Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..

Try the following steps:
1. Check windows updates.
2. Try the Microsoft Fix it in this kb to remove previous install completely:

3. Reboot.
4. Try installing again.

Why should you have to enter credit card details??? because that's the way it works. do a simple Google search for "create iTunes account without credit card" and you'll find your answer. your question has been asked and answered hundreds of times, so search before posting

Is anyone having trouble down loading TV shows?

Since I have updated my 30 gig TV Shows are taking hours to download.

Part of the problem is that all videos on the iTunes Music Store are now in 640x480 format rather than the previous 320x240, so the videos are much larger now. That I'm sure accounts for at least some of the problem with downloads taking longer.
There are also reports of scattered slowdowns with the servers used by the iTunes Music Store (run by Akamai). I'm sure Apple is working with Akamai to correct these problems.
But downloads will always take longer than before, now, due to the larger file sizes.

The information below may be able to answer your questions about how to delete songs from your iPhone:
Deleting songs downloaded to your device
Tap the Music app.
Tap More > Songs at the bottom.
Scroll or search for the song you would like to delete from your device.
Swipe right to left on the song, and then tap Delete.
Note: You must be in Artists, Songs, or Albums view to delete songs from your device. Deleting from a playlist won't remove a song from your iOS device.

Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.
If you have iOS 7, this will delete the song from local storage, but the song will still appear with a cloud symbol in the Music app, as you've noticed. To hide the iTunes in the Cloud purchases, navigate to Settings > iTunes & App Store, and disable "Show All: Music”
There may be a few orphaned songs on your iPhone that were partially downloaded or corrupted in some way. If that is the case, you can erase all of the music from your phone. Follow the instructions below and select the Music app under Usage:

Only once you've got iOS 5+ on the iPad can updates then be done wirelessly directly on the iPad, until then you need to update via your computer.
To update to iOS 5.0.1 you need iTunes 10.5 on your computer. When you've got iTunes 10.5 installed then connect your iPad to it and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases. You should also backup the device (right-click the iPad 'device' and select 'back up'), and copy off any important documents, files, notes etc (e.g. by email, the file sharing section at the bottom of the Apps tab, wifi, whatever the apps that you use support) - the update process should backup and restore your content but it's best to be safe.
If iTunes doesn't then prompt you to update to iOS 5 on your iPad, then with the iPad connected to and selected on the left-hand side of it, then on the Summary tab on the right-hand side click the Check For Updates button.

Same here, I get no sound from videos, text messages. This happens for a while, then it works again then it doesn't work. When I go to settings, my "change with buttons" is on but buttons don't work. I've deleted around 10 huge conversations, rebooted it, restored it, done a soft and hard reset too. What should i do?

my boyfriend restored his iphone as a brand new phone and still had this problem, he deleted all his text conversations except mine and his best friend's conversations still nothing, i told him to delete OUR conversation since its a 2 year conversation that he has NEVER deleted ..... he said YES!! we tried to delete it and the phone freezes as soon as we click on the CLEAR CONVERSATION button!!!! we tried about 5 times and this happened everytime we tried!!!! ....is like the phone doesnt wanna let go of our conversation!!! every other conversation he deleted the phone was fine except for when we try and delete ours!!
so yesterday he left his phone alone around 4 pm since we have the apple appointment today at 130pm.......around 11 pm last night his phone went NUTS receiving all the text messages i had sent and never received!!!! and now the phone works just fine!!! ...... CONFUSED?????? yeah we are too!!!

She turned imessage off, then turned it back on again and now it seems to be fine. Not sure what she did, but she says she's ok now.
