Having problemes with new up date can't delete apps from iBook nor App Store everything change and it stink.
You need to describe your problem and what is happening in a lot more detail than that, if you wish for help.

I downloaded ios 7 today 09.19.2013 on my iphone 4 and ipad retina 3hrd generation 64g . The switch from photo to video on the camera app does not work neither on iphone nor on ipad. Is it a "youth"bug ?

Can't remove old episodes from iPod sine Update!
I have a Shuffle & usually carry 3-5 episodes each of 8-10 different podcasts. Sine installing the new iTunes for Windows, I can't remove old eps from the device, & it's a total crapshoot as to which NEW episodes the system will allow me to click on!!
HELP!!!!!!There are several ways to add podcast episodes to the shuffle, so please correct my assumptions in a reply. How you add podcasts determines how you remove them. I can't tell how you do it from the info you provide.
It sound like you may add podcast episodes manually (drag and drop to iPod). If you do, and your shuffle is 3rd or 4th (current) gen, you should consider doing it using automatic syncing, by putting podcast episodes on a playlist (in your iTunes library and syncing it to the shuffle). Update the playlist at any time, by adding new podcast episodes and removing old ones (the shuffle does not need to be connected). Put the podcast episodes in desired order. iTunes automatically updates the shuffle the next time it is connected (or by clicking Sync if already connected). On the shuffle, you can listen to podcasts from that playlist, and hear episodes from different podcasts consecutively, in the desired order.
When you remove podcast episodes manually, is this the way you do it? Again, this is for 3rd or 4th gen shuffle. Select the shuffle in iTunes, so that you see its "management" screen. In the sidebar, under On My Device, click Podcasts. To the right, the podcast episodes currently on the shuffle are shown. Select the one(s) you want to remove an press Delete on the keyboard. -
Updates tab not working in the App Store
The updates tab is not working in the App Store. I have to go to purchased tab to find the apps that need updating. How can I fix this? I've turn off the iPad multiple times hoping it will reboot but it doesn't help.
Apparently there are problems updating updates on iOS devices > Apps update not working. Was before but...: Apple Support Communities

Go into Settings > General > International > Language and choose British English, then hit the Done button. The screen will go black with a comment about Language Settings. Be Patient, especially if you have a lot of apps. Let it run it's course and Then open the App Store again. Voila! Upgrade list is back. And it stuck when i changed back to plain English. He doesn't know why. I don't either. But I am now a happy camper. Worked on my 3rd gen iPad and iPad Mini.

App Store Update Button Not Working
On my iPad 3, recently I have had trouble accessing my updates. When I open the App Store, the button at the bottom that says UPDATES indicates that I have 5 but when I touch the UPDATES button, nothing happens. It does not move to the screen to indicate what the update are. Each of the other buttons at the bottom: FEATURED, TOP CHARTS, GENIUS, AND PURCHASED. all perform properly. UPDATES does not move off the home screen, ideas?
If you look there are quite literally hundreds of threads on this topic over the past few days. It's an issue with APple's servers.
You can either wait it out, or if you go into the purchased tab you can download the updates manually or if you sync with a computer you can use iTunes on your computer to download the updates and then sync them onto your iPad. -

A week ago I posted about having problems with links from the iTunes store. A helpful user suggested I use the Onyx application to reset all caches, etc. I did, and my problem was solved...
... or so I thought. Within a day, a new iTunes store link froze Safari. I used Onyx again, and again it seemed to solve the problem. Until today, when again, iTunes store links freeze Safari.
I can't figure out what might be causing it. I've eliminated all Safari extraneous extension/plug-ins, and the websites I haven't been visiting any "weird" websites.
I'll describe the problem again to see if a fresh perspective can help.
Ever since the Safari 4 beta (I now have the full Safari 4), any iTunes store link will freeze Safari. The link could be a webloc from my hard drive, a link from another web page, anything. A new window/tab will open with the grey box that says, "Loading." This is where it freezes. I do not have a spinning beach ball, and right-clicking on the dock icon does not say Safari is unresponsive. However, Safari will not respond to commands. Clicking on the dock icon does not bring Safari to the front, and if I have Safari in front anyway, menu options will not work. I can't close the window, click in anything on said window, switch to another window... nothing. My only solution is to force quit.
For the record, I'm running Safari 4 on a Power Mac G4 (Quicksilver, yes, I know, it's ancient) with OS X 10.4.11. I have all the security updates.
Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!!

