Thanks for your reply.
Here’s what I downloaded from my account – PremiereElements_10LS_15_win64
I do get an error message when I double click to install:
“The file archive part of Adobe Premiere Elements 10 is missing.
You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Premiere Elements 10.
Please download all parts”.
When on the Adobe site there are many choices which is confusing.
Please direct me to the correct one….

    I am assuming that the purchase and download is from Adobe. You should find the information that you seek under My Orders at http://www.adobe.com after you sign in (as per John's link).
    However, if you have difficulties in going that route, please contact Adobe via Adobe Chat to discuss your order under the topic of Orders, Refunds, and Exchanges. To do that, click on the following link, and, when it opens, make sure that the topic is set at "Orders, Refunds, and Exchanges", click on the statement "Still need help?   • Hello I'm having trouble downloading and installing the iTunes program.

    Whenever I go to download itunes I receive an error message saying, "The installer encountered errors before iTunes could be configured. Errors occured during installation. Your system has not been modified. Please run the installer again, or click Finish to exit".
    Please help me download itunes from here. I've tried reinstalling iTunes like this error message prompts me to do but I keep receiving the same message over and over again. I would appreciate the help in getting iTunes back up and running correctly.

    Hello pinku007, I just picked up my laptop from the repair shop and I'm afraid if I do a system restore the virus I had taken off will come back and cost me another $150 to remove. It sounds like a good idea but do you think system restore is something I should try at this point?

    I downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements.  I then launched Photoshop Elements Organizer and imported approx. 28,000 photos (including some videos).  A window opened indicating that many of the photos had tags, and asking if I wanted to add the tags.  I said yes, and the process began.  When it reached 60% a window opened indicating that "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working", with the only option being to "Close program."
    I've since tried to open organizer several times, but it goes immediately to "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working".  I was able to open Editor, and tried opening Organizer from Editor, but encountered the same problem.
    FYI, I have an open case (#0214505556), but have not received the help I need.

    This issue is with respect to Elements 13.

    PSE 13 isn't compatible with anything older than win 7, unfortunately.

    You are not likely to find Premiere Elements 4.0 available anywhere though you could try searching the site linked below.  I believe they only carry back as far as version 8.

    I have installed Premiere Elements 11 from a disc I bought from Amazon.  I keeps asking me to re-install or if it does start stops a few minutes after I start a project.  I have a windows 8.1 PC.  I have tried numerous times to install the program and also to open it as Administrator as suggested by a friend but it still refuses to work.  I need direct help from Adobe but don't know how to get to them on this website as they seem to rely on user forums to advise customers.

    As long as your license supports both platforms you should only have to download the Mac version and install/activate using your serial number.  If you need help finding a link to download the file, please indicate the PSE version you need.

    There was no driver update available (it said my driver was up to date), so I just deleted the scanner and restarted the computer.  when it came up, the scanner had already been added again.  With great anticipation I tried to import from Photoshop...but no luck (scanner was not visible).  I finally ended up calling Epson (had great difficulty in locating a number for support) and they finally told me there is no driver update for OS X 10.10 and I should as a work around use "Image Capture" application.  I tried it, and it works quite well.

    iTunes Support wasn't of any use to me.
    I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb.  This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
    I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well.  This might be the common thread.

    I agree. I don't rely on iCloud as a backup, that is what I have my portable hard drive for. Its 500 GB so I can hold my entire iTunes library several times over on it. I have all my movies on my hard drive, but somehow "The Mist" got deleted off of my hard drive, so I figured "Well, the option to redownload an already purchased movie is available through iCloud, I'll just do that!"
    And permissions and download availability have nothing to do with it, the movie's still there, it still allows me to redownload it. The only problem is when I click download, I get that message.
    And nobody else uses my computer, but I do have multiple accounts authorized on it. Even still though, I am attepmpting to download it through the account I purchased it under. :/

    If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine.  YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.
