Having problems with ending my calls on iphone 5
When I try to tap end call on my phone the screen goes blank when I take it away form my ear? It will not let me hang up?
Sounds like a problem with the proximity sensor, which turns off the screen when on a call with the phone is near your face/ear and should turn it back on when the phone moves away again. Try cleaning the screen, especially near the top by the speaker. Also try removing your screen protector.

Hi had same problem today phone would ring with ring tone working but once answered could not hear person and they could not hear me .... Read a few ideas from others on this forum and realised the problem occurs after connections to bottom connection socket .... So used needle to clean out entrance to socket found fluff this probably from inside pocket etc ... Since cleaned out and it wasn't much it's worked fine .... hope this help others

Having problems with moving music to my iPhone
Recently, my iPhone music library hasn't been updating; when I move songs to the iPhone, they show up in the music section of the iPhone from iTunes and when searching from the iPhone search bar, but they don't actually appear in the artists section of the iPhone. Another problem I'm having is that the iPhone doesn't update artist info, even though all of the info appears correctly from iTunes on the PC (both from the library and from the music section of the iPhone).
I have tried restarting the iPhone, restarting iTunes, deleting and putting back the songs, and renaming the songs on the iPhone, and the 'Sync Music' thing (I was originally moving music manually and didn't have this problem) and none of those fixed the problem..
If it helps, the music I'm trying to move is from a CD, and the artist I'm trying to rename was bought through iTunes on the iPhone.If some songs and/or albums from and artist aren't listed under the artist in the artist view on your phone this usually means that the tag for these songs don't list the artist as also being the Album Artist. This can be resolved either by editing the tag for these songs in iTunes so the artist is listed as the Album Artist and syncing your phone, or by going to Settings>Music on your phone and turning Group By Album Artist to Off.

Verify that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack, including headsets, headphones, or adapters.
Make sure the Ring/Silent switch is not switched to silent.
While on the Home screen, adjust the volume buttons. If you see the icon below, indicating that headphones are attached, there may be debris or an object lodged in the headset jack:
Check the headset jack. If there is an object lodged in the headset jack that is not easily removed, have the iPhone serviced to remove object.
For Original iPhone: If there is light debris, such as lint, in the headset jack, try connecting a pair of headphones to the headset jack and then remove the headphones. Repeat this several times to remove the debris.
If you have installed a protective film on the display, either ensure that the receiver is not covered or remove the film completely.
Check the receiver mesh (which is on the top front of the device, above the display). If it appears blocked, use a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush to carefully and gently brush away any debris.
If you have paired with a Bluetooth headset that is nearby, either use the headset or turn Bluetooth off (chooseSettings > General > Bluetooth).
Restart the iPhone.
If restarting the iPhone doesn't resolve the issue, try restoring the device.
If the issue persists, go to the Service Answer Center - iPhone for information on service.

Having problem with Sync iphoto library to iphone 4 in iTunes 10.4
i did a clean install of Lion, i copied my itunes media and pasted in new destination to have same everything, today after 4 days i was trying to sync my iphone 4, i always keep my photos organized in iphoto, so i sync my iphoto via itunes to my iphone 4 & ipad 2, i selected some events containing almost 4500 pics, but after sync my phone gets only arround 400 pics, i dont know why is this happening, i have also noticed that some events which i can see in itunes are old one and doesnt exist in my iphoto, any one there who knows how to update that and how to sync all my deisred number of pics like i use to do before all the time.
again the same problem, i emptied my trash and again resync after uncheck the photo sync option all the pics were gone, there wasnt any cache in pictures folder, i selected the photo to be sync arround 4573 and again its updating only 405 and i dont see any cache in pictures folder, i dont know may be in lion its saving cache somewhere else, im unable to find it and unable to do it right way. i searched in spotlight for ipod photo cache nothing showed up.

I'm having problems with the speaker on my iPhone 4
Since updating my phone very rarely makes any sound! Only when I receive a call does it ring and very occasionally it will make a sound when I receive a txt. When I play music watch a video or run an app no sound comes out I've also tried with headphones in an nothing! I tried to restore to factory and then upload a back up which fixed it for a few hours but now it's gone back to not working! Any advice would be appreciated as I could really do without loosing everything and starting from scratch. Thanks.

Problems with 3-way calls, merge calls?
loving my iPhone but having problems with 3-way calling and merging calls. tried to be on one call and have another person call (from a regular land line) and it went straight to voicemail for them. in addition, was on a regular call and tried to add another call AND tried to merge, none of the above has worked. i know this is included in the calling plan.
anyone having similar problems?Per the Apple note in the link below, "Note: While iPhone is actively transferring data over EDGE—downloading a webpage, for example—you may not be able to receive calls. Incoming calls may go to voicemail."

Help! Having problems with sound on my 4s
Ive been having problems with the sound on my iphone 4s, it sometimes has a ringtone and has keyboard clicks but it wont play music or have any ringtones or anything. It doesn't even come up with the volume scroll bar or the volume buttons on the side no longer work. This isn't due to liquid damage or anything, this is a software issue. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi i am having problems with a crackling speaker on calls. Its started with every once a hour or so, to now being every call. I'm having problems with 8.1 and Continuity / Handoff. It will work fine for web pages, etc. but in email when I try to do it between by iPhone 5s running 8.1 and my Macbook Pro running Yosemite I consistently get an error. "Failed to Continue Activity" Cocoa Error 4609. Handoff is working for phone calls and text messages. By email just crashes each time. It was also doing it under 8.0.2. My iPhone and iPad handle this fine. It's only the MacBook to the iPhone that fails, and only on email.
