Go to Settings/General/Reset - Erase all content and settings. the connecto to iTunes and restore as a New phone. Do not restore any backup. If the problem persists you have a hardware problem. Take it to Apple for exchange.
This assumes that the phone is not hacked or jailbroken. If it is you will have to go elsewhere on the internet for help.

I can't add files to my external hard drive from my computer. I keep getting a message saying that the hard drive can't be modified. I've added files to it before, I'm not sure why it's not working now. I looked at the hard drive information and it says that it is set to read only. Odd, it seems. In the Finder "Get Info" display, you are seeing something like this?
Click the "Details" triangle and then the little padlock, and you should be able to change the permissions. Click the lock when you are done and close the Info window.

Your question is not about FormsCentral. I suggest you to check whether Adobe Reader is enabled on your web browser's add-in list. For example, on Chrome you may type in "chrome://plugins/" to open the Plug-ins list, and check the status of Adobe Reader. If it's not the latest version, you may update it as well.

Did you try downloading the movie from iTunes on your iPad? I know it takes longer but I'd try that.
Also try to reset all settings.

My iphone doesn't recognize any signal wifi.
I have rebooted the red options as indicated on apple portal.
Also, I have turned off my iphone and when I turn it on don't enable the wifi option, and then I have to turn it off and turn it on again.
I have restored to the factory settings but the problem continues.
I don't know anything else to do.

Try to Restore with iTunes on your computer. If this does not work, there is full Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.

I had the identical problem. I still don't know how to sync the tasks, but here's how I did the contacts and calendar:
1. Connect the 4s to the computer.
2. Open iTunes.
3. Click the iPhone box in the upper right corner.
4. Click on the info tab.
5. Hit the checkbox Sync Contacts with... and choose Outlook from the dropdown box.
6. Ditto for Calendars.
7. Hit Apply.
My problem was that originally, I wasn't getting the checkboxes. I turned off the iCloud settings on the 4s. That did the trick.

Thanks for replying. I did what you said. Restored from iTunes. Then set up as new iPhone. No luck. Still can't connect to my time capsule network. Before I restored, I backed up her iPhone to computer, I'm going to restore from back up if possible because my wife had a bunch of stuff on her phone. I hope for my sake I can get it back. Also, it's really weird because her phone was working fine with my airport express network. I replaced the AE with the time capsule and now it doesn't work.
