Having to keep verifying my account

I really getting tired of having to repeatedly relog into creative cloud. I am having to log in several times a day. I will be working on a project using the same software I have used for hours, only to get a notice that I need to open a "qualifing product" in order to continue. When will this bug be fixed.

    Perhaps that email you're waiting for was blocked as spam or is in your junk folder.  Something like that.

  • Keep changing my password for iCloud to verify my account?

    Why do I have to keep changing my iCloud password for my iPhone to verify my account? That iMac doesn't have any trouble but my iPhone keeps losing the function of anything iCloud related. Changing the password seems to fix this but why do I have to keep doing it?

    Make sure you are checking the email address you used to set up your iCloud account.  Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox.  If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

    You might be better off deleting the account and starting all over again with the account. Here is a gmail help site that will take you through all of the set up steps.

    Yes it is, it's a phishing attempt to try and get your account and payment details - iTunes accounts don't get 'frozen', and emails from Apple tend to be personalised (not 'dear customer', 'hello' etc.), and they are written in proper language. If you still have the emails then you could forward them to Apple : [email protected]

    I had a similar issue with my Apple ID. After multiple calls to Apple it transpired that I had to set up a new email address to verify my account. I could then get into the account and delete the new email and use an existing email.

  • Difficulty having to keep logging in

    Hi,
    I gave up on the problem I had last year with having to 'keep' logging in on webmail to allow me to download e-mails to my Thunderbird desktop client. I was consistently told that BT do not support Thunderbird (although it is used by many thousands of people).
    Now I have a similar problem with receiving new e-mails on my new Samsung phone. It is synchronised with my e-mail, but I only receive e-mails to it after I again 'keep' logging on to my mail through the link on the BT.Com website.
    It seems to me that 'the system' is totally incapable of keeping me logged in, even though, on many occasions I have ticked that box when logging in via the web.
    What with that and the BT Mail fiasco (I still have not been transferred), and from what I read about other people's experiences that might be a good thing, it's about time somebody should answer for the absolute mess that this is in. For what we pay we should be having a much better experience with the service.
    Can somebody let me know if the continual logging on issue can be resolved?

    I really appreciate your willingness to try and help, and to be fair folks on here usually are very willing, and generous with their time in doing do.
    Last year when I raised the same issue, it got as far as the Mods, and the end result was, after they spoke with some tech person at BT, there was nothing they could do.
    Since making the initial post in this thread, I began to think that someone may have 'had a word' so-to-speak, as I have been able to receive e-mails without having to go through the proverbial webmail login routine every time. However, I am sending this now, because it would seem the temporary success couldn't last! This is the error message that just came up in Thunderbird:
    "Sending of password for user ************* did not succeed. Mail server mail.btinternet.com responded: (#MBR1213) Please verify your account by going to https://login.yahoo.com"
    (I have hidden the user name in the above comment)
    Just to let you know, I have googled the error code #MBR1213 on many occasions, and the issue would seem to be more than a well-known issue. Somewhere, I recall that last year, when I was having the same issue, somebody who was having the same issue as me, reported that 'the mail servers at BT Yahoo were incapable of preserving the logged in status', hence the fact that despite on numerous occasions previously we had logged in through webmail, we kept getting the #MBR1213 error message.
    Re the BT Mail issue, and my previous comments, like a lot of others I have been waiting over a year to be migrated. I read somewhere recently that BT had suspended further migrations because of the overwhelming continuing technical problems. Is that true or not?

    I have been having trouble accessing my account lately as it tells me to verify my account and answer questions I never set up in the first place or can't remember, and Apple keeps sending me around in circles or rings me when I'm asleep or at work. I've got $20 credit and haven't been able to spend it for about 5 months and I'm getting ticked off...can someone please help???

    This however is my problem, I did everything you mentioned but there is no way to send an email to my rescue email address to change my questions. There is no tab or link to send this email so how can this be done. It says my rescue email address is set up but I just don't get any emails. Surely it can't be this hard to setup security questions for gods sake I just want to spend my money which Apple have let me put on my account. The stupid thing is these so called questions are no brainers but they still come up wrong so how is this happening to me! .?

    Welcome to the Apple community.
    If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
    You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

  • Having trouble with multiple user accounts

    I am still getting used to Aperture and am having trouble with multiple user accounts on my Mac.
    My wife and I have separate accounts on our Mac, and both have Administrator rights. We keep our Aperture library in the "Shared" folder, and I have made sure that both she and I have read/write capabilities on the Aperture library.
    However, she has difficulty creating new projects, saving data, and viewing thumbnails in Aperture. Whenever she creates a project, it does not save into Aperture, and cannot be viewed by any user. In addition, changes she makes to photos do not save. She also cannot view thumbnails of any photos (although she can see the photos in the viewer).
    Are there any changes I need to make to the user accounts so she can have all these capabilities?

    Rather than having the Aperture library reside in the shared folder, keep it within a folder residing at the top level of your mac, eg.
    I actually keep mine on one of my RAID disks.
