Having trouble buying an app with itunes card

Im trying to purchase an app for $9.99 with a $10 iTunes card and it is saying i dont have enough money. how can i fix this or how can i buy the app?

    Please check with the issuing agency of your credit card, be it a bank or separate company, to enquire if Skype purchases are being blocked and/or that the purchase requires your advance verification and approval.   Also ask if they can detect or identify any processing errors. 
    Update: 
    On your behalf, I requested assistance with your enquiry for my own benefit and understanding.  I have been advised that when your Credit balance reaches the automatic top-up threshold of $2.00, your credit will be refreshed.  Over time, our credit balance amount will increase as we establish a call history and successful credit purchase history.

  • I'm having trouble redeeming my U.S. iTunes card. I'm from Canada.

    When i tried to redeem my itunes card, it told me that the card has already been redeemed?? When clearly it was not used in any way. I have tried signing in\out of my account, but nothing! the store i purchased itunes card from will not refund my purchase, so is there any way apple can help redeem it, or refund my purchase ?
    & also i am from Canada and i'm using a U.S. itunes card does that make it a problem or not really? p.s. (internet connection is over wifi)

    Sorry, but you cannot use a US iTunes card in the Canadian iTunes Store. Apple will not refund the purchase price of the card since they're very clear that cards are country-specific. If the store from which you purchased the card won't refund your money, I'm afraid you're out of luck unless you have a US-based friend who would by the card from you or want to sell it on eBay.

    I have a Windows 8 system running iTunes 11.0.2.26 with an iPad 3rd gen. running Remote app.  All units on the same network and subnet.  When I bring up iTunes on the windows system, I cannot see any devices, i.e. my iPad.  I can ping all connected devices including the iPad from Windows 8 box.  Is this a Win8 issue talking to iTunes?  Can't seem to crack this nut...

    When I use Remote Desktop and use the Public IP of the router without the port number (49250), I am able to get into the server. However, when I try to use RDP with the [Public IP]:49250, it will not connect to the 192.168.0.30 workstation.
    Right now the router is program to forward port 49250 requests to the 0.30 workstation.
    I am going to work on the Inbound/Outbound Firewall settings today and see if this will resolve the issue.

  • Having trouble connecting iPod Touch with iTunes 8.2

    I have a first generation iPod Touch 16GB, before the recent 8.2 iTunes update (or it may have been 8.0, I tend to ignore those annoying 'please update now messages')my iTunes worked properly, and the Touch would sync whenever I connected it.
    Now when I connect the iPod to my computer it no longer shows up in iTunes, the computer (running Windows Vista Basic) recognizes the iPod is there, and the iPod charges properly. iTunes itself however is oblivious.
    I've tried completely reinstalling iTunes like the support page suggests, but the problem persists, it is getting quite annoying now since I cannot get the new 3.0 OS update or put new music on.
    Can anybody help?

    I have the same problem, but mine won't even take a charge from the computer, or my docks. I have to plug it into a wall wart usb charger and then it works fine. Can't get my computer to recognize/sync it since the "upgrade" to 8.2. The only responses worth a crap on this topic say to just be patient because it is now a known bug they are working on. IMO I wish Apple would stop acting like MS and stop releasing stuff that hasn't been properly beta tested. This glitch has occurred for thousands of users, and any basic cross platform testing process should have revealed this problem in the first 5 minutes. Yet ANOTHER embarrassing POS from the "new" Apple.

    You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
    Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
    Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
    If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

    What sort of visa card, debit or credit ? As far as I know debit cards are no longer accepted as a valid payment method.

    The address on the billing statement from the credit card company must match the information that you have filled in on the fields in iTunes when you set up the account. In other words you cannot abbreviate in iTunes if the information for you billing address is not abbreviated on the statement that you get in the mail. If the statement lists your street as "Street" and you type in "St." - that can cause issues. If that's not the problem, sign out of your ID, restart the iPad and sign in again.
    Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again.
