Having problems downloading View Generator

Im trying to prepare AW and one of the thing listed as required is OLAP View Generator Sample at http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/bi/olap/viewGenerator_1_0_1.zip
but Im getting a 404 error. Anyone can link me an alternative download source...tried to google it but nothing came up.

Hi,
I'm not sure where you got that link from, but on the oracle OLAP page on OTN ( http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/bi/olap/index.html ) there is the following link:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/bi/olap/viewGenerator_1_0_2.zip and it seems to be working.
When you start with the view generator, remember to read the readme file and run the necessary scripts.

iTunes Support wasn't of any use to me.
I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb. This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well. This might be the common thread.

You have Sync Music selected under the Music tab or selection for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes on your PC?

Agreed. No native linux support. The only ways you could run iTunes with a primary linux system would be to a) dual boot, b) virtualize Windows with VirtualBox, VMware, etc., or c) attempt to run iTunes in Wine (which doesn't usually work very well). Dual boot would give you the benefit of complete support and usage of hardware and software, but virtualizing is a bit more convenient, since you would not have to reboot your linux host.

If you have anti virus software installed, you need to disable that in order to download apps.
Apple's policy clearly states that, "all sales are final" > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Below is the solution that worked for me ...
I actually figured it out. If you just go directly to iTunes, open the Redeem Code page, and input your promotional code without ever going to the website it tells you to, it works splendedly. Not sure why letting the website open iTunes screws it up.
