Having problems configuring and testing FieldPoint modules with MAX 3.0.

I have a FP-1000 and FP-AO-200 connected together. MAX is able to find the FP-1000 and communicate with it. The FP-AO-200 POWER and READY lights are on.
MAX does not find the FP-AO-200 when I invoke "Find Devices". I can manually define it using "Create New Device". When I attempt to test a FP-AO-200 channel using the Write function in "Items Configuration" I get the following error message: "The module or item addressed does not exist".
I am also not able to write to any FP-AO-200 channels in LabVIEW 7.0.
Any ideas what is wrong?

I would check the pins on the FP-1000, between the modules for bent or pushed in pins. Then, I would make sure the AO module is seated correctly in the Terminal Base.
If that's not it, try a different AO module and/or a different TB, to see which is the culprit. The AO module should show up when you do "Find Devices".

I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb. This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well. This might be the common thread.

C240 M3 Stuck at "Configuring and testing memory .."

Hi,
This server's just been returned to us from Cisco, who had it on loan since it was new. We're trying to put it back into service, but have hit the following problem.
On first power-up the server gets as far as the "Configuring and testing memory .." message. Just that message, it doesn't show any progress in actually testing memory. After a few seconds it shuts itself down, then spins up again, repeating that a couple of times before sitting with the "Configuring and testing memory .." message at the top of the screen, but now also showing CIMC IP address at the bottom. All four LEDs above the power button show steady green, and the unit ID buttons switch the blue LED on/off as they should.
I can get to the CIMC login screen, but the password's been changed from default so can't get any further in that direction until we find out the new user/password details. Unless someone knows how to reset CIMC to default.
I've tried the following recovery steps ..
(1) If we set the "Clear CMOS" jumper J2065, the server won't power up. It powers up to standby, but does not respond on pressing the power button.
(2) Using the "BIOS recovery" jumper J2068 doesn't appear to have any effect, the server does not read the recovery file from USB flash drive.
Any ideas?

Cheers. There's not much to reseat at this stage. The server came back with two CPUs of unknown type, I've removed and set those aside in case they're some sort of weird CPU that needs a special memory configuration.
We've fitted a single E5-2609 as CPU1 and single DIMM in A1. There are no PCI cards or anything else to reseat. As a matter of fact the server behaves exactly the same if there's no memory at all, making me think it's hanging up before starting the memory check.
I would love to get into the CIMC, but does anyone know a way to reset the username/password other than via the BIOS screens (which aren't accessible).

Problems configuring HP Laserjet M1213nf MFP with Mac via AirPrint

I have a HP Laserjet M1213nf MFP printer, connected to a Dlink DSL-2730U ADSL router. I am having problems configuring the printer with my Macbook running OSX Yosemite. I can see the printers name in nearby printers but when I try to add the printer, the mac gives me an error saying, "unable to communicate with the printer at this time". The network settings on the printer are configure for iPv4 and iPv6 addresses.
Previously, I had the ADSL DSL-2750U model router, and the printer was connected fine. I did not face any issues then. I have been facing problems since I changed my router so the problem should be in the router. I have the IP for the printer reserved in the DHCP reservation list on the router settings using the mac address of the printer.
Can someone please help me out here? Is there something I am probably missing.

I talked to the DLink Support. They asked me to disable an option called "MultiAP Isolation" and Voila, the printer is working fine. I can add it to all my devices on the wireless network. I looked up google. Apparently, this isolation feature present in some routers, prevent wifi clients to interact with other devices connected to the wired network and also with each other. Thats why only my desktop which was also connected wired was only able to access the printer and not the laptops connected wirelessly.

Email recipients having problems receiving and opening attachments after iOS7 update. Help!

I use my iPad for work, and often send emails with multiple PDF attachments via the GoodReader app. Since updating to iOS7, people are having problems receiving and/or opening my attachments. All available updates have been installed for both the iPad and GoodReader apps.
My emails either show up with NO attachments, or with a box marked with an "X".
I Googled and learned others are having the same issue, especially when sending single page PDFs.
The email address/account I am using is through the Microsoft Exchange. I will say, however, when I try sending the attachments from my iCloud email account, I have no problems. I also had no problems with iOS6.
Someone is probably going to tell me this is a Microsoft problem and not an Apple problem. Regardless, I need a solution. This is very frustrating. I'm ready to go back to using my Windows-based laptop. HELP!