I install apps from iTunes but they're not appearing on the iTouch.
I've downloaded several iTouch 4th gen compatible apps but a few of them won't appear on the iTouch. When I update from iTunes it shows them on my device but they're not actually there. I'm using the latest software update so that isn't the issue. Any ideas?
That's EXACTLY what was wrong. I had an age restriction for my daughter's apps and the missing ones were outside the parameters. Thanks for your help!

Purchased apps didn't get updates and not appear in the cloud
Hello,
Some apps did not added to my Purchased Apps. Most of this are free apps like Facebook, Flipboard, Popular Science, Wired, Imdb etc...
So when this apps get an update in the store, symbol appears next to the Application tab on iTunes, mark that there is an available update. But when I click on check for updates it says there is no available updates for my account.
At this point I start deleting apps from my library until the symbol mark disappear. Then I can know which app makes the problem and purchase it again. But still it doesn't added to my Purchased Apps, and it doesn't get a "Downloaded" mark on the store next to it or appear in the cloud.
It's really annoying. I want to get those apps on my cloud.
I would appreciate your helpPlease, any one can help?

ITunes app store update button not working
I'm using iTunes 11 on a windows 7 pc, and the problem is that the for apps with update available, the app page in the store is shown to be "downloaded" and not clickable, whereas in iTunes 10 the button says "update". I have a quite large app library with 1000+ apps and the checking for updates button does not always give all the available updates. And it's not latency issues because apps that have updates months before still show up in the store page as downloaded. Anyone else have this issue/bug? I really rely on the update button on the iTunes store page a lot, so any help wound be appreciated. Thanks!
Not sure about the layout on PC but try this.
(1) Starting at home screen (click the house icon top, middle). (2) Top right, click on Library button. (3) Next screen, top left, click the icon that says Music. It will pull up a menu where you can select Apps (also movies, tv, etc).
At the bottom right you should see your update button for your apps and telling you the count of those.

Whenever i go to my account and try to delete my card from my account it wont allow me. The directions say to choose none up in the payment options but that option is not there.

Yesterday I wanted to upgrade my wife's iPhone (5, 16 GB) from iOS 7.0.6 to iOS 7.1.
She had only 500 MB of free space, and 1.9 GB was needed, so I decided to temporarily remove a number of songs from her music library.
After this operation there was 2 GB free, and the upgrade went successfully. After the upgrade there was still 2 GB free.
Then I wanted to download the songs again, and here something went wrong:
I went to iTunes Store > More > Purchased > Music, and clicked on "Download all".
When the download process was completed, there was about 500 MB free space, but I noticed that some of the tracks, and even a complete album, were actually not in the playlists; in another album only one of the 30 tracks or so was downloaded. So I went again into iTunes Store > More > Purchased > Music, and indeed some of the tracks were still marked as "to download", with a little cloud in front of them.
When I tried to click on one of these little clouds to download a given track, the track seemed to be downloaded, but as soon as the download was finished the little cloud reappeared again, and the track wasn't added to the playlists.
I tried to repeat that process a few times, until I noticed that there was now only 90 MB of free space.
I then tried to download one more track that was 10 MB large, and after this there was only 80 MB of free space.
So it seems that the tracks are indeed downloaded (and downloaded again if I click again on the little cloud) in a place where they use disk space without being otherwise accessible.
What can I do to:
1. download the tracks correctly so that they appear in the playlists?
2. clean up the space that was wasted?
Many thanks in advance!Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those tracks and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

Clear the text field and scroll back in the log to that time. Post the messages timestamped from then until the end of the backup, or the end of the log if that's not clear.
