Having trouble installing PS Elements on Mac MIN sys requirements not met

I am trying to install Photoshop elements 11 and Premiere elements on my MacBook and continue to get an error that minimum system requirements are not met. I have tried to restart my computer and have also cleaned out the cache files on my browser. What am I doing wrong?

I tried the Reset Printer option - it didn't work at first but then I decided to download the drivers again... and now all is fine and dandy.

download both, place both in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.

I could really use Customer Service help. I received Photoshop Elements as a gift for Christmas...I waiting until i got a new laptop so that I could use that as i was having trouble with older computer. However, I am having trouble installing the software...I swear the dvd added the programs, and I saw them in files explorer i think, but then I cannot find or I was not even able to add the serial number to my knowledge, because it was blank...no keystrokes were shown...and i don't see the program anywhere...Could I have down something wrong and it is somewhere in the cloud?

Adobe's website to learn more, but got caught up in all the details.
I never uninstalled virus protection to run it because I thought that it

Lightroom 6 Install issue: getting a notice saying "OS requirement not met"

When I try to install my Lightroom 6, I'm getting a message stating "OS requirement not met. Current OS 10.7.5. Mac OS 10.8.0 or above required" I'm not sure what "OS" is, or how to increase it..?

OS means your operating system. Lightroom 6 requires Mac 10.8 or above to run. You need to upgrade your OS as your machine does not meet the system requirements for installing Lightroom 6. System requirements
For best assistance, would ask you to contact Apple and check with them, if your machine is up-gradable to the latest version of Mac.

Having trouble installing photoshop elements 12

Hi all, hopefully someone can help me with a problem I'm having installing photoshop elements 12 on my vista pc. Basically I have tried downloading the trial via the download assistant but the program will not load or show any signs of working after I download it. I have also attempted to directly download the trial from Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Direct Download Links, Premiere too | ProDesignTools but file 1 only seems to download a 1.5mb file that will not open (similar to the download assistant). File 2 will download but upon unpacking it, the installer program in the download will not respond.
I have tried turning all of my antivirus off, and have been downloading with firefox as opposed to internet explorer. I have not had any error messages pop up as no programs or downloads I have tried even seem to load up.
Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

For anyone that comes across this. I managed to fix the problem. It had something to do with the date on my computer. Mavericks installer apparently does a date check of some sort and that is where the error is coming from. Open terminal and check the system date. It may be wrong. Another poster in the forums told me how to to check the date and change it. Click here for the link to the explanation. Be careful because the date is in a weird format.

Doesn't matter if you got it on disk or downloaded.
You've purchased a serial number and, in your case, got a disc and box as added extras.
You can always download the trial version from the Adobe website with any browser and activate that with your serial number.

What Mac? What version of OSX? What are the specific errors. And clarify whether you actualyl alrteady have successfully downloaded and get stuck on installing or if it's the otehr way around. That false intermingling of terminology is really not helping.
