I share a library with my parents, and some of their songs are apparently stored in the iCloud. These songs are showing up in the library on my device with the cloud image next to them, giving me the option to download them from the cloud, but they are already on my device. They play when I shuffle through my library, which is something they shouldn't do if I haven't downloaded them, right? I've tried going to the setting and shutting off the show all songs and all that does is show the same songs as of they are downloaded onto my iPod (which they are). I just want these songs off of my device. How would I go about accomplishing this?

Welcome to the Support Communities! If the songs reside on your iPhone, you should be able to delete them per the instructions below. If you see the download icon, you may need to actually download the song before you can actually delete it from your iPhone. Click on the link below for complete details. hi, I just returned from the Apple Store in Larkspur CA and paired my wireless mouse with one of their computers, but it's won't pair with mine at home. Bluetooth is on and it recognizes the wireless keyboard, see's the wireless mouse but won't pair.

I have very similar problem. Suddenly Firefox stopped work - It was working few days after ver. 4 update. I was looking everywhere for some solution but nothing worked.
- uninstalled firewall - did not worked
- added full exception for Firefox into the firewall - did not worked
- Firefox reinstall - did not worked
- Firefox complete reinstall (registry included) - did not worked
- IPv6 diseabling - did not worked
- diferent proxy options (no proxy, system proxy, autodetect proxy) - did not worked
- new firefox profile - did not worked
- complete coockies, history... deleted - did not worked
- there is only one solution which partly works - I have used public proxy addresses for Firefox but the ping is (750ms), down/up (0.8MB/0.2MB originaly (10MB/2MB) and yes I have tried different proxy server from different countries from my included.
- IE is working perfectly and without proxy
- other companies browser - did not worked too
- only IE is working
- I have used three different malware, trojans, spyware, anti-virus programs and nothing
It seems to me as hopeless situation or very clever move from Microsoft, I am forced to use IE - at least this works
Any ideas, solutions?

I have a 2007 Macbook, so it's probably a lot older than your Macbook Pro, but it sounds like what happened to me, except that mine hadn't travelled anywhere. I pulled out the ram and blew out some dust, popped them back in, and wha-la! it turned back on and worked better than ever! Or otherwise you've got a dud/old/warped/fried battery, which is also what happened to my laptop - it got so bad it did what your laptop is doing. Ordered a new battery online and all good since then. Or otherwise, like the previous post asked, 'is it plugged in?' -

I've just updated itunes and it has disappeared from my PC- the previous shortcut won't work and it can't locate on my file search- this is the second time this has happened when updating itunes- APPLE you seem to be going down the tubes slowly but surely..
its not apple going "down the tubes" its that you have windows junk. These opinion best left at apple.com/feedback

Texting on iPhone 5. When texting to multiple people why does the contact list return to the "A"s after you select a contact and try to add the next one in order? This really slows you down when trying to contact 50 people with information. iPhone 4 worked just fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
None of my pictures that I uploaded into iPhoto are in my Finder under Pictures. Should I copy and paste my folders from iPhoto into here, in case something happens to my iPhoto program (in addition to backing them up onto an external hard drive like I already do)?
No, that's just wasting space. A back up needs to be on a different disk.
Your photos are within the iPhoto Library. -
I have been having nothing but trouble with OS 10.6.8. Many of my applications will not work.. HOw can I revert back to a previous version of OS x?
Before you revert anything try this:
Reinstall OS X without erasing the drive
1. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1.
Next time don't post something like "nothing but trouble." Tell us exactly what the trouble is and provide any additional information such as error messages. -
How can I watch a Disney movie from the Disney website I have purchased movie cd and I can go to the website on by gateway computer but can't get it to play on my iPad it wants me to download flash but apple doesn't support flash or I can down loadQuickTime but don't know how. Says to email website did that but takes me back to same place to email help

i just upgraded my software to OS X 10.9.2 (13C64) and i can no longer use my printer (epsun stylus sx235w). any ideas why this would happen?
Mavericks is the name of your operating system. It is otherwise known as OSX 10.9.
The previous versions were indeed "cat things".
The way you would know if you need to download new software from Epson is to go the Epson website and search for your printer there, look for downloads, and see if they have new software listed for 10.9.
You can revert your system back to what it was two weeks ago. This would be easier to do if you have a backup that you made prior to installing Mavericks (like with Time Machine). If you don't have a backup (sounds like you probably don't), you can look here for some directions about how to go back to the "Cat Thing" that you had prior to installing Mavericks: How to revert OS X back from Mavericks: Apple Support Communities
If all of this is too hard for you, you could take your Mac in to your Apple store and ask them to help you. -
how do I delete photo ALBUMS from my iPHONE 4?

charles altmanReplying to my own post - heh. I downloaded iExplorer (http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/) which allowed me access to the files on the phone and there was the phantom movie in the DCIM folder. Deleted it, and all is well - although I still have 0.65gb of Other in iTunes.....

Go into compositionReady and have 3 variables you will be able to set them like this
strike1 = 0;
strike2 = 0;
strike3 = 0;
So on the wrong item click have
if(strike1 == 0) {
PLAY STRIKE1 ANIMATION
strike1 = 1;
else if(strike2 == 0) {
PLAY STRIKE2 ANIMATION
strike2 = 1;
else if(strike3 == 0) {
PLAY STRIKE2 ANIMATION
strike3 = 1;
So this will make it so when the wrong item is clicked each strike will be played in order.
Random Scrolling -
You should look into the Math.Random function to make things random in edge.
This is an example of the Random function. It will generate a random number up to 100.

Lose Screen Score -
So we can create another variable in compositionReady for the lose score.
score = 0;
Now when the user gains a point to add to the score you could do this code on the click
score++;
which would add 1 to the score, However you can add however much you like to the score doing "score + 2" and so on.
To edit a text with the score at the end which I'm assuming you will want to do you will use .html
so $("Text").html("You score is " + score);
