Having purchased Logic Pro some time ago and installing on my iMac, am I now allowed an additional install on my new MacBook Pro?
May I install Logic Pro on both my iMac and MacBook Pro? How do I make that Appearance is appropriate. store allow the second install?

One registration per purchase. If QuickTime has been un-registered on the old machine you can use that same registration info on a new machine.

FaceTime won't accept the password which I wrote down some time ago and doesn't provide a "forgot your password" option. And when I try to create a new account it tells me that my email is already registered. What can I do to revise my password?

I cannot find a series pass that I bought some time ago.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -

You can't purchase iCloud because it is free. You have to install 10.7.2 or later in order for iCloud to be installed on your computer.

Why is my Acrobat 9 not installing on my computer, i have enterd the password that came with the installation but i am being asked about an upgrade password, why, and i am being offerd a 30 day trile
Can anyone help?you originally purchased an upgrade to an older acrobat version that was installed on your older computer when you installed the upgrade. when installing the upgrade on a new computer that does not have that older version installed you will be prompted for the older versions serial number.

If you purchased the Lightroom 5 upgrade then you should have received an e-mail with a new serial number for Lightroom 5. When you purchase an upgrade you need the serial number from your original purchase as well as the serial number for the upgrade version. Is this the process that you followed?

[email protected]If everything seems to be working OK, but the amber light is blinking, this might be a signal that there is an update available for the AirPort Express.
Open AirPort Utility, click Manual Setup, then click directly on the word Status to check for messages.
If the printer is not working, I suggest that you perform a Factory Default Reset to get the Express back to new, out of box settings. Then, you can reconfigure the device again as needed.

The Mac IIci is not even powering on at all. Tried again with wih a tested power cable and no luck.
I think it's best that take this issue to the Older Hardware Community. Not only did I see a fair number of replacement parts for the IIci avaiable online, but there also vintage external floppy drives as well. I'm not giving up.

My Airport Express just stops working. Computer keeps searching for it. DSL modem is OK. Have to unplug Airport Express and replug to get it to work again. Starting happening sporaticaly some time ago, but now it is about once a day, maybe twice a day. Has v.6.3 on it. Supposedly up to date.What's the problem?

Since updating my Itunes software some time ago, I've not been able to add my own artwork,ie album covers, to my own personal albums.Used to be able to go to "File," "Get Info" and drag/drop my photo into the artwork box, hit save/OK and Voila! No longer and it's Really frustrating. It will let me drag it there but it

it has everyrhing to do with tags.
The artwork is stoed in the Artwork tag field.
Since WAV files do not have tags, there is no where to store the tags.
If you use iTunes to get artwork for WAV files, it puts themn into the AlbumArt folder adn links it to the correct files via the iTunes library.itl file.
All other formats (MP3, AAC, AIFF, Apple Lossless) have na artwork tag to store the artwork in the media file itself.

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard on both of my computers.
Some time ago, one crashed my computer and I had to reinstall the operating system and all applications.
After I had installed once Acrobat 9 Sdt in the computer, I wanted to update the software version 9.0.0 update to the same level as it was before the crash and that the other computer has version named 9.5.5.
The system for update from version 9.0.0 does not work at all. "There are no updates" listed in the dialog.

I downloaded Safari 5.1 onto Mac OS 10.6.8 some time ago. Yesterday the back/forward arrows next to the url window changed to a +, which adds the current url as a bookmark. I want the arrows back. What happened, and how can I fix this? Thanks. kammro