Solution for me was changing the "Load Remote Images" setting, shutting down and restarting the phone. The old messages with problems reloaded with all attachments accessible.
Background: I began having this problem recently with PDF, jpeg,vcf files and apparently now, all attachments as well as email with html links are coming through with no attachment or as empty email. This was a new problem for me. I have been backing up to the cloud, but not using a cloud email account. I have multiple accounts on the phone, six of them actually and have been set up this way for over a year without problem. Some are imap, some pop, none are through exchange.

In reference to Lynley Stanley, I too am having the exact problem. I downloaded as for my class of Animation and Visual Effects at the Academy of Art University while waiting for my software to come in the mail from Academic Superstore. I am so frustrated about this that such an issue has caused so much madness. In the process of trying to remove Adobe Photoshop CS3 from my Windows Vista I was searching for info on how to uninstall as I was in a hurry to uninstall the program because my 4th week into class started using the program as students are expected to follow along having their own for assignments. Well, now I'm behind and I don't want to fail because of something that is causing the problem as I'd like to call intentional. In the process of trying to figure a way to uninstall fast as not to fall behind and fail in class I downloaded Perfect Uninstaller but I don't know how it will work. Now in reference of trying to quickly uninstall just to keep up with class, that will not be possible, so now I had to take time to look online knowing I'm falling more and more behind because of this difficult matter I finally found this and hopefully I'll be going somewhere as to have the problem corrected. Error "Invalid or Could not find module configuration" and "Required application module HyperionPlanning.planning is not configured

I use version 11.2.1, try to open an application one by planning and workspace is the error below.
"Invalid or Could not find module configuration" and "Required application module HyperionPlanning.planning is not configured"
I checked the oracle site, but the suggested solution is not possible because using the OHS and found the file HYSLWorkers.properties.
Solution
On the server que hosts the Apache component:
1. Navigate to HYPERION_HOME%% \ common \ httpServers \ Apache \ 2.0.59 \ conf
2. Edit the file named HYSLWorkers.properties,
3. Locate the entry starting with "worker.HP__8300.port"
4. Set its value to the value of the Planning web application's listening port incremented by two,
5. Save and close
6. Restart Apache only
Anyone have any suggestions?

If restarting the services does not help, run the EPM configurator again and configure foundation web server again then restart services and try logging into workspace

Have some problems upgrading and installing virtualbox-modules

Had to uninstall lirc nvidia and virtualbox-modules before I could upgrade the kernel and now I can't install the virtualbox-modules.
Anyone else who experienced the same problems?

virtualbox-modules depends on the kernel in core. If you want to use the kernel in testing, you'll need to rebuild the virtualbox-modules against it.
Virtualbox-modules will be fixed when kernel 2.6.26 will be moved in core. So you can wait if you prefer.

When I select leave request iView in portals I get an R/3 screen titled "Create Leave Request".And when I fill in the details for approver and press send I get this error message "You are not one of the possible agents of the task".
So help required to configure and test the workflow behind Create leave request iView.

you have to set all activities in the workflow to "general task" as well, not only for WS12300111 itself (doubleclick on each symbol with the "triangle").
check the status of the sent leave request in transaction PTARQ (Display Documents). Here the "next agent" & the "pers. no" of the next agent is of interest.
logon with the user, that is saved in infotype 0105 of the above mentioned pers.no. there should be the approve request.
you can check the status of the workitems with SWI1 (i assume your system is prepared for workflows , check SWU3)

You need to give a lot more information about the media specifications and the project properties you're using in the different projects.

Having problems finding and importing actions I recorded in CS5 :(

Hi. I've recently upgraded from CS5 to CC but I'm now having problems finding and importing actions that I previously had recorded in CS5. Where do I need to look to locate these actions, as they are still in CS5 when I open it.

You export them using the flyout menu in the top right corner of the actions palette. Conversely, you load them the same way in the new version.

I think you have to turn off Private Browsing.
Tap "Private" on Safari Screen to disable Private Browsing. When top of screen is white, Private Browsing is off.

The plastic cover was removed before I left the store and I have moved the volume up and down during, before and after phone calls. Have tried it in protective case and out of it. Impossible to hear calls unless phone is on speaker. There seems to be lots of comments re this. Is it a significant flaw? Can I fix it?
