Not sure what you are referring to, there is no iCloud icon and you don't send apps to the cloud.

This is a user-to-user forum. You are not addressing Apple employees (consequently, these are not "our" products). When you called whom? What number? And what malfunctioning? Without more information, it is difficult to know what advice to give. -
I can longer find the airplay icon on my iPad when I double click the home icon. It worked fine and i used it for a couple of weeks to mirror with the Apple TV and then it mysteriously disappeared. Now when I double click and slide the icons at the bottom to far left, instead of finding airplay there is an extra music icon and a music control panel. If I open up the music app, there is an airplay icon top right next to volume control which works fine with mirroring the Apple TV, which suggests to me wi-if and networks are fine. I can only mirror music however. Any ideas anyone?

I have purchased a ringtone in the iTunes Store for my iPad, and I cannot find the download together with my music. I have received the invoice but I have no product. I am working with iOS6, if that helps. Can anybody help me?
I am confused. Do you mean you found the music, not the tones, or you can't find either?
If the former, then this is normal. You can't redownload tones from the Cloud. -
I would like to copy my iPhoto (9.4.1) library from my Mac Pro (10.7.5) to a Macbook Pro (10.7.5). Can I drag the iPhoto Library from the Pictures folder to Air Drop and send them to the MacBook? If I then move that to the Pictures folder on the MacBook will that then be a usable iPhoto library on the Macbook?
It would be better if you could connect the two Macs via a hard wired LAN to copy the library from the Mac Pro to the MacBook. Wireless connections can have momentary dropouts which could affect the reliable copying of files.
If you do go with Air Drop be sure to open and inspect the copied library closely to confirm it was a successulf copy.

I'm using an iPad 4 with Reflector Software on my laptop to Airplay through a projector at work. I can't see the Airplay icon on my iPad. I've worked through all of the troubleshooting information on the Apple Support website and still can't get it to work. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Can I use the same itunes for my ipad and iphone on my computer? Will the computer erase my other device information?
The computer will not erase the information. Each device will show up in iTunes as a separate device and you can control the information for each device through iTunes.

Hi I am having trouble with iTunes! Randomly when I click on a song in iTunes it changes the song title to time after time and the artist is pink.
I could click on 4 songs and they will be normal but then the 5th one will change the info to time after time.

I got this phone a week ago and was able to put about 15 albums on it! Yesterday i went to add 10 more to my iphone 4s and all the albums show on the menu but when i click on the album tthe next sceen tells me i can buy this album at the apple store! All the albums are in my library i just cant get them back on my phone! And all the albums that were on my phone are also doing the same thing with the screen that says i can buy these from the apple store!
So after looking a bit closer i have noticed that when i have the phone plugged into the computer it shows the songs but when i dont have it plugged in and i go so the song icon on the bottom of the music menu screen it says i have no songs!

SIM not provisioned usually means that the 3G service has not been set up yet. Have you set up the service through the settings menu?

All devices are connected to the same network and able to upload / download normally.
All good but the airplay icon.. There is no AirPlay icon on either iPad or iPhone?
On top of this, until few days ago both devices where able to AirPlay to my apple tv...
Basically I have no clou about what's going on and would be grateful for support...
ThanksSolved.. I simply disconnected and connected again all devices from the wifi network. I already did earlier and did not work but now it did.
Maybe is due to the sequence. Now I disconnected first iPad and iPhone and afterwards the apple tv. Then i connected again all devices but in reverse order.
