just purchased photoshop elements 13 for my mac. now i'm going to finish the install and its telling me my adobe password is incorrect. i logged on to adobe and change my password and still won't accept it.

Adobe applications do not have password access. It is most likely your Mac security requieing you to grant permission - use your Mac password.

hey my friend i figure out a way to fix it. do te following
If you have any external hardrive or usb drive or sd card remove it. If you have acces to a windows computer, plug your devices there and delete all the .something files that are created by mac os. Make sure to setup windows so you can see hidden and system files. Delete all thos .somethig files and olders.
Then plug in and reboot your mac and run the rm command now it will work

When trying to download Photoshop Elements 8 for my Mac OSX the downloads available show it’s not available for Mac OSX.
Since the PE8 purchased was for Mac and worked OK on my other iMac - please advise how I can now get this on my MacBook which doesn’t have a CD drive.

Hi, First since you have the 64bit Windows, you need to use the 32bit browser as Adobe does not support Flash Player
for the 64bit.
Are you using any other browser? Here are the instructions for Internet Explorer.

Download the Installer and SAVE it to your Desktop:

Before you start you need to read over the Uninstall info and follow the Security settings, making sure no applications

I am having problems install Photoshop elements 8.0 and premiere elements 8.0

I have recently received both photoshop elements 8.0 and premiere elements 8.0 and neither will install.
I have gone through (at length!) all the support suggestions e.g. adusting accelaration etc. Absolutley nothing works! I have spent over 4 hours trying to sort this problem which as it is a new product is extemely disappointing. I look for any helpful advice or should I just claim my money back?

I tried downloading the trial version which seems to have gone through. However although i can see lots of new files in a "Premier elements" folder in programs, I cannot see any way to open it. It has not appeared on the programs list and there is no shortcut on the desktop. How am I supposed to access this software?
If this is a trial, you really should make it more user friendly as I am not impressed at all so far.
I have spent over 6 housr now trying to get this sofware to work. If you cannot nwo get this to work, i will return to store and get refund (and use a version of Pinnacle recommended by a friend who has had no problems!
I look forward to an easy and quick resolution.

How can I download photoshop - I am getting error message 1935 right at the end of the download and then it reverses all download actions and leaves file empty with no access to the program? I have tried several times and using both methods of download shown against my order on the Adobe website?
It appears to relate to an assembly component.

Cannot download Photoshop Elements 10 on Mac

I can't seem to get Photoshop Elements 10 on my Mac which is running 10.7.5.
When I use the disk, I get to the installer and a popup says that the Elements 10 disk must be inserted, when its already inserted.
When I use the direct link from Adobe, it says I get to the installer and it says: "Install" can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.
I have downloaded from both Safari and Firefox with the same result.
Any assistance is appreciated...thanks

Put the disc in, open it in the finder and copy the entire contents to your desktop, then try running it from there. But also look around to be sure another instance of the installer isn't open already.
Also, if this computer has had PSE 10 on it before, how did you uninstall it?
