Adobe has made substantial improvements in raw conversion quality in recent years.

Having major issue with flash player! can not play a lot of games on FB. Games tell me that i need to update my Flash Player, PC says I have the latest version installed already.Ok, thought i would uninstall/reinstall...no go. Will not uninstall, says I need to close IE...which none are open. This issue has been going on for weeks now. I have done everything the help said to do and still not working. I need HELP!

Having issues with Adobe Flash player hanging the browser.
WIN 7 enterprise 32 bit / Firefox 19.0.2 /
Internal company website keeps giving attached screen shot error, and hangs the browser when error pops up.
Steps taken:
Uninstalled Adobe Flash player with the file “uninstall_flash_player.exe”
Deleted provided directory in instructions
"Copy and paste the following and click OK.
C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
Delete all the files in this folder."
Rebooted PC and reinstalled the flash player directly from “http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html”
Re launched company website and received same error.
Repeated above steps as well as uninstalled Firefox browser. Even went so far as to remove all profile information to start fresh from all profiles on the laptop with the same results.
Note: The web page will work without the flash player plugin, and my page doesn’t hang the browser. Required to open page in FireFox per company policy.

I'm sorry you're encountering this. Could you paste a few of the most recent report ID links displayed when you go to "about:crashes" in the Firefox address bar?
As for workarounds, the first thing I'd suggest is trying our 11.7 labs release which you can get here: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html
If that doesn't help, please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this FAQ:
How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
In particular, I'd recommend temporarily disabling protected mode (for troubleshooting purposes only) to see if that addresses the issue.

I also try to install Java SE runtime but half way through the Software Update it says cant download software because of network problem but I'm connected to the internet and i can browse stuff just fine. Can any one help with my problems. P.S. I don't know the administrator password or stuff like that. And yes we are allowed to play games and stuff on these laptops but only at home not at school so don't tell me i need to focus on school and not games.

Since you updated the operating system, it is probably Minecraft is missing certain files that ware remove or are not longer comparable with the new version of the OSX. what I recommend, is to check is there is an update for Minecraft and install that. If there is not update available, probably the best thing will be reinstalling Minecraft. Hope this will help you.

Be careful with Windows Updates, especially driver updates. Standard WHQL drivers can cause problems.
