hi im using macbook pro 13inch 2012
i was trying to switch to windows using bootcamp ...but everytime when i use boot camp it fails to download drivers
i switched to windows 7without drivers is there any way of downloading drivers without bootcamp assistance ??????thanks in advance

Repair your Apple Sofyware update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install

I am trying to install using a snow leopard dvd for macbook pro but it comes up with an error message saying I can't install on this computer. I am pretty sure that my computer is late 2008 and has the spec. Is it because the dvd is for a macbook pro? If so where can I get one specifically for my computer?

I'm having problems installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 12.
The problem is right at the end of installation, it (the Install Shield Wizard) says status is registering and then immediately does an action rollback.
The message I get is:
'The wizard was interrupted before Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run the installation again.'
If anyone can offer some help, please, that would be great.

If you are on Windows, you can download and install the CreatePDF Desktop Printer, which would allow you to "print" to PDF from Word. You'll find a link to the installer on the CreatePDF page at https://cloud.acrobat.com. Here are the instructions for installing it: Using Adobe PDF Pack

Hi, the problem is that my IT department was sent a link on his laptop to install Illustrator, however the request was for them to build me a workstation and install it on there. they have built the workstation and is having problem installing the CC desktop app on there, just to clarify would you be able to answer the following:
1) Do you have to have CC desktop app to install Illustrator from the given link?
2) If you have signed up & installed CC on your laptop, can you install illustrator on a workstation by simply installing the CC desktop app on the workstation, log into that with your username & activate the link to install illustrator, basically the provided link should not be specific to a computer or user?

Try below steps
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go ( make sure to opeb ~/Library not /Library, there will two library )
Then open Application Support
Right click on Adobe folder
Click on get info
Under sharing and permission click on lock icon and unlock it
Click on symbol and Add Administrator and your current user name ( if not added )
Then give read and write permission to user name, admin, system and every one
Then click on Gear icon and select 'Apply to Enclosed
Click on lock icon
Try to install Creative Cloud App.

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. Are you using dial-up, cable, or DSL? Do you have a slow or fast connection? The former is likely to make it difficult to get a reliable download of a 4 GB file.

I don't know whether it's possible to install it on Mavericks and if you do it may not perform properly.
Final Cut pro X and iMovie are the only Apple apps that are supported.

Yes, 10.6.8 update was specifically to ease the Lion installation (apart from some security updates).
Juat log onto the App Store (Icon would be in the Dock by default) and find the download. If you're not already registered with App Store, you'll need credit card info to hand, and your Apple ID (the one you use to log in here or the iTunes Store if you use it).
You would only need the retail SL disc if you were running 10.5.8 (Leopard) or earlier.
