i am using a windows xp computer & i'm having trouble downloading the pictures from my computer to the ipod.

When you have kernel panics, the pertinent information is in the panic report.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ System Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of reports. A panic report has a name that begins with "Kernel" and ends in ".panic". Select the most recent one. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a panic, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.

Having trouble scaning photos and sending them to my computer. I have HP Envy 700-300z DT. Printer is a officejet all in one. Printer does everything it should do except scanning to send to computer.

You may have to start from your computer first:
    Double click printer icon on desktop,
    Select Manage Scan to Computer
    Click Enable -
You can start this automatically with Windows BUT you will get an arror message if you turn on the computer BEFORE the printer.

I am having trouble downloading pictures to my PC.

After going to "My Computer", I click on my phone and there are no files there. Does this have anything to do with the recent software update? Please Help..I have some inportant pictures I don't want to lose.

Thanks for the advice, but I am still not seeing anything. I have downloaded the pictures from the camera roll in the past but since I have recently updated my iphone software I am not able to see the pictures. My phone has 100+ pictures in the camera roll.

So I click download iTunes, and then it asks me where I want to save the setup file and I click save, and then usually it appears in my downloads file and I can double click on it and then it says run, save, or cancel. This time after I clicked save, the file doesn't even appear in my dowloads file. I deleted all of the Apple files before I tried to reinstall it and it still doesn't work. Hi, I have been trying to download icloud for my windows vista pc, so I can sync all my emails & calendars and contacts, however it keeps coming up that I need to repair. I have removed and then reinstalled but still no joy. I cannot get icloud to work with outlook, as the mail calendar icon does not come up as a tick box when I install icloud. Without proper system information and other details nobody can help you. and this error means what it says - some other install process is still active, even if it may not do so visible. Could be a silent update of a virus scanner or something, could be a botched install of another program, not even specifically Adobe. As a start, always reboot your computer and then try again. For anything else we need much more info.

#2 the procedure entry point sqlite3-wal-checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library. sqlite3.d11.
#3 service 'apple mobile device' (apple mobile device)
failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Restart the programme all should be well
In case that your OS is (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
2. Copy file "SQLite3.dll"
3. Now paste it in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Restart the programme, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

It means what it says: you are running an operating system which Lightroom does not support.
Which operating system are you running. Is it a Mac or a Windows computer?
Lightroom requires either:
Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1
Mac OS X Server v10.7, v10.8 or v10.9
System requirements | Lightroom
If you're running Windows XP, or Vista or Mac O S X 10.6.8 or earlier then you cannot install or run Lightroom. You'll either have to upgrade or get a new computer.
