Having some problems! Please help!

Hi, I was watching a tutorial untill I got stuck in the middle of it and was hopeing if anyone could help me out. I know The tutorial is weird but I am just learning from it.

So I dont know how he made the picture the same size each time he placed the png in the comp area because every time I place the 2nd pic its a different size and possistioned in a different area. If anyone could please help me I would greatly apreciate it. Also please dont tell me how you hate ponys and such I am just trying to learn. If you dont get what I am saying please tell me and I will try to re phrase it.

Its' not obvious but he simply copied all of the transform controls for the image them into the new images.
His workflow is not good and the tutorial is lousy. It's much more efficient and works better to apply the puppet pin to footage before you size of scale it, do the animation and then nest or pre-compose your animation in another comp to add the background layers and adjust position. Ideally you should line up your artwork for this kind of a project before hand. A good way would be to use a layered Photoshop or Illustrator file and import the project as a composition retaining layer sizes.
So once again, select your sized and placed image. Press the U key twice to reveal all of the changed properties, select the changed properties, then paste them to the new layers as you import them. Unfortunately, in the tutorial he only breifly mentioned copy and then never said anything about pasting it to the new layers.
The other option would be to duplicate your sized and placed layer as many times as necessary, then replace that layer with a new one from the project panel by selecting the layer in the timeline, then selecting the new footage in the project panel, then holding down the Alt/Option key and dragging from the Project Panel to the Timeline.

Well, if they have truly disappeared then something is really messed up. For really messed up stuff, you need to set it to factory default condition, and then afterwards, restore it from your backup.

Because I know enough to be dangerous... I was trying to extend the two outside columns down.... Instead of just using faux columns which I have fixed since I posted the question.
The other link problem is the left sidebar links. When you go to the event photos page I have a repeat of the sidebar links that are on the newsletter page. I used named anchors on the newsletter page to link to the particular article. From the Event Photos page the links look like this:

The problem I am having is that some of these go to the newsletter page and the anchor and some do not (I get an error message saying it can't find the page). To add to the problem is that when we choose say the President's Message, when it goes to the newsletter page and the correct anchor, the newsletter page is missing all the links to the graphics... the photos are missing the graphic for the faux columns is missing. It makes no sense. When I preview the newsletter page from Dreamweaver everything shows up fine.
I do not know if all of this is being caused because I haven't posted this stuff to the site or what. I've tried re-booting both the browser and Dreamweaver, dumping the cache and still the same nonsense.
Got any ideas?

I am creating a form in adobe XI and am having some problems with a text field I am trying to get the text field to allow me to add multi-line text with rich text editing and I am unable with the setting I have checked. I have gone to properties for the text field and have checked them as follows, Font size is at auto then I went to Options and set it to left alignment and selected multi-line and rich text formatting. But when I have put all the text in the box and I go back to a sentence to make it bold I am unable to do so... Please help??????

Oh ok, well that was what the test said prior to reformatting the hard drive. Now, it doesn't find any trouble no matter how many times I run it. That's what has me so confused, everything seems to check out and yet...I can't do anything, not even install the software!

hi iv been having some problems with my mac i was unable to start it up which had the new os x operating system was on it. it had a dreaded flashing question mark on startup. So i did the hold down option key start up manager thing. no luck it couldn't find the disk. So i looked on disk utility and got the message
Invalid B-tree node size
Volume check failed.
Error: Filesystem verify or repair failed.
disk would not repair. so intalled again on my other hard disk to get it up and running again. its sorted now but cannot get the old data off the original hard disk. it is still showing up on disk utillity but carnt do anything with it.
hmmmmmmmm should of backed it all up me thinks...
do you think i could retrive data on this?
can anyone help me out on what to do i dont have a clue.

Hi Jamie, It sounds like the directory is corrupted or your HD is going bad.
Did you check the system profiler and see if the S.M.A.R.T passed. Do you have TechTool or Disk Warrior? There are some programs out there that will allow you extract information from a dieing drive.
The flashing question mark is telling you that it cannot find a functional operating system. And disk utility will only repair drives with a bootable OS.
I know you said you did but, did you boot _from the install disc_ and run disc repair?
I'll see what software for recovery there is for free.....

Having some problems with my c6-01

Hello there, I have recently bought a nokia c6-01 but I am having some problems with it. Such as, sometimes it freeze and it restart itself then it continues as nothing happened(dont ask me my pin code) my other problem is when I assign ringtone to my contacts it does not bell the tone normally , it plays the music in weird tone (btw my phone play that ringtone normally in music player ) what can I do against these problems ? Is this a software or hardware problem? Should I take it to the provider? Thanks.

So i have a X-Fi Fatalty Platnum Champion Ed. and a computer with Windows 7.
I've searched the web and i found many people saying that the card it's working and perfectly compatible so i would like to exclude this option as far as the problems that i'm having.
So, right out of the box i've placed the front panel in with the ribbon cable and the power connected to it, then i connected the other end of the ribbon cable and finally placed the card in one of the PCI slots i have free.
Now, when i start my PC, i don't hear any particolar "beep messages" but nothing will come on the screen, in few words my PC will not boot at all. I can hear the HDD spinning, everything sounds normal except for that "little" problem.
So, i re-did all the connections thinking that maybe i did something wrong, but following the instruction i did exactly as told. So i tried again to power up the computer and i've noticed that the X-Fi logo is lit up (red light) and.. I don't really know if that means something or it's just something aside that doesn't really matter.. But, what is it's The PCI card is broken or there's something else?
I did try to disable the sound card (integrated mobo sound) from the BIOS but that didn't change anything. I did try all the software options but this looks like more of an hardware problem (please correct me if i'm wrong and/or i've missed something).
There's something that popped up in my mind.. the PSU. I noticed that i have a 300W PSU (mm.. low, isn't it's)?and i was wondering if that's enough or i need a more powerful one.. and if that's may be the case for the PCI to not work at all causing all i've already explained above. I mean.. It seems like i've installed a dead peripheral and that's impeding the computer to start up..
I don't know.. I need clarification and help, PLEASE.

Look at the beta thread sticked above but good luck waiting for a new driver. That beta driver has been there since January and although better than the normal driver it is still crap.
All the boot type issues are with the SSD but if you getting in game crashes etc... under windows 8 that is simply that the driver stinks.

Pay no attention to iinami, the amount of replies to people saying their handsets must have been jailbroken everytime iTunes throws out an error is tremendous. (Clearly you don't need to have any real knowledge to get to level 3 on these forums, let's hope apple's geniuses know a lot more than some of their customers.)
