Having problems syncing recurring meetings from exchange
not only me on this version but many people in our company that use various versions of iphones and iOS are having problems getting recurring meeting exceptions to properly sync in the iphone calendar.
we use hardware 3GS, 4, 4GS and 5 - iOS versions are from early 5.x.x to the latest 6.1.4
it only appears to be the exceptions - also, it seems that the iphone calender sync issue is also preventing the recurring meetings from showing up in outlook - when you make an exception to the calendar item - it moves right back to the existing time slow.
suggestions?
Turn Off the icloud synch on all devices
Determine which device will be the inital source of contacts and add all the desired contacts to it. When you are done, turn iCloud synch back on for that device
Remove contyacts fort the other devices, then
Turn iCloud back on for contacts on all devices
It may take a little while for the synch to complete

I'm having a problem with recurring meetings in my Outlook calendar. I have a Touchpad and Pre Plus synced to the calender. A couple of times when I recieved notice of a cancelled meeting for one occurence in a series, I clicked Remove from Calendar and it was removed from the Outlook calendar on my computer. It was not removed from the calendar on the Touchpad and Pre, even after syncing. If I try to delete the occurence from the devices it does not work - on the Touchpad the event disappears for a second or so and then re-appears. On the Pre it just remains on the calendar.

Im having problem while transferring songs from PC to Ipod. Ive followed all steps 'File<Add to Library' but i cant find songs in my ipod. Ive also synced the ipod and backup as well but still same. what to do?

Does any media sync?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

Had to remove itunes from my computer to reset the computer. Now I'm having problems syncing my iphone with the computer. Computer is saying it wants to download updates to the phone but that will delete things I downloaded straight from the phone. Help!
iTunes thinks you have a new computer because you restored the OS. Open iTunes and authorize it to the same account you have on the iPhone. Did you restore your iTunes content from a backup after resetting your computer? Have you been syncing regularly with the computer, and does the iTunes library on the computer contain your apps, music and videos? If so just sync and your content will be removed then restored.
If you have not hopefully you have now learned something. You can recover apps and purchased songs by connecting the phone, without syncing, and choose "Transfer purchases..." from the File menu. -

You haven't purchased apps with multiple Apple ID's have you? If you have, you can only sync with one Apple ID in the iTunes library at a time. Whichever ID you are signed into on the computer and the iPad would determine which apps would sync.
Have all of your apps been transferred into iTunes for your iPad?

I HAVE 2 HARD DRIVES ON MY LAPTOP. MY PHOTOS ARE ON 1 HARD DRIVE & MY ITUNES IS ON ANOTHER HARD DRIVE. I AM HAVING TROUBLE SYNCING THE PHOTOS FROM THE SEPERATE HARD DRIVE ONTO MY IPOD TOUCH. ANY HELP?
There is a whole lot of bad going on there.
There are problems both drive errors and USB errors. I don't believe it.
I have a hunch the drive is starving for power.
USB devices are supposed to function all the way down to 4.25V. Not all do.
USB ports are supposed to be able to deliver 4.25V at the end of the cable at 500mA. Not all do.
USB 2.0 devices are not supposed to draw more than 100mA unless they negotiate for more. Some violate that.

My guess is that your drive is drawing excess current and the voltage drop through the port and cable are dropping you below 4.25; or at least below the voltage that your drive goes "Tango Uniform"[1]. Does your drive have the option for external power? If so try it. Following up on wtx's comment; USB 3.0 is capable of delivering more power. Also, some drives have used a cable that violates just about every aspect of the USB specification: A "Y" cable that plugs into two host ports to provide more power to the guest. I despise this solution with every fiber of my electrical engineering existence; never-the-less, you might try one.

Since downloading Firefox 4, I am having problems archiving gmail conversations from my inbox view (either one or several conversations) as it says "No Conversations Selected" when I have selected one or several. Also, when I go to enter a new event in google calendar, I have to click the cursor in the box to type the event (it used to let me just start typing) or else it flips out and starts jumping to day view or another month. Does anyone know how to fix either of these?

I just stared having problems with importing files from nikon D810 into LR 5.7 it pop a window saying it can not read files on working on a imac 27" running yosemite on my mac pro after a few times it finally was able to read files and import them into LR I never had this problem before was there some kind of update that could of cause this?

I am having problems playing my videos from my iphone on my laptop
I have an iphone 5. I have not yet updated to ios 7. I am having problems playing my videos from my iphone on my laptop. the sound is jumpy and the playback is slow/jumpy. i have tried various players but none seem to be able to play back properly. Help!

Check out the article below to troubleshooting issues with the sound for music and for videos. One other thing you can try is to convert the songs to a different format
